Photoshop Lightroom 2.6 freezes and lost my recient catalog, How I find it?

Hi Everyone.
The Lightroom 2.6 behave very strange and froze. After I started it again it asked me, to go to my last catalogue, then it sent me to theLightroom 1.x with an old catalogue, what I really need to find is my last cataolgue, Were I can find it?is very urgent.
Could you please help me.

I am not sure for your system but the Catalogs for Lightroom are stored by default in the following location. (Win Vista)
User Name> Pictures>lightroom> Lightroom 2 catalog.
If you have been saving backups of your catalog they will be in user name>pictures>lightroom>backups.
Try double clicking on the Lightroom 2 catalog file and it should boot Lightroom. If that file is missing or somehow corrupted look in the backup folder for the most recent Lightroom 2 catalog file and doubleclick to open Lightroom in that catalog.

Is anybody getting problems with IOS 5.1 on iphone 4. Mine is only a month old after being replaced due to a fault and now after the IOS 5.1 update it freezes when I try to unlock it and it has also frozen at the end of a call meaning I couldn't finish the call. I had to hold both buttons to reset it which doesn't always fix the freeze the first time.
Also I have noticed that all my calendar notifications on the dashboard have gone too. No matter what I do with the notifications in the settings the calendar won't appear.

I too get the freezing issue when trying to unlock my iPhone 4. It eventually unfreezes back to a locked phone, when I try to unlock it again it will either freeze or the device reboots. Following the reboot it normally let's me in. Doesn't happen every time I use the phone but is happen 2 to 3 times a day.

The install of 2014 doesn't move or copy anything from a previous version, with the exception of settings. You can go into your Photoshop CC installation folder, navigate to your plugins folder and then just copy all the plugins you've installed from that folder and into the Photoshop CC 2014 plugins folder. The plugins should then be available in 2014 the next time you launch Photoshop.
The only thing that may prevent this from working is if you're using the 32bit version of Photoshop CC. Photoshop CC 2014 is 64bit only so 32bit plugins don't work. If this is the case for you, check out the manufacturer of the plugins and see if they have 64bit versions available.

I've purchased the photoshop/lightroom CC monthly package and It won't download, plus, to add insult to injury, i've just checked my bank account and they have taken 2 payments out of my account. One yesterday and one today, i'm really not happy about this, to be honest I've had nothing but bother using every Adobe product i've bought.

I D/L'd a trial version of LR 5 and lost all my catalog and collections in LR 4. What can I do to get them back?

Yesterday I D/L'd a trial version of LR 5.6 and during installation it seemed to be copying my catalog from my LR 4.4. Now nearly all of my catalog and all my collections in LR 4 have disappeared. What has happened to them andhow do I get them back. The original photos seem to still be available in the myphotos directory on the computer, but without any of my lightroom editing.

This was the scenario:
The first time I updated, it was only my music that was lost.
When I got my music back, I lost my apps.
When I got my apps back, my contacts, notes and photos were lost.
Now I got back everything except for my photos.
(Yes, I restored from backup several times since the first update.)
Do you think if I try restoring from back up, my photos that were taken from my ipod will be restored finally?

Mac OS X 10.6 includes QuickTime versions 10.0 and 7.6.3. The QuickTime 7 player will only be present if a QuickTime Pro key was present at the time of installation, or if specified as part of a custom install, or individually downloaded:

Snow Leopard update 10.6.4 included an update to 7.6.6 (if installed). You can install it from the above link even though it says for 10.6.3. It's the same version of QuickTime Player 7.6.6.
(Only QuickTime Player 7.6.3 or 7.6.6 can be updated to "Pro".)

Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with your bank or any savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. Something as small as an iPod should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries.

connect to your computer,
open itunes,
go to the iphone page,
info tab
untick sync calendars, sync the iphone,

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Has any of this been tried?

If I didn't save it before opening the older catalog ( I don't specifically remember saving anything) would it be save in another format other than a catalog somewhere?

What happens if you choose File->Open Recent? Is the other catalog listed, and can you choose it? Simply switching to a different catalog should not cause the previous catalog to disappear.

You can only locate your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.
If the device is wiped by you or another, you may not be able to locate the device (although some have reported they can)
