Photoshop Elements 13 Installation Disc

I have an Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Installation Disc and all other requirements for installation. When the disc is inserted for Mac, the disc doesn't appear on the desktop. Please help!

Are you sure you have the right disc? There's a windows disc in there, too.

Yes. Your serial number will make the trial into a full version.

Cannot load photoshop elements 10 disc 2

We purchased Adobe photoshop Elements 10. It has 3 discs. All are
labelled 'Adobe photoshop Elements 10' disc 1 of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3. At
the end of loading disc 1 it told me to load disc 2. No discs are labelled
as "premiere". Disc 2 instructs "start with disc 1".
We do not understand.
Would Adobe package 3 discs in the box, label them "elements 10"?

Install photoshop elements 7 disc

My windows 7 will not install my photoshop elements 7 disc when I insert it.
I tried double clicking the DVD rom drive but it just ejects the disc.
Can anyone help please.I am a computer novice.

Photoshop elements installation problems

Hi there. I have a purchased disk of adobe photoshop elements 9 and i am having problems installing it on my MAC.
I tried to download it as well in case there was something wrong with the CD but the same problem appeared as well. It says "Inconsistency in the installer database. Please restart your computer and install again." This appears in the middle of the installation procedure. My MAC runs OS X and the version is 10.6.7.
I also tried the adobe support advisor but it didn't detect anything.

thank you for you're answer. As already posted before, i tried every solution that came from the adobe support or i found in the web.
This included the solutions in the posted link. I deinstalled every adobe product on my Laptop and my complete antivirus and web Protection suite. I even made changes in the registry, that were suggested from the adobe support.
I had solutions from adobe developer after analycing my log files. That is the reason I spent this much time with installations tries.
That is the reason I asked for a service pack, because I see no chance in getting this version installed.
will there be a patch or something like that?

Purchased Photoshop Elements 13 from Adobe through Amazon as a download. It said one of the requirements was a 64-bit operating system. Okay. Downloaded fine. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 with a 64-bit processor. Initialized Adobe installer, put in serial #, pressed install. Photoshop Elements 10 disc is rejected by new iMac running OS 10.8.2

I am trying to load Elements 10 on to my new iMac .I have the SuperDrive which takes the disc, but then ejects it again, so I have not been able to instal.
This latest iMac has Intel chips, and Elements comes with 3 discs, only one of which is used installing on a Mac.
Can anyone help ?

Photoshop Elements 11 disc and download will not work

I have spent 3 days trying to get photoshop 11 to install on my new computer (using windows 8) My disc seems to mysteriously be missing its setup file which makes no sense at all. I have tried using the linkhttp://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-11-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre. twice now and followed all the instructions but I still get errors. I need to have this up and running soon as I use it for work as well as personal use. I also am concerned about having downloaded it several times now. Could there be conflicts happening from trying to open and run the files. It is as though some of it starts to open and then fails. I have posted my errors on another post from earlier today and yesterday.

Broken Photoshop Elements 5 disc, still have Product Key/ Serial Number

Hey I purchased Photoshop Elements 5 along with Premire Elemtents 3.0 back in I believe 2005/06. I reently moved and found that the disk for Photoshop had shattered during the move and I also just recently got a new computer and was wondering if there was anything that I could do since I still have the product key and serial number for the program so I could still use it. I wanted to see if I could get help from you before spending money I don't have to buy a newer version.

Hi, Roland. Well, I'm afraid you can't get it from us, since this is a user to user forum and we're just other customers like you. As for getting it from adobe, they never stock outdated versions. You will need a disc, since for PSE 5 disc serial numbers won't work with downloads and vice versa.

Computer won't read Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 disc!

Tried downloading Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and the computer is saying its a blank dic. I tried the disc on 2 other computers that are older than mine and it works. Please Help!!!!!!

Does your optical drive have a DVD symbol on the front of it? It is possible that you might not have a DVD drive but only a CD drive.

Lost Photoshop Elements 10 Discs

I have torn my house apart but cannot locate my box and discs. I still have my serial number as I registered my product online, but I really need to get this installed on my new laptop. Is there anything I can do, a download somewhere perhaps, to get this up and running again?

Photoshop Elements Installer Wont Open

Hey all,
I just downloaded the adobe photoshop elements trial. After it had finished downloading i double clicked the only file that downloaded to run it and it would not. In the properties window it says it is a "File" and nothing else. Also in the description it says "Adobe Extractor" but it wont run. When i try to it just asks me what program do i want to use to open it.

Nevermind it turned out to be a simple fix, i just added ".exe" to the end of the file name.

Photoshop Elements installation failure

Downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements on a MacBook Pro. When prompted to "launch" received the following error: Photoshop Elements 13 Editor quit unexpectedly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and received the same error. Suggestions?

Photoshop Elements 9 disc - activation trouble and program access

This also goes for my Premiere Elements 9 since both it and the Photoshop came in the same package.
I was going through technical issues where the motherboard on my Windows laptop was fried and then replaced, so I installed PSE9 on a temporary computer until I got mine back. During that time the disc got passed around amongst my family, but when my laptop came home I uninstalled the program on all of our computers - after discovering I could no longer access it on mine, and "deactivation" was not an option because the program wouldn't open for me to do it; and, on the rare occasion it did, the area was grayed out - anyway, after all that chaos and string of uninstalling, I finally got around to reinstalling PSE9 and PE9 on my original computer.
The welcome screens will open, but when I try to get into the program I get the "Activation limit has been reached" message. "This serial number has already been activated on 2 computers." Ok, I get that it's been activated more than once, but how do I deactivate something that's been uninstalled??? How do I fix this? Would taking my computer back to factory settings do the trick? I'd like to avoid that if possible, though. Please help. I'm going crazy trying to find an answer. Thank you for your time.
