Photoshop CS6 Trial install Error

Hey, whenever I try and install the trial version of photoshop cs6 it always comes up with the Exit Code: 7 error at exactly 2%...
Heres the error summary that I am linked to-

Notes:      Im trying to install this software to the C: drives "x86 program files" file
               Im running a Desktop PC with Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit install with 8gb of RAM, a quad core i5 processor at 3.30 Ghz and a Nvidia 560 GTX dedicated Graphics Card
               Im also running the latest ESET Anti-virus, however I did disable it during the install
               I have followed the "Selective Startup" troubleshoot steps, however this still did not work
               I have also run the Adobe Support Advisor program and it came up with 0 errors
               I also have installed a working Adobe Photoshop CS4 program (which is getting kinda old now, dont know if its interfering)

Errors "Exit Code: 6," "Exit Code: 7"
In fact you might simply consider uninstalling all Adobe software and running the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool. The problem is that one of those otehr programs has left an outdated/ invalid reference to a shared resource, possibly an external drive or USB stick you had plugged into the system at the time and that no longer exists now...

    Photoshop started fine and worked fine (only used it a bit) after the "failed" installation but, the Update option in the Help window was grayed out (trial version, just to let you know). Is that a limitation to the trial version? Or is it straight up an error?
    My question is, what did the error report mean and what could be wrong with my currently installed version of PS? BTW, I didn't use Mini Bridge yet, although all of its files are present in the Program Files directory for Adobe.

    I have installed the trial version of Photoshop cs6 and after installation and starting the application I get application error c000001d. Any ideas?

    Its a compiler/dependency issue regarding SSE1 indeed. The devs successfully pinpointed the responsible dependencies on CS5 but not on CS6 yet.

    I am having trouble downloading trial version of CS6. none of the applications have been successful thus far. Ive tried illustrator, indesign and photoshop and keep getting the same error:

  • After effects cs6 trial install errors

    Hello,
    I am trying to install the trial version of After effects cs6. I installed the entire cs6 master suite and everything worked except after effects. I tried again from the master suite and then with a separate after effects only installer(all from adobe's site) always getting the same results
    here is the error summary:
    I am trying to install on a new macbook retina, I had installed the CC trial but it has run out. maybe I need to uninstall Creative cloud, but all the other programs installed with no problems so i am not sure why its just after effects.

    Thanks so much for your help, but i am encountering some issues with the log. In the link you posted I was directed to look for the log in library>logs>adobe>installers and that the file would consist of the product name/install date and end in .log.gz
    However I can't find and file that meets this description or even an installers folder inside the adobe folder
    ^this is all that is in the adobe folder, and both these folders are empty.
    There is another folder called adobe downloads which contains these files
    which still don't really fit the description provided.
    am i doing something wrong? or should i look somewhere else?

    Was trying to set up Adobe Photoshop CS6 trial but errors came out.
    My computer is Mac and installed other Adobe programs already but only photoshop has a problem.

    Hi, Sorry I don't know if this question has been asked yet, so I'll have to ask.
    Everytime I have tried to install the Photoshop CS6 trial, it says that my installation has failed and that it has encountered errors. Below is what my error report says.

    So, I'm not understanding what the error is.
    I know I meet the system requirements because I'm running:
    Microsoft Windows 7 (Home Premium)
    4 GB RAM
    585 GBs of Hard Drive.
    It says 86x bit? I think?
    I'm pretty sure that I have those met.
    Other than that, I'm just not understanding why this isn't working.
    Adobe Download Assist is installed just fine.

    Did you have the Photoshop Beta installed? If yes, then you need to uninstall that one before you can install the trial.
    Does your account have sufficient privileges? If not, you might need to log in as Admin.
    Run the install again.
    If the error recurs, then run CS Cleaner Tool and remove all products.
    Reinstalling after that, should resolve the problem. Get the Cleaner tool here: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    Please post the exact error message or the file it's referring to. A screenshot will be helpful.
    What seems to me is that the download might be incomplete, so please reconsider downloading the package again and install.
    Alternatively you can try downloading it from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html
    But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.

    I have researched Internet - ADOBE and others - to find a solution, but no luck! (see under)
    The problem started around one year ago but I was able to open Bridge and go to Photoshop from there until recently.
    Now I get "Error Code 16" in Bridge too when I am trying to go to Photoshop.
    I have tried everything I could think of (including creating a new Administrator-user) with help from my Internet research and my own pretty good experience (I started working with computer systems as a Systems Analysts 1968...... - now it is only PCs)
    I miss my Photoshop and Bridge a lot - it is very frustrating to have this problem, but I can see I am not the only one!!!

    I tried to download another versions but, 10.6.8 only goes with CS6.

    Not the most helpful error message from the installer?  No details on why the system was rejected?  That's something I'd consider to be some amateur-level programming in the installer.
    You don't have a 64-bit processor.  Intel Core series is 32-bit.  Intel Core 2 series (and later) is 64-bit.

When I open Adobe Application Manager, I've been able to download/open/"try" Premiere Pro CS6, but when click "Try" in order to download a Photoshop CS6 trial, it automatically says "Download error. Please Retry or contact customer support. (302)". How can I get the Photoshop CS6 trial/download to work?
