It's always the ntdll.dll. Im using win7 x64 with AMD Radeon HD 6900 series gpu. I have the latest drivers from AMD. I would appreciate any help.
Yes that came from the Event Viewer. Unfortunately I don't have any of the info. Where do I find them? I checked both tabs and this is what I find around the time of the crash

Message title was edited by: Brett NThanks for the log info. We've seen instances of that "ntdll.dll" as the faulting module before, see if this Adobe document helps, even though it's for Acrobat:

How to stop "Adobe Photoshop CS6 has stopped working" error in Win8?
On my new Dell XPS 8500 Win 8 computer Photoshop CS6 keeps stopping working. I've tried both 64-bit and 32-bit versions and updated the video driver after phoning Dell. Also installed latest Adobe program updates. I keep getting the error message "Adobe Photoshop CS6 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Any solutions? I'm losing a terrible amount of time!
Hi there - thanks for the quick reply....
Yes, I do have a discrete video card with my main monitor plugged into that. I enabled multiscreen in the BIOS so I could plug in my second screen into the internal VGA port (both older monitors from my previous pc). I was previously getting an error when I opened Photoshop which said "Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disabled enhancements which use the graphics hardware. Check out the manufacturer's website for the latest software... etc..." which is why I contacted Dell to update the driver. They have a list of drivers for my system and suggested I try the first 3 in order. The first 2 wouldn't install but the third did and although the display driver error has disappeared now, Photoshop keeps crashing.
My version of Photoshop is CS6 13.0.1 x64

Adobe Photoshop CS6 has stopped working - when printing
I get the message “Adobe Photoshop CS6 has stopped working” regularly when I try to print a Photoshop document. I end up having to recreate the document which usually then prints even though I have just dragged the layers across. How can I resolve this?
Hi there! Because the forum you originally posted in is for beginners trying to learn the basics of Photoshop, I moved your question to the Photoshop General Discussion forum, where you'll get more specialized help.

Yes I have verify this point I suspected to be the origine of the problem. But no, the accounts have fixed password and are not locked. I test this point with a valide login on the server, and I reenter the login password for each app pool. -
I tried re installing it but it crashes again I use CS6 version , but I have no Idea What causes it
First use CS6 menu Help>About Photoshop to check your version. The Latest perpetual versions are Mac version 13.0.6, Windows version 13.0.1.3 and the subscription version is 13.1.2. If you do no see one of these versions you need to use menu Help>Updates. If that does not update you to one of those version you may need to re-install CS6 on top of of your current install and use menu Help>Updates. CS6 is the buggiest version of Photoshop ever releases. You need the updates without the updates CS6 is very unstable.
If your CS6 is up to date use your Windows Acclivity Center Reliability History to locate your CS6 critical stopped working events and look at their details to see where CS6 is crashing. This may shed some light on your problem. CS6 use you Display adapters GPU for some features. If you have more then one GPU or you don't have the latest displaye adapter system device driver from its manufacturer installed CS6 may crash.
The following Shows Problems I have with Photoshop CC. The module IMSLib.dll will crash if I try to use Behance or Adobe exchange. It may have something to to with Flash panels which was removed in CC 2014. For Behance works in CC 2014 and Adobe exchange was removed in CC 2014. View in new browser tab or window for this site scale images poorly. In a tab or window you can scale image to their actual size, -
Anyone know how to solve this problem?? Please help. It's given me a lot of headache and I need it fixed as soon as possible.
I have re-installed. And system restore. Everything is up-to-date. And I cannot find the problem to solve it.

When starting Photoshop CS6 I get a popup "Photoshop CS6 has stopped Working" What do I do?
I am running the 64-bit version.
I have updated Photoshop CS6 to latest version.
I have updated windows 7 to the latest release.
I have installed the latest drivers for my display.
I get the same problem when I try to startup CS5.
I have run this software for a long time without any issues including up to last week. Now it does not work with no explanation. How do I examine the viewer in Windows 7. Your link takes me to XP.
When this first happened last night it gave me the message and powered down
my computer. Today when I attempt it I get the message and when I click
the OK button it closes the application.
