Disc should not stuck, whatever is the paltform Try according to:
Disc1: Win PSE installer
2:- Premier Trial installer
3: Mac PSE insatller

Let us go through the usual drill on this...Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 8.1 (assumed 64 bit)
1. Are you running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges? Go to Local Disk C/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Premiere Elements 13, find the Adobe Premiere Elements.exe file, right click it, select and apply Run As Administrator from the pop up menu that appears, and then double click that file to determine if you can open the program from it.
2. Does the problem issue exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
3. Are you working with a pen and tablet device instead of a mouse?
4. How many video cards/graphics cards do you find under Device Manager/Display Adapters, what card name, driver date and up to date version number?
When you say it will not run...how far into the program do you get...
a. no further than the Welcome Screen and Video/New Project
b. other
If non of the above gets us anywhere, we may go for
a. deletion of the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and, if necessary, the whole 13.0 Folder in which it exists
and, if necessary, then
b. the uninstall, free ccleaner run through, and reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.
Details to follow if needed.
We will be watching for your results and then decide what next.

It's a 64 bit and this is the message I keep getting when I try to install:
*This installer does not support installation on a 64-bit windows operating
system. If you are installing by browsing through the disk content then
please run the setup.exe from the folder “Adobe Premiere Elements 12/PRE
64”. If you are not installing from the disks please download the 64-bit
version of Premiere Elements 12.*
The Adobe folder on my computer has downloads for both 32 bit and 64 bit,
both of which I tried...any suggestions?

Need to upgrade Photoshop and Premier Elements for new OS

Our hard disk crashed and when we had it replaced, they upgraded our OS to Windows 7. How do we upgrade Adobe Photoshop and Premier Elements?

Installing Photoshop and Premier Elements 12

I just purchased the CD-ROM for Photoshop and Premier Elements 12. I already have Elements 8 installed. Question do I do an uninstall of 8 and than do a fresh install of 12?
If I do the uninstall are there any remnants of files that might not uninstall when going to control panel and uninstall and if so where might they reside?

you can deactivate (help>deactivate) and uninstall pse 8 if you no longer need it and you can do that before or after you install pse 12. or you can leave it installed and use both versions.

Change plattform from windows to mac teacher edition photoshop elements/premier elements

I want just want to change plattform, Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13 Student and Teacher Edition (Windows,Svenska).
I´ve ordered Windows but i want the macversion.
Does anybody know why the adobe support takes soon long time to fix this small thing. I haven't downloaded the program.
Is this normal ??? Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Svea support the license for Photoshop and Premiere Elements 13 is a multi platform license. Have you downloaded the installation files and ran the installation with the serial number you received?

Photoshop elements & premier elements instalation

trying to install photoshop elements &premier elements on windows 7
error message (on both )
instalation progress has encounted an error whil installing shared technologies
please restart system and try again.
each time i get the same problem   i installed the programs from adobe download

64-bit version of Photoshop Elements & Premier Elements 13

Yesterday I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements 13 at an Office Depot Store. I was finally able to download and install the Premier Elements. The Photoshop Elements 13 will download, but it will not install. Near the end of the 35-minute installation (which I have done 8 times) I get a message saying it will not install and that I need the 64-bit version. There was not an option for the 32 or 64 bit versions when I made the download. How can I get the 64-bit version without paying for the product again?

How do I get past error400 in photoshop and premier elements?

I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 and Premier Elements 8 on a Vista PC several years ago, buit hadn't usedd them. Recently, I bought a photo/slide/film scanner tihiat came with Pihotoshop Elements 10 and installed it on a Windows 7 Laptop. I tried to use them now that I am starting to scan, but I get error 400. Ian't find out what to do about that. Issomeone able to help me?

Why are photoshop and premier elements so laggy?

I have an i7 3770 comp running Windows 8 with 32gb RAM and a 128gb SSD + 2tb hard drive. I run plenty of other intesive programs without any problems, but for some reason both premier elements and photoshop elements run stupidly slowly. What's up with this?

First, check to see if the auto analyzer is running. (Organizer>preferences>media analysis) See if shutting it down makes any difference. Also, if you've imported a huge number of photos (like in the thousands), PSE will run slow till organizer is done generating thumbnails. Sometimes it helps to let it run overnight to finish up.

Elements - Premier Elements Audio quits

I’ve used Photoshop Elements, mostly simple tasks, for many years, for photos and videos. I upgraded to ver 11 as well as Premier Elements 11 so I could do very basic video editing such as pasting a few short clips together. I use Elements to ‘get’ a video (or photo) file into the Organizer, but when I try to view the video file inside the Organizer the audio quits after exactly 30 seconds. Several other people have mentioned the same thing so I don’t think there is anything wrong with my video file, and it plays perfectly outside of Elements, when I go directly to the folder where it is stored and click on it.
I tried to edit the video inside PE11. That seems to keep all the audio but it get saved as a PREL file (whatever that is). However, the normal Elements Organizer can’t 'get' it. I presume I’m doing something wrong, but don’t know what.
