Photoshop elements 13 as a gift

Hello everybody,
I am new here. Me stepfather offered me the software photoshop element and I have to download it now. I have the licence number, and I created my account Adobe, but I do not see where to download it, I can only buy it. Is it somebody knows how to do it please?

If you never bought the product then you cannot get the serial number.

How can I buy Photoshop Elements 12 as a present for someone else? Is it possible to buy a voucher which I can give them so they can then pay for a trial version they have downloaded?

The simplest method is to buy the boxed version from your favourite on-line reseller and perhaps have it delivered directly to the recipient of the gift. All they have to do is enter the product serial number from the DVD sleeve into the trial version to make it permanent. No further installation is necessary if they are already using the 30 day free trial.

Photoshop Elements 10 from Best Buy - incorrect Redemption code

I was just given this Photoshop Elements 10 as a gift, and I followed the directions to get my serial number.... peeled the sticker off of the back of the box from Best Buy, entered the redemption code, only to be told the code is invalid. SO, I am unable to get a serial number to install this program. Even online support told me it was an incorrect number. So it's either a misprint, or as one phone support agent said last night "it's Best Buys fault".... Today I've been on hold for nearly an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone.... any ideas what to do outside of hoping tech support can finagle me a new number?

Do you have the invoice for the purchase made at best buy?
On the invoice, you will see a number listed as the "Serial Number".
Please contact support and provide that number and they will be able to resolve your issue.

Photoshop 5, Priemere Elements 3, and the trial version Photoshop Elements and Preimere 10

I have Windows 10, Photoshop 5, Preimere Elements 3, loaded on my computer. I also have the trial version of Photoshop Elements 10 and Preimere Elements 10 loaded. The trial versions are over 30 days old and I did not purchase the software. I received Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 as a Gift, now the questions.
1 - Will photoshop elements work with Windows 10?
2 - Do I need to uninstall Photoshop 5 and Priemere Elements 3 before atempting to load and/or upgrade the trail versions?

Thanks – I have Windows 7 professional. I thought it was windows 10 because MS Outlook is 2010.
Do I need to keep the older Photoshop software after loading the new software or should I uninstall the old before loading the new software?

I am just starting this Photoshop Elements. A Christmas gift. Just installed today and playing around trying to combine two Christmas photos. Our family photo is missing one of our granddaughters. So I took a picture of her by herself and am trying to cut and paste her into the family photo. I thought if I used the removal brush to delete the background around her and used the protection brush to capture her, then I could drag and drop her into the spot on the family photo. I get as far as drawing the green (protection) shade on her and the red (removal) shade all around her but when I pull the handle it just goes back to original. I have no idea how to put this in Expert Mode. I went back and looked all around to find a button for that but couldn't. I am not familiar enough yet to know about layers. I can't get anyone from the company to chat with me so I appreciate you responding. What I don't understand is that I am trying my best to go by
the learning and guide tutorials but they are not working like the examples.....which is to go into Guided, recompose photo, mark it in the green and red and then pull the "handle" to the right. But when I do that, all it does is stretch my photo and the green and red shades just go away. So frustrating !!
So anyway, I appreciate your help. I really, really do. But if you don't have time to deal with it, I understand.

Photoshop Elements 11 - I was given this as a gift. I cannot get it to install. Nothing comes up to run and when clicking on the file there is no setup

How do I print multiple items of a specific size on one sheet of A4 using photoshop elements 12?

I have a small sublimation business whereby I print photo's onto small personalised gifts such as mugs, phone covers fridge magnets. I print out the images to fit the size of the gift i.e. a phone cover or mug the images are a specific size.
Often I want to print multiple items onto one page each with a customised size as the paper is expensive and I need to make the most of every sheet. I can't figure out how to do this in photoshop elements 12 can anyone help / advise?I am using windows XP

Photoshop Elements 11 won't open on new computer

I recently purchased a new iMac and transferred all my software to it from my old computer. Photoshop elements will not open. The dialog box says "Check with the developer to make sure Adobe Photoshop elements Editor works with this version of OS X. you may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X."
My version is 10.8.4. The "Read Me" file says it requires 10.6 through 10.8.
So I attempted to uninstall it and reinstall.
When I tried to uninstall I got a message that said it could not be uninstalled due to an error. I followed the directions to restart and try again... and again. Same message. At the bottom of the message was another saying if that didn't work to use a link to some Adobe "cleaner". When I clicked to download the "cleaner" I got a message that I had to UNINSTALL the Elements program before using it.
Are they trying to make me crazy?
Next I tried to install Elements from the original disk and got this message: "Installation to case-sensitive drives is not supported. Please choose a different drive location to install." Huh?
I just want to do a photo project as a gift for my parents. Can anybody help me with this technical odyssey?

Why wont Photoshop elements 12 save to DVD in MPEG2 format when I have Premiere Elements 12 package loaded onto pc also?

I purchased the Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 12 package at Best Buy. I created a slideshow within the Photoshop Elements Package. When finished, I tried to save it using the instructions noted within the Help section of the Photoshop Elements 12 application. The slideshow was saved outside of Adobe Premiere Elements. When I tried to playback the DVD to which the slideshow was burned, it wouldn't play in my regular DVD player or a Blue Ray DVD Player. There is no instruction to import the slideshow into Premiere Elements prior to saving it to a DVD. The WMV format that Adobe uses will not allow the DVD to play anywhere other than my PC, or another P.C. The help section of the application states that the the file would automatically be converted into a MPEG2 format using the Photoshop application. Please explain what I'm missing!!! Desperate for help, as I have a family reunion this weekend, The DVD has 450 photos on it and the DVD was part of a gift package for the family. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Having trouble installing Photoshop Elements 13. [was: I wonder if somehow I might have went to Creative cloud because something crossed my screen, but I am not used to doing this so]

I could really use Customer Service help. I received Photoshop Elements as a gift for Christmas...I waiting until i got a new laptop so that I could use that as i was having trouble with older computer. However, I am having trouble installing the software...I swear the dvd added the programs, and I saw them in files explorer i think, but then I cannot find or I was not even able to add the serial number to my knowledge, because it was blank...no keystrokes were shown...and i don't see the program anywhere...Could I have down something wrong and it is somewhere in the cloud?

I never uninstalled virus protection to run it because I thought that it
would ask. I'll try again tomorrow I am frustrated. Thank you for your

Is Photoshop Elements and Premier 13 just a download program? I was expecting to receive a package in the mail, but whenever I check the status of my order I just get directed to the downloads page. Also, the download links are all for Windows and I operate a Mac... but there was no option to download a Mac version. Will the program still work? This is a grad gift for my fiancé, so I'm clueless and don't want to accidentally install anything on my computer... HELP!
