I am afraid you will not be able to use Photoshop Elements 4 on Mac 10.9.
Photoshop Elements 4 is only supported on Mac 10.3 and 10.4.

Not knowing which wireless keyboard you bought, it is difficult to be specific. but ...
it is quite normal for the keyboard's power light not to stay on - it is a way of conserving battery power.
Try this:
turn you keyboard off
on your iPad go to Settings > Bluetooth
if your keyboard is listed under Devices, then touch the little blue i to its right and choose Forget this Device
now reset your iPad: hold both the Home and Power buttons down for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears, let go promptly when the Apple logo appears and wait another 30 seconds for your iPad to turn itself on
After your iPad is back on again go back to Settings > Bluetooth
now turn your keyboard back on and see if it appeard under Now Discoverable
if it doesn't read your keyboard guide to figure out how to put it into Discovery mode
touch the listing for your keyboard under Now Discoverable, it should now appear under Devices
touch the listing for you keyboard under Devices, and choose to pair with it. -
My ipod and itunes both are skipping to another song about in the middle of the song. It doesn't happen on all songs...only some songs. I have reset the ipod, I have done a restore, I have reloaded itunes, I have updated the ipod but still am unable to figure out why. It did not used to do this. I can't figure out any pattern to the songs it does it on versus that it doesn't do it on. Some of the songs are purchased, some are imported, etc. We are running Windows 7.
how long have you had your ipod? mine did the same but after a while you need to get a new one because of the battery...

Just got a new IPAD3, straight out of the box, but I cant charge it, I have tried with the power plug and cable out of the box that came with it but no joy, i have tried resetting the iPad but still no joy, have tried different mains plug sockets around the house with no joy, I have tried different USB mains plugs but again no joy, I tried using my new iPad cable into the USB port of my MacBook Pro laptop but still no joy, then, I tried using my old iPod classic cable into my MacBook Pro and that worked, so I have a way of charging my new iPad3 but its not practical as i have to take my MacBook Pro everywhere if I want to charge it which kind of defeats the object of having an iPad, has anybody experienced anything similar and how was it fixed? can anybody help me please...

Please note it did say at the store's discretion, but people have actually been able to return it to the on-line store. (I only saw a couple who tried.)
And given the outcry, I would think Apple might have other Apple stores join in. Just in case, though, if you can, you might bring it in today.
If it's an ARS, my guess is they can stick to their 14 day return. Apple cannot force them to do it. SO if it's not bought directly from Apple, and it's past the 14 day deal, I'd bring it in to the store today if you have one. When I gave people the cnet.com site, I gave it so people could read it and know only Apple had made the decision for Apple. And I suggested to some that an Apple reseller would probably stick with their own return policy.
Because Arnie had just bought his, he should be able to return it to Apple or an ARS because an ARS has to have some kind of full refund or at least return for credit within 7 or 14 days of purchase.

Safari > Preference > Advanced
Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
"Develop" menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
Click Develop and make sure that"Disable Images" is not enabled in the dropdown. -
How do I change the address that my iphone sends when i send mail. I have deleted the account but it still shows up as the account that will be replyed to if people hit reply.
Hey There I didn't need to change it as it shows my correct name in my icloud account. The problem is on my Mac where it still shows my Full name as my partners name.
For eg. if I send an email from "Mail" on mac and I use my icloud account then the name that shows up is my partners name when the email is received. If I send an email from the Icloud Mail box that I log into on my browser then the name that shows up when the email is received is my name which is correct.
When I go into preferences in "Mail" on my Mac to change my name, the name is ghosted out and doesn't allow me to change it ! ? It is here that it still show my partners name ? -

I want to get rid of iCloud. I do not currently have an Apple product but thought I could use it with iTunes and my PC. I have deleted the software. I told iTunes to take it off my account, but every time I open iTunes there it is again, asking me to log into iCloud. I can't get Apple support because I don't have an Apple product. I don't know how to get rid of this!

After going through all the troubleshooting suggestions and also uninstalling and re-installing Firefox, it still won't work. To begin with it was fading out and a 'not responding' notice appeared on the header, with the pointer turning to the timer but nothing was happening. It's been working well for ages and I haven't added anything or deleted anything recently, so can't understand why it should suddenly stop working.
I've followed all the troubleshooting advice and disabled the plug ins, also removed a lot of the add ons, still didn't work. Then I uninstalled it and re-installed it.
Now it won't even open. A window comes up saying it has crashed and giving me the option to re-start it or quit it. If I click re-start, it won't re-start.
I've even started it in safe mode but that won't stay open either, it opens for about a minute then just closes.

My laptop has just been hit by malware disguised as an Adobe update. I deleted the download immediately and restarted but the problem persists. Trying to get endnote to work, I have downloaded the required plugin from Apple website but I still can't open endnote or create a list of references etc. I notice on the webpage it says endnote is sold seperately? Can anybody help with this issue?
You have to buy the EndNote application. http://www.endnote.com/

It sounds like his email address may already be in use as an Apple ID and the system is directing you to try to reset that password via date of birth and security questions. First, try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data by resetting.
If this does not help, set it up as new device, explained here:
