Photoshop keeps telling me I have a trial version
Yesterday I subscribed to Creative Cloud with Photoshop and Lightroom (Dutch). Allthough Photoshop (and LR) is activated, it keeps telling me it is a trial version and asks if I want to continue. I checked all and it looks oke.
Working with W7 32bit
What can I do to make it work?

Photoshop CC keeps telling me I have the trial version
I signed up for the Photoshop CC $10/month deal. At least once a week I cannot open Photoshop (most often when I'm opening a file from Lightroom into Photoshop), and a message box appears telling me to sign into my Adobe account in order to use the trial version of Photoshop CC. When I do this, I get another message telling me to update my account and register my product. Photoshop is registered, my account is already up to date, and I'm not using the trial version. When this sequence occurs the only way I can use Photoshop is to sign into my Adobe account. But I will soon be traveling where I will not have Internet access. If this "trial" sequence happens during that time, I will not be able to use Photoshop. Any suggestions? Adobe Chat did not help. Windows 7, 32 GB RAM, etc. etc.

Many thanks for taking the trouble to respond. I've followed your instructions and so far so good - although the issue didn't happen every time I used PS so I guess time will tell.
A couple of questions if you have time.
Do you delete the cache.db file every time before you begin to use PS or did you do it just the once and everything has worked ok since?
Secondly, when you say you only update from within PS what do you mean? I'm afaid I'm a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to computers - wrongly it seems I assume they will always do what they are supposed to do!

Have Creative Cloud but Photoshop Keeps Telling Me It's a Trial
I've had Creative Cloud for about 6 months with no problems, then yesterday when I opened Photoshop, a window appeared telling me that it was a trial version. Anyone else have the same problem? If so, how do I fix? Do I have to reinstall Photoshop? (This isn't happening with any of the other apps.)

In my case, owned Photoshop CS6 for months, got Creative Cloud which somehow snuck CS6 extended in on me (never wanted). Now every time I open CS6 it asks me if I would like to continue my "Free Trial" or Join Creative Cloud services. just got an email yesterday that my Creative Cloud payment (automatic) wass received once again and thank you. I have confirmed that I am still in good standing on the website several times. Today it says I have 10 days left for my trial use of Photoshop. WTF
The real pisser is that I called to speak to someone the other day, Creative Cloud Support, the message said I would be on hold 35 minutes (give me a break), I was on hold 50 minutes and my call was still unanswered. -

I'm signed in to my Adobe account, on my details it shows I have purchased the Premiere elements product, its on my desktop and I'm using it fine. But it is now telling me that my video I have created has been done using the trial version and its asking me to purchase it.
Any ideas?Did you enter the serial number when asked so the program could activate?

Photoshop Elements Photoshop elements 12 keeps wanting me to register the product after installing but keeps telling me I have no internet connection or the clock is wrong, why does it keep asking me this? I have register online via the main webpage.

You need to sign in when using Photoshop Elements 12 as it is the method of activation. If you sign out it deactivates that installation.

App store keeps telling me I have an update but I don't.
The app store on my iPad had an update for an app the other day but rather than updating I chose to delete the app as it was of no use. However the app store keeps telling me I have an update but when I open the app store none are listed.

Also the iPad keeps telling me my mail settings are incorrect and that I should check them yet I can still send and receive my mail.

Once you purchase an app, you will continue to get the update notification even if you delet the app. the notification is based on your purchase history and I don't think there is anything you can do to stop the update notices.
As for the email alert - no clue - but this is what I would do. Restart your iPad. Hold down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut down. To start up again, hold down on the sleep button until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Maybe the email alert will go away. -
I installed the new 5.0 version of Firefox and the thing keeps telling me i have to resart my system to finish the install of an old version. I resart and it doesnt do anything. If the toolbar installed something into the rest of the system, you will see an entry in the Control Panel in the software uninstall applet which should be removed. You might need to make a new profile if you cannot find an extension that has something to do with the toolbar.

You got a new laptop? try asking there or in Lion forum.
If it has Lion, use the Recovery Mode boot Command-R
Use that to erase and reinstall - it has network install ability.

Authorisations only applies to computers, not to devices. Have you had other computers in the past and/or updated the OS on your current computers without deauthorising them ? You can safely 'deauthorise all' computers as described on the page that you posted from, it doesn't remove any content from them, it just means that you won't be able to use your iTunes downloads on them until you reauthorise them (which you should be able to do immediately).

Are you aware of any problem with a previous purchase ? Cannot find my product but when i tried to register it , keeps telling that i have already registered the product. i need to see it under my name.
I am on Windows 7, and I was on Adobe.com. I went to downloads and clicked on Acrobat XI standard. It downloaded. But when I went to run it said Acrobat XI Pro and would not accept my serial number.
