PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS when version 13 is she available?

Adobe seems to no longer provide new version of PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS beyond version 12.
Does this software is replaced by Creative Cloud ???
if this is the case it fortunately remains Paint Shop Pro X6 and the following Corel. I'm not interested in the CLOUD

I'm not sure what leads you to that conclusion, I suspect that there will be a new release soon.
Adobe hasn't released an update for camera raw 8.6 (which has been out for a while) for elements 12, suggesting to me that a new version of elements is soon to be announced.
Adobe normally announce their new versions in September and they do not give any hints before the release date. Anyone who knows for sure when/if it will be released are bound by non disclosure notices and therefore will not say. Anyone who says when/if there will be a new version (like me) are only guessing.
I also believe that Adobe will continue to produce elements as a way of try to get people to buy there more powerful products.
I'm not sure why you are not interest in the "cloud". The creative cloud is more a way of delivering the software and keeping it up to date. You still run the application on you local system and all your images remain on your disks.

You would get the redemption code, or perhaps even the serial number, from whomever you purchased the software from, apparently Amazon, so talk to them. This wouldn’t be the first time they’ve sold something that didn’t have all the numbers needed to license it.
A redemption code is something that is usually on the inner disc packaging if you purchase the media in a box, and there is a barcode on the outside of the packaging that must be scanned at the checkout register to activate the hidden inner code so you can redeem it at home on that website. This is what happens if you buy PSE from a brick-and-mortar store like Best Buy. I don’t’ know what happens if you purchase the downloaded version as I have never done that.
A redemption code is 24-digits of letters and numbers that you enter into a website to get a serial number, once and only once. The serial number of only 24-digits, no letters, is what you enter into the software during the install or when you run it and it asks if you want to register or run in a trial mode—whatever the exact phrasing is.
In any case it sounds like you don’t have either a redemption code or serial number—although perhaps something is listed on the purchase confirmation or your account online at Amazon or even in an e-mail from Amazon.

Photoshop elements 12 "valid size not available for this creation"

I see the message "valid size not available for this creation" when I am in organizer and I try and go to create a collage, photo book or any of those options. I have tried to see what other people have done by changing their location to usa/Canada but that didn't work for me. Can you help me resolve this? Thanks!

The error means that Elements is experiencing problems calling up the templates from the media database. You may need to close elements and then rename or delete the following system file and then re-launch the software and wait whilst the database is re-created. find:
Mediadatabase.db3

Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Version 10.0 FREEZING~

Hello, there. I'm having some issues with my Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, version 10.0.
For some reason, every single time I click on "Editor", it will freeze after it gets to the FINAL screen saying "Initializing".
I'm running Windows 7 64bit, Toshiba Sattelite
Software came as a bundle, for Christmas, with my new Intuos Creative Pen and Touch tablet.
I'm a graphics artist and NEED this photoshop to add watermarks and texts to the works I make.
I've tried giving it more than an hour to load up, emptied my disc spaces, defrag'd my harddrives, cleared my settings..
Everything listed on these forums. None of these seem to work.
I even tried contact Adobe Customer Support.. but they said they no longer help people with support once they come out with a newer model for sale.
(A HUGE dissapointment, mind you)
So, I'm going to include a screenshot of the way it's behaving here, so there is NO mix up on the issue at hand.

Freezing is very common in the last two weeks because USA itself is frozen with vortex of snow and ice. I hear white bears are roaming streets NYC.
In your case, assuming you are sitting in a warm room, give three finger salute AND click on the Editor icon to see if it clears the preferences file and start in default mode. To do this:
1) Press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT and Click on the Editor icon at the welcome screen. the process is similar to this one at this link: <http://forums.adobe.com/message/5983210#5983210> except that you need to click on the Editor icon.

Trouble installing Adobe Photoshop Elements trial version

I'm trying to download Adobe Photoshop Elements trial version and got up to installing adobe Download assistant and logging in with my Adobe ID and password. Help section says it should start downloading automatically after that but nothing happens and in the adobe Download assistant under' All products' or 'Products you may like', nothing shows up for me to manually click to download. How can this be solved?

It‘s been part of recent versions, perhaps from PSE8 onward; I‘m not exactly sure. The software activates automatically upon installation. If you ever change computers and already have two activations simply open the Editor on the old machine and on the top menu click help à deactivate

Photoshop Elements 9 help files not available

Some how when I installed the Program the help file may have been missed or placed in a directory the elelents 9 does not see.. I can not find then anywhere..What is the defaut directory for the help file..I do have' a using Elements 9 PDF file' on my ssytem but the help link inside elements does not see it ..can I change it and how....anyone help..can I move the help file and from where to where..URGENT

Till last time i remember in case you are not connected then it used to launch offline help or help files which are installed along with application. You can try the same else online help is always available. Also as said you can download and refer to it anytime on your machine.

It is always a possibility that whatever version of Photoshop Elements you are trying to install is too old to be able to work with your new machine. You might have to install it in compatibility mode, but there is still no guarantee it will work.
Message to use a new version of IE
There is apparently a problem with IE10+ in that it is mistakenly seen as being IE1. To get around this either use a different browser or use compatibility view (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-10)

Je travaille sur Mac MacOS 10.6.8. J'ai essayé d'installer Photoshop Elements 11 acheté sur CD il y a un certain temps. Tout va bien jusqu'à ce que je clique sur Installer. Là il refuse d'aller plus loin car il me demande de quitter l'application ElementsAutoAnalyzer et une autre où il y "link" dans le nom. Rien ne dit où sont ces applications et je ne les retrouve même pas avec Spotlight. J'ai redémarré l'ordinateur ce qui fait quitter toutes les applications normalement mais lors du relancement de l'installation ça ne marche pas et j'ai toujours les mêmes messages d'avertissement qui s'affichent.
Qui peut m'aider (en français de préférence, l'anglais étant loin d'être ma tasse de thé).

Restart your computer. Then, follow these steps:

2. Select processes and "show all processes" in the drop down menu at the top of the dialog.
3. In the list of processes, look for ElementsAutoanalyzer & dynamiclinkmanager.
