I restarted my computer numerous times but this is still happening. Please help me and thanky uo very much for your time.

The key is that it says there's a licensing subsystem failure.
Not sure whether this might help:   http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/licensing.html

  • Photoshop Error 147:4

Been using PS all morning. Just restarted it (I closed it to do something else and have come back to it) and got a message saying Error: 147:4 Please restart your computer to continue. See Adobe.com/support.
    Well...
Error 147:4 is not listed on the support website, so can anyone please tell me what it is?
I restarted my PC and now it won't run at all - it looks like Windows doesn't completely load up all the way. It started up CHKDSK, which then went through and found a lot of hard disk errors, deleted loads of stuff, marked bad sectors etc and now my machine is not working. Is there any connection between the error: 147:4 and my HD problems, or do you think my HD has failed and that caused the error. Either way I'm in a bit of a fix now :-(
Running PS CS4 64bit on Windows Professional 64, 4GB RAM, 500GB HD, Intel Core i5 processor, Asus 1GB GeForce 9800GT video, etc
    Any help much appreciated!

Mmm I think you are right.

    Thanks for your help!

  • Runtime error 147:20 Help!

    Hi guys,
Im new to this forum, hopefully someone can help me with this. So i installed the Adobe Flash CS4 on my computer but i keep getting an error when running the Flash application. This is the error i'm getting(refer to the attached image):
the Error 147:20 keeps bugging me. I was wondering if there is a way around this problem.
    Thanks in advance.

Technically, this is not Adobe technical support, just users helping users.  Adobe tech support attendance here is minimal if at all.  IF you go to the link identified in the error message and search your error under the Flash section, you might find some helpful info... or you might at least find someone that might have responded that you can try to contact directly.

I can't download OS X LION. it comes up with download error, Can anyone help me please ????????

Not much detail here. What's the error? If  a connection one, use a wired connection to the Internet, If it says stopped or paused, retry. If something else, try http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact.html?form=account

  • Unable to start photoshop CC 2014. Error 0xC0000076. Help please?

I downloaded photoshop CC 2014 but when I start the application. A dialog saying, "This application was unable to start correctly. Error 0xC0000076." I am using Window 7. Anyone has the same problem? Anyone has a solution too?

After spending half a day on Adobe forum and Adobe's online support chat, no solution was found. Finally figured it on my own. I went to Microsoft site and downloaded the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 for x86 and x64. When the download is complete, click on the exe file. It will ask you whether you want to repair or uninstall. Click on repair.
After the repair, Photoshop CC 2014 starts normal. Hope this will work for you as well.

  • Photoshop Elements 2.0 Help Please!

I just installed Photoshop Elements 2.0 and when I go to open it I get an error message saying that the program "Could not initialize Photoshop Elements because the scratch disks are full. This is definately NOT because of my computer's processing power, which runs off of XP has 3 Gigs of ram a 1.5TB hard drive (for my C: drive) and runs off of a 3.2 GHz microprocessor (so it's fairly speedy). I used to have photoshop on my old drive, now my backup (D:) drive, but I recently uninstalledit and reinstalled the program, using the disc, onto my new drive. I've tried cleaning up (using CCleaner) and defragmenting my drive, but nothing seems to work. Please help me out here.
    Thanks, JohanasBrown
P.S. I don't know if this is an occuring problem on any of the other editions of Elements, but if it is, I'm sure it can probably be solved in the same way, so even if you don't have the 2.0 edition, any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
P.P.S. The photo below is of the error as it currently appears when I start the program and is also attached.

Elements 2 is a very old program but you need to ask in the Elements forum.

  • Error Itunes -9812: help please

Hi everyone, I've read a lot about the error 9812 when trying to create an itunes account but still cannot find a solution. I'm now desesperated! My computer says Designed for Windows XP and underneath Windows Vista capable. Is this why my itunes store is not compatible? Anyone for repair solution please??????? Many thanks

    Hi Steph,
This (the -9812 error) was a widespread problem a while back and most people found that re-registering their .dll security certificates did the trick. Apple posted a help page (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=301520) but the Microsoft link no longer works. As such, here are some instructions and a web page reference. Hopefully this will work for you:
To register the DLL files, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 softpub.dll in the Open box, and then click OK. When you receive the message that the DllRegisterServer succeeded, click OK.
    2. Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 initpki.dll in the Open box, and then click OK. When you receive the message that the DllRegisterServer succeeded, click OK.
    3. Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 mssip32.dll in the Open box, and then click OK. When you receive the message that the DllRegisterServer succeeded, click OK.
    4. Click Start, click Run, type regsvr32 wintrust.dll, click OK, and then click OK when you receive the message that the DllRegisterServer succeeded.
And here's the web page reference:

Wow thanks for the encouragement. Your feelings of entitlement are not likely to engender helpful, or really any, responses to questions you post anywhere on the internet.
I didn't see any abrupt answers like yours Let me make this perfectly clear.
Your question is off-topic for this site. When discovered/reported off topic threads in these forums are locked and/or deleted.
I did take the time to tell you that you are in the wrong place rather than just reporting this thread and the resulting consequences (see above). It is not my fault that you did not bother to do enough research to find if you are in the right or wrong place for your question. It is your responsibility to find the correct resources for your problems.
What you should do at this juncture is go off and find a more suitable support forum/resource for your problem. This forum is not a suitable support forum for your problem.
And if you really feel that you must reply, thanking me for pointing you in the right direction would be the intelligent and appropriate response. And to be clear further responses where you show your anger at me for not giving you what you wrongly feel entitled too would be the incorrect and inappropriate response.
Good luck in solving your problem.

  • BlackBook - Error when reformatting - Help please?

    Hi,
I recently acquired a second BlackBook. 2.2 GHz, 4GB RAM, 160 GB HD
When it arrived to my home, I wanted to start with a fresh OSX install.
    1. I inserted my Leopard disc.
    2. I set the target disc to the DVD drive.
    3. I restarted
    4. I selected my language
    5. Immediately, an error pops up and says, "Mac OSX can not be installed on this computer. Please check the minimum system requirements..."
    6. I open the Disc Utility and zero out the drive
    7. I attempt to install the OS again and get the same error
    8. I remove the RAM and replace it with known good RAM
    9. I attempt to install the OS again and get the same error
    10. I swap hard drives with my current BlackBook inserted in the new machine and OSX loads just fine. Hardware checks out fine in System Profiler
    11. I insert the erroring Hard Drive into my BlackBook and am able to load the OS - no problems at all. No Errors.
    12. I attempt once again to load the OS with my current BlackBook drive and get the same error on the new machine.
Based on this, is my new machines' Logic Board hosed, or would this be something more like a finicky machine syndrome, or the optical drive?
I did a fresh install with my original laptop onto the new BlackBook Hard Drive and just threw the drive into my new machine and it works fine - no issues. It just seems ultra weird that I can't install the OS on the actual computer for whatever reason.
Any ideas on this one? Thanks in advance for the help.

Do you mean Photoshop CS2 or Photoshop Elements 2.0?
    They are both old.
If the first, where did you buy it?
If the second, ask in the Elements forum.

  • Photoshop Elements 12 organizer Help Please

I have downloaded all my scrapbooking grahics into the organizer and it's been fine up until yesterday. After I scrapbooked a couple layouts I went back into the organizer to use an element again and instead of it showing the graphic it shows an hourglass filling up. This has never happened before. So today I went back in thinking everything has restored itself but all the graphics I used yesterday still show hourglasses instead of the graphic. Now if I click on the hourglass it will show the graphic but what good is that? I have thousands of graphics in there and the rest are fine. So what I just did was delete the kits that it affected out of the organizer. ( Some kits have maybe 25 elements) I should have just deleted the actual element but no stupid me deleted the whole kit. What I was attempting to do was just reinstall them right back into the organizer. Now when I brought the kits back into the organizer, every darn item is an hourglass instead of displaying what it actually is. Please does anyone know what the heck happened and how I can correct it???????
