Photoshop elements 12 will not allow me to resize an art as it will not let me change the values in value boxes

photoshop elements 12 will not let me change the size values in pixels or ht and widlth, or resolution. How can I fix this? I have used this many times in the past and it has worked fine, but not today.

That did not change anything. But think I may have discovered part of the
problem. I found that if I use the numbers on the top of my keyboard,
rather than the side, it will change the numbers. So may actually be an
issue with a defective keyboard. will try to address that. thank you for
your help. The problem seemed to be patched for the moment

The iTunes stores in different countries are entirely separate. You can only use an iTunes store credit in the country in with it was created and purchased content cannot be shared across countries. Family sharing groups must be country-specific, using iTunes store credits for purchases only within that country, and sharing purchases that were made in that country. I have the exact same problem. I have not changed anything. This is probably a bug or something that has gone bad with Mac OS X (10.7.2). I have not found any solution for this on the web.

I wonder if the disk being referred to is actually your iPod which is not plugged in. Maybe something has stuck thinking the iPod should be there.
Try completely removing all the iTunes related programs according to this method.

Restart you PC and see if startup improves.
If it doesn't improve you need to consider the possibility that there is something else going on.
If The problem goes away, hopefully a fresh install will be OK.

the package to basic." and whether it can be turned off in Windows to prevent this message from appearing when installing certain programs that aren't WHQL certified. At first I thought it was the UAC control that generated this message but found out
that it wasn't and then thought it was the DEP control and found out that it wasn't this either. I'm only seem to be getting this message when installing FileDirector Component Service Version 3 on a few of our workstations which is an add-on that allows file
integration with Office and is part of FileDirector WinClient Version 3.
Your help would be much appreciated.

P.S. I know of a way to bypass this message but would ideally not like to have the feature turned on and for the message not to be appear for non WHQL certified program installations in order to make non WHQL certified program installations in the future much

You can try following options to disable this prompt, but we don't recommend you to do so since this feature helps you to protect your computer.
Option 1: Run command as admin:
bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
Restart your computer to apply changes.
Option 2: Disable in GPO:
1.Type gpedit.msc in the Run dialog and press Enter.
2.In the Group Policy Editor, navigate to User Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Driver Installation.
3.Double-click on Code signing for device drivers in the right-side pane as shown above.
4.In the windows that opens, choose Enabled. In the Options, choose Ignore as shown. Then click on the OK button to save the settings.
Restart your computer to apply changes.

I am stuck with a similar problem. I moved from Ireland to the UK but for some reason, iTunes would not let me change the country in my payment information, it remains Ireland. I do not have any credit to spend and I still cannot change it. I even set up a new iTunes account and the country still remains uncangable. If You Are Locked Out Or Have Forgotten Your Passcode or Just Need to Restore Your Device
1. iTunes 10 for Mac- Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad
2. iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen

     If you have forgotten your Restrictions code, then follow the instructions
     below but DO NOT restore any previous backup. If you do then you will
     simply be restoring the old Restrictions code you have forgotten. This
     same warning applies if you need to restore a clean system.

If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. Yes it will, just sign out, then sign back in with the correct address.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

You cannot transfer from the iPhone to the computer.
You must move the contents of your old computer to the new one directly.
Use an external hard drive perhaps or restore your old computer backup to your new computer.
The iPhone is not the source of your data, that is the computer, the iPhone is only a slave device to iTunes.
