Photoshop CS6 stops working during random operations

Greetings,
I am asking for help again, as I have not had luck in getting this issue resolved.  I have a PC with Windows 7, and am using Photoshop CS6.  At random times during working in Photoshop, pop up screen just says "Adobe Photoshop CS6 has stopped working".  Then offers to try find solution or to close program.  There has not been a solution offered if I picked that option. The drop down has the following information:

After restarting Photoshop, there is no recovery to find my document either.  Any help would be appreciated.

Look at the OS Event Viewer.  See if you can find the line Faulting Module.  That will be where problem is.
