Photoshop CS6 BEX Crash

Question

Hello guys. I have newly installed Photoshop CS6 and Run it on WIndows 7 32-Bit. But whenever I start the application, It loads up all fine but crashes when I open a file or try to save it. Here is the error log. I was wondering If anybody can help me figure out the issue. I have been wrecking my head over this.

Shortly after the above mentioned error I got the following error report. This time its an APPCRASH. Could somebody help me with this please?
