Photoshop elements 10, need download for new computer

I recently had the computer my version of elements 10 on crash and burn. I would like to install on my replacement computer. I tried downloading the file for reinstallation however my access was denied. Please help.

You should probably just download the trial version of pse 12 and see if you can live with it.

That being said, have you tried to install pse 1 on your computer?
How much free space is on your hard drive?
Do you have Internet Explorer 10 or 11?
Pse 1 can run on windows 7 x64, provided certain conditions are met.

Make sure your in the Full Edit mode and then you can press Shift+R to cycle through the tools that are in the same slot as the Smudge Tool.
Or click and hold on the Blur, Sharpen or Smudge icon in the toolbox to see the Smudge Tool

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

Problems downloading Photoshop Elements 9 software to my new computer using Windows 8

Can someone please assist me in getting my software to work on my new computer.
I have installed the disc...... almost at the end of installation the computer froze and eventually after a couple of hours, I removed the disc and interupted the installation. I switched the computer off and restarted. I then tried to uninstall.... but then was prompted to put the disc back in to unistall, but the program looked like it was trying to install again!
Eventually after waiting for about half an hour, nothing was happening and i have given up. I just want to use my software!
i then went into the Control Panel>All control panel Items>troubleshooting> selected> system and security> fix problems with windows update - now I can actually open the photoshop version.... but when I trying to do something to the photo, an error appeared and shut down the photoshop!
Basically can I use this software with my new windows 8 computer? If not is it possible to download and pay for an upgraded version so I can use with Windows 8?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

My photoshop elements wont install on my new computer.

I got Photoshop Elements for Christmas last year and downloaded it on my home computer and laptop. I got my laptop cleaned out a couple months later and noticed the download was gone and I no longer had it on that computer. I didn't think it was a big deal. What happens when you try to intsall it? Do you get any notifications? Are you using a download or do you have discs? Do you have it installed on any other machines (there is a two activation limit)?

Normally, you are allowed to install PSE on two machines - Normally a laptop and a desktop but it doesn't matter these days. Now if your one machine has dies or stolen then you need to chat with the Adobe Staff using the chat button on this link:
