Je n'arrive pas a activer la vue en mode flottant dans Photoshop Elements 11.
Dans le menu Fenêtres, puis image, je vois bien l'option mais elle reste désepérement grisé, donc non choississable?
L'option est également dispo via l'icone 'Disposition', mais également non selectable :-( Please help :-/

Aller à Menu Edition> Préférences> Général et sélectionnez l'option "Autoriser les documents flottants en mode Expert". Maintenant, choisissez "Windows Menu> Image> Float toutes les fenêtres.

Just bought a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 but the SuperDrive on my Mac does’nt work. It has’nt for a few years. Have another USB SuperDrive I was hoping would work but my Mac won’t recognize it. Is there any way of downloading a trial version and entering there serial number from the box into the downloaded version

How do one validate Photoshop 13. (Windows 8) Upon activation, get through to sign in screen, but when doing serial number validation, validate goes round but does not validate. Connect Later is only way out of screen. Checked account but product not listed. Installed with serial number that was sent by Adobe. Have attempted numerous times at different times of the day. On-line connection working.

Have you bothered to do any research at all? Not every app was upgrade to 5.5. Those that weren’t will next be upgraded to CS6.

I am unable to activate Photoshop Elements 4

I uninstalled Photoshop Elements 4 without de activating it (did. Or know that I had to) and now can't re activate.
Adobe web site says a version is available that does not need activation, but I can not locate that.

Here's the problem. Adobe support people think that activation server shutdowns have nothing to do with PSE 4. Their information is incorrect. They can't understand what everyone is griping about. The people at Adobe who provide activation-free replacements to customers who are affected by activation server shutdowns have the same information. They can't understand what everyone is griping about either. So someone at Adobe who is allowed to make a decision needs to be told about this so they can do something about it. Of course, there's always the possibility those decision-makers already know what's going on and either don't care or think this is a great way to get users of the old PSE4 to upgrade.
If anyone at Adobe who cares what people think of your company is listening, please do something besides telling people to go to other forums, or try this or that. There's always the option of fessing up to the truth that no solution is forthcoming. What do you think? Can you do that for your customers?

How do i activate Photoshop elements 12

apparently my photoshop elements 12 isn't activated and i literally just bought it tonight from walmart because that was the only place open late at night, and as i am installing it and it asks for the serial number, i go through the steps to redeem the serial number and when i click enter it says that my product isn't activated. is there anyway to activate it through you guys? or will i have to go all the way back to walmart to activate it?

I would expect WalMart needs to scan a barcode on the product at checkout (not self-checkout). Maybe this wasn’t done, or maybe the information wasn’t transmitted in a timely manner.
This is a user-to-user forum so we cannot do anything with activation of a product.
You might try returning to WalMart or contacting Adobe Customer Service via chat.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Activation (Deactivation impossible)

I want to activate my Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on my new computer. However, I cannot deactivate it on my old computer first, since that computer is broken (I know I can activate it on two computers, but that second activation is already taken by my other computer). You would get the redemption code, or perhaps even the serial number, from whomever you purchased the software from, apparently Amazon, so talk to them. This wouldn’t be the first time they’ve sold something that didn’t have all the numbers needed to license it.
A redemption code is something that is usually on the inner disc packaging if you purchase the media in a box, and there is a barcode on the outside of the packaging that must be scanned at the checkout register to activate the hidden inner code so you can redeem it at home on that website. This is what happens if you buy PSE from a brick-and-mortar store like Best Buy. I don’t’ know what happens if you purchase the downloaded version as I have never done that.
A redemption code is 24-digits of letters and numbers that you enter into a website to get a serial number, once and only once. The serial number of only 24-digits, no letters, is what you enter into the software during the install or when you run it and it asks if you want to register or run in a trial mode—whatever the exact phrasing is.
In any case it sounds like you don’t have either a redemption code or serial number—although perhaps something is listed on the purchase confirmation or your account online at Amazon or even in an e-mail from Amazon.

Already activated Photoshop Elements 9 on two computers and one computer died

Hi, I am having trouble reactivating Photoshop elements 9 on a new laptop I bought. I had already installed the program on my desktop and on my old laptop,which has unfortunately died and was unable to be restarted to deactivate the program. I have now purchased a new laptop and am unable to activate photoshop as it has already been activated on 2 computers. I am aware that you can only activate on two computers. Is anyone able to assist with this issue.

Unfortunately, only adobe can help you with that, as most people here are just posters such as your self and don't work for adobe.

Re-activating photoshop elements serial number

I had my serial number for photoshop elements 8 de-activated a couple of months ago as I was uninstalling it and selling my mac. This was done over the phone with the support centre. I now need to re-activate it for my new mac. How do I do this?
