Photoshop is really broken, help please

hi, i have had a problem for a while now and i am not really sure why.
My problem is using the brush tool in Photoshop, while i am using it, it is fine, there are no problems but when i unclick to stop drawing on my trackpad and try to to scroll using two fingers on my trackpad nothing happens, my artwork doesn't move until i them command click back into the photoshop window, it then goes crazy and does all of the scrolling i tried to do before i command clicked back in.
The same sort of thing is happening with a lot of the other tools, when i use the spot healing brush the area selected stays the dark grey colour until i command click back into photoshop then it will heal the area.
The lasso tool shows the selection but does not start the marching ants until i command click again. The polygon lasso tool lags behind clicks, for example, when i click nothing happens, i then click again and nothing will happen, when i click for the third time the first two dots then connect, when i click again the next dots will connect but will never connect to the last dot until i click i join the shape up and click once more, which then makes the shape disappear.
I am having the same sort of problem with the clone stamp tool, the history brush, the eraser, the blur, sharpen, smudge, dodge, burn, sponge tools, i guess any tool that has a brush size. and all of the lasso tools. All of the other tools work fine to my knowledge.
I think it has something to do with apples track pad, today i tried using a mouse and it worked fine, i could draw a line and then scroll with the little ball in the apple mouse and it worked fine, but when i drew a line on my trackpad then tried to scroll with the mouse it didn't do anything until i command clicked. i then tried to click with the mouse and use the trackpad to scroll and that also worked fine.
Im currently using photoshop CC 2014 but i also had these issues in photoshop CC and i am pretty sure in photoshop CS6.
I am using a macbook pro retina 15 these are the specs
MacBook Pro   (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
Processor   2 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory   8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics   Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
i also had the same problem with my 2012 Macbook pro 15.
i have searched for an answer to this but i can't seem to find anything on the internet, i had uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop, i have reset all of the tool preferences, and deleted all of photoshops preferences when that didn't do anything.
any help would be very much appreciated

I'd start by checking the drivers for the trackpad are up to date if there are such things on a Mac.

Ok. You don't have to select your number. Just check your email under your "grey" number and then at the bottom of this page you will see the option "Start new conversations from". Select your number.

New JAVA Update = Broken; HELP PLEASE

Lenovo YOGA 3 Pro1370 80 HE - Photoshop display REALLY SMALL!-PLEASE HELP!

Just purchased new Lenovo YOGA 3 Pro1370 80 HE and installed Adobe Photoshop CS6 and the display is so small you can barely see anything!

Photoshop Elements 2.0 Help Please!

I just installed Photoshop Elements 2.0 and when I go to open it I get an error message saying that the program "Could not initialize Photoshop Elements because the scratch disks are full. This is definately NOT because of my computer's processing power, which runs off of XP has 3 Gigs of ram a 1.5TB hard drive (for my C: drive) and runs off of a 3.2 GHz microprocessor (so it's fairly speedy). I used to have photoshop on my old drive, now my backup (D:) drive, but I recently uninstalledit and reinstalled the program, using the disc, onto my new drive. I've tried cleaning up (using CCleaner) and defragmenting my drive, but nothing seems to work. Please help me out here.

P.S. I don't know if this is an occuring problem on any of the other editions of Elements, but if it is, I'm sure it can probably be solved in the same way, so even if you don't have the 2.0 edition, any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
P.P.S. The photo below is of the error as it currently appears when I start the program and is also attached.

Elements 2 is a very old program but you need to ask in the Elements forum.

My Computer and safari is running really slow. help please?

hi, if anyone can help me i would really appreciate. ok, my computer has been running very slowly for a while now. when i open up multiple pages of anything (mainly safari and word) or combinations of applications it loads slowly, runs slowly, and sometimes doesn't load at all. also, often when i am using safari, a unlock keychain popup comes up and asks for the "keychain password". i exit it once, but it pops up again a second time and i exit it a second time because i do not know what the passwords is. please help me.

When a drive slows down check for available disk space.
Right or control click the MacintoshHD icon. Click Get Info. In the Get Info window you will see Capacity and Available. *Make sure you always have a minimum of 10% to 15% free disk space at all times.*
*For Keychain issues / Safari issues.*
Sounds like your Keychain preference file is corrupted. Locate this file:
com.apple.keychainaccess.plist
~/Library/Preferences. Move that file from your Preferences folder to the Trash.
If that doesn't help...
1) Quit Safari
2) Open Keychain Access. (Applications/Utilities) Find the "Safari AutoFill" item. Delete it.
3) Relaunch Safari. Next time it asks for authorization, click "Always Allow".
Try Safari Maintenance
And try using Open DNS Click the computer icon and follow the instructions.

PhotoShop Error: 147:20 - HELP PLEASE

Alright, so each time I try to open Adobe Photoshop, this is the error i get:

I restarted my computer numerous times but this is still happening. Please help me and thanky uo very much for your time.

The key is that it says there's a licensing subsystem failure.

Small Flash game, really need help please?

I'm making a small Flash game, which is rotating rings in an image to create a coherent picture. Think of the puzzles in Assassins Creed.
I have three scenes set up, one with the puzzle, one with a fade to white transition, and one with a congratulatory screen.
I have this code to check if the orientation of the rings match, but I'm really new to actionscript so I'm not sure if it's right or not.

Photoshop album 2.0 HELP please

Why is my sony camera working with photoshop album 2.0 but my Canon Powershot won't work?? I've used the canon for a year with this program and since I've had to reinstall it won't work. Any suggestions would be appreciated

The program does not do screen captures for you, you would needs something else to help.
Set the thumbnail to maximum size - one per screen.
Now, if you hit the PrintScrn button on your keyboard it will place an image on the Windows clipboard. You would then need to go to an image editing program, paste it in, trim and save.
Alternatively, there are a load of [free] screen capture programs around that would help you automate this process. You might look here, for example: http://www.nonags.com/nonags/grcapt.html

You can transfer itunes purchases. Without syncing:
File>Transfer Purchases
Your backup copy should have everything that was on the old hard drive. Just use that to put you music back on the computer.
When you sync your iphone the itunes content will be erased from it, but you should have everything on your computer ( after you transfer new purchases and load your backup), so you can just re-sync.

If your Apple ID (the one you sign into iCloud) is your hotmail e-mail address, there should be a verification e-mail waiting for you in your inbox. If it has gone missing, you can resend it by logging in at http://appleid.apple.com

Photoshop Elements 8 Crashed--HELP PLEASE

How do I fix my photoshop elemnts 8 after I received a message "PSE unexpectedly crashed". I was simply uploading pics to Shutterfly and it crashed. I'm getting no support from the Adobe help line!
