Photoshop Elements 11 Link
I had Photoshop Elements 11 installed on my computer in April 2013. My computer crashed and I lost it. Is there a link where I can re-install the program? I purchased on the Adobe site. Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance!

I have a Surface Pro 3 and just purchased the download link for Photoshop Elements (newest one) from Adobe. I've tried downloading several times and in 64 and 32 bit types, but have only made it as far as the install before receiving an error. Anyone else have this problem and know of a solution?

I tried chatting with someone earlier today, but they ended the session (I think accidentally?) before it was resolved. My error is below. Now chat seems to be closed - although I thought it was open 24/7, so I can't try that again. This is the most frustrating support experience I've ever had. I just want to access and start using the products I purchased Friday. I would be so happy if someone would just help fix this. I am not computer inept, but cannot figure out why the download is failing.
The guy on chat that was helping me before getting cut off had me run a SCANNOW system scan, but that's where the session unexpectedly ended.

After a HD crash, I have to reinstall Photoshop Element 12 and Premier Element 12. I still see the link in my purchases history but nothing happens when I click on the link. How can I get my softwares back?

Can I link iPhoto with Photoshop Elements Editor?
The new AppStore PSE Editor doesn't seem to link with iPhoto like the full version
If you're referring to iPhoto on your Mac:
Using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements as Your Editor of Choice in iPhoto.
1 - select Photoshop or Photoshop Elememts as your editor of choice in iPhoto's General Preference Section's under the "Edit photo:" menu.
2 - double click on the thumbnail in iPhoto to open it in Photoshop. When you're finished editing click on the Save button. If you immediately get the JPEG Options window make your selection (Baseline standard seems to be the most compatible jpeg format) and click on the OK button. Your done.
3 - however, if you get the navigation window
that indicates that PS wants to save it as a PS formatted file. You'll need to either select JPEG from the menu and save (top image) or click on the desktop in the Navigation window (bottom image) and save it to the desktop for importing as a new photo.
This method will let iPhoto know that the photo has been editied and will update the thumbnail file to reflect the edit..
NOTE: With Photoshop Elements the Saving File preferences should be configured as shown:
I also suggest the Maximize PSD File Compatabilty be set to Always. In PSE’s General preference pane set the Color Picker to Apple as shown:

Note: to switch between iPhoto and PS or PSE as the editor of choice Control (right)-click on the thumbnail and select either Edit in iPhoto or Edit in External Editor from the contextual menu. If you use iPhoto to edit more than PSE re-select iPhoto in the iPhoto General preference pane. Then iPhoto will be the default editor and you can use the contextual menu to select PSE for your editor when desired.
Be sure to select the correct item in the Adobe Photoshop Elements folder as the external editor in iPhoto:

Link between lightroom and photoshop elements
Hello.
A few days ago I installed photoshop elements 6 on my Leopard 10.5.3 instance. I have also Lightroom 1.4.1 installed, but he/she doesn't seem to detect the elements installation. I can't do an edit in photoshop.
With which mechanism the Lightroom program detects if there is any photoshop installed?
Should I use the alternative editor path to call Elements 6? And if so, will I have the same functionality then?
Is the direct link only there for CSx?
In order to test in a "clean" environment, I have made a fresh installation of Leopard, Photoshop Elements and Lightroom on an external disk, but even then Lightroom doesn't detect Elements 6.
However, if I install Photoshop Elements 4, everything works fine.
Any help is much appreciated!!

1) There are known problems of LR not recognizing Photoshop CS / PSE automatically as present. Uninstalling and reinsalling PSE might help.
If now successful, and if you're on a windows system, adding the following key to your registry might solve the problem:

2) You can have as many external editors as you like. Go to Preferences/External Editing, setup the executable and format you want to pass to it, then do a "Save Current Settings as New Preset". This will establish an additonal external editor for LR.

Help. Need to reinstall Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and Premier Elements 12. Both are pre paid programs that I had on computer, however the system needed to be reset via recovery and these programs were erased> Since I already forked out the cash for these I'd like to be using them as I am an artist and need the programs. There isn't one, I'm afraid, and even if there were the odds are that it would do you no good, since back then downloads and disc versions had mutually incompatible serial numbers and hardly anybody bought software as downloads that long ago, so you you'd be a very rare exception if you had done.

How are pictures in Photoshop elements 9 linked to program?
I have 40,00 plus pictures shown in my elements program and since I bought and loaded Photoshop elements 9 (I previously had versions 3,4,5,6,7,8), I get the notice "searching for missing files" and can't use the program software for photo processing. I downloaded all my pictures from Windows 7 pictures on my computer and uninstalled Photoshop Elements 9 from my computer..
When I reinstalled PE 9, my pictures were there even though I had eliminated them (I thought) from my hard drive and the problem of "searching for muissing file" still existed.
How are my pictures attached to PE 9 and how do I eliminate that link and start all over with PE 9?

My guess is that you have solved the problem but if continues maybe this will help. I had a similar problem where pictures kept showing up in Organizer even though I had deleted the catalog and rebuilt it and even uninstalled and reinstalled PSE 9. I solved it by checking under edit-preferences-files and making sure that the save location was correct. I also changed the catalog location from the default. I suspect that there was a registry entry pointing to the old file and/or catalog location.

No Link to download Photoshop Elements 10
I purchased Premiere and Photoshop Elements 10 on DVDs and I want to download and install them again. The serial numbers appear in my account but I have no products listed in my order history. Am I able to download these products or must I install them from the DVDs?
Normally you would use the DVD's. If you did not purchase a download initially you will not be provided a download option.
If you need to download due to a machine that doesn not provide a DVD drive, you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
