Photoshop error ? cloud not showing anything?

No I didn't know it was not an "error Message,"  It says clearly in capital letters when it pops up across my screen Error b6808cc6-135b-4f7f-933f-4a1274bac3b9 and across the top of the box is photoshop cc. and try again later. for well over a week i have had this popping up.
Today it ask me to sign in which i did, followed the directions - sign in to the internet and check my clock was right.
So I turned off the router, waited then turned it back on. Yes I'm conected. The time and day are correct to eastern standard time in Australia, made sure I signed in correctly and wallah! the same Error message again and try later.
Sorry,  I am confused, its not an error message at all. Just because it says error clearly why on earth would I not know that its just some obscure hash value ???
What ever it is my manager is stuck and the cloud is greyed out, when I click on either the symbol for the cloud drop down box that should show my apps and the updates shows nothing, click on the clog help, open in window and quit, and the manager symbol has a 5 next to it. But when you click on that the cloud box comes back with still nothing.
I sign into adobe follow the prompts to the forum seeking guildence, help! because I am not a "techy", just a student trying to learn. I can't close the not an error "Error"notice down as it only allows a minimize button to show.
I klick on the cloud app that shows only in light grey on the bar at the top of my Mac, I get an empty window,
and the manager shows nothing either.
I do have lightroom 5, dreamwever cs6 and photoshop cs6 that I can work with some programs I haven't tried, but those that i have I get a message that i am anable to access try later,  but as I am paying a monthly supscription fee I feel I should be able to use these programs, If I needed to rely on these apps to run my business i would be more than a little upset.
all I was trying to do and need you help me sort out what is wrong with the program, what did I do? as it was working fine before christmas, and how do I fix it, is that too much to ask. And please consider we are not all techies with degrees in IT.

Essentially the user was able to solve this issue by downloading the trial version of Photoshop (go here to download). When you're prompted to enter your AdobeID, do so with you Creative Cloud membership AdobeID.
You can also try running the Cleaner Tool (go here), make sure Photoshop is completely uninstalled, reboot your computer, and try to install Ps again.
