Photoshop not connecting to revel?

i missed the july 15th deadline, my welcome screen is not connecting and i dont know how to tell what my storage is, what the status is? although, my pictures show up on photoshop.com account, please let me know how to fix the welcome screen.

Photoshop doesn't have any direct connection to revel, or Photoshop.com.
And Photoshop.com has been shut down (you should have received several emails about that starting in February).
Are you confusing Elements with the full Photoshop?
Or something else?

If you live in the US and opted out of migration or if you live outside the US and did not opt in, then your files were not migrated to Revel. You have 97 files that were in Photoshop.com storage, which has now closed. If you did not archive them, please try this today or tomorrow before your files are deleted. You can then login to Revel on a browser at adoberevel.com or download the app for Mac, iphone, and ipad and upload the photos there.

Photoshop elements 12 will not connect with Revel Premium

I am using Windows 8.1 and I upgraded to Elements 12 from Elements 8 in August 04. I also have Revel Premium. For a few weeks I was able to move photos between PS and Revel. Now this has changed, for I am no longer able to access Revel from Photoshop. I have listened to the Help Videos and have red the other help topics with no success. Obviously there is a solution to this problem, and I am convinced that others have experienced it. Since Adobe Tech Support does not support Photoshop and only directs you to the Forums I am hopeful there is someone here who can help me.
I appreciate your help since I have many photos in Revel that I would like to move to Organizer.

What happens after you click on a photo and go to View>Full Screen?
Does that happen with all your photos or just certain ones?

You would get the redemption code, or perhaps even the serial number, from whomever you purchased the software from, apparently Amazon, so talk to them. This wouldn’t be the first time they’ve sold something that didn’t have all the numbers needed to license it.
A redemption code is something that is usually on the inner disc packaging if you purchase the media in a box, and there is a barcode on the outside of the packaging that must be scanned at the checkout register to activate the hidden inner code so you can redeem it at home on that website. This is what happens if you buy PSE from a brick-and-mortar store like Best Buy. I don’t’ know what happens if you purchase the downloaded version as I have never done that.
A redemption code is 24-digits of letters and numbers that you enter into a website to get a serial number, once and only once. The serial number of only 24-digits, no letters, is what you enter into the software during the install or when you run it and it asks if you want to register or run in a trial mode—whatever the exact phrasing is.
In any case it sounds like you don’t have either a redemption code or serial number—although perhaps something is listed on the purchase confirmation or your account online at Amazon or even in an e-mail from Amazon.

I haven't been able to try this fix, but someone emailed me the below fix:
I had same problem.Elements13 would not open my new default printer, but worked ok on four other versions of Elements. No help from Adobe, after three days of searching & phoning adobe , I found out by:- Going into Elements 13, Press Edit button, down to "Preferences and across to general. Press the "Reset Preferences on next launch". I then suggest you go through each section to make sure that your chosen preference are still ticked/checked in.
It worked for me. Hope same for you.
I'm planning on trying this fix soon. Let me know how it goes for you if you get to try it before me. Will do the same. Thanks,

I had the same issue and I'm running Windows 7. Tried working with technical support for several hours but they were no help. They just had me doing the same things over and over, offering no real answers. I finally got fed up and have decided to return my product for a full refund.

Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers

OpenDNS IP Addresses
- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem

How to back up from Photoshop Elements 8 to Revel

My photos were backed up from PSE 8 to the Elements backup on photoshop.com. Now they have been automatically moved to Revel. How do I back up more photos from PSE 8 to Revel? When I try to do a backup from PSE 8 it connects to the old photoshop.com backup.

It sounds like you want to get more of your files onto Revel but are not sure how to since you can not save from Elements to Photoshop.com anymore and since Elements 8 does not communicate with Revel. What you can do now it upload your photos to Revel directly from your Mac or PC. If you have a Mac, you can download the Revel app and upload from your Mac. If you have a PC, you can upload via a web browser at adoberevel.com. If you upgrade to Elements 11, you will have the ability to upload to Revel from Elements if you choose (it is not quite the same as the sync, but allows upload to or download from Revel) See the link below for more details. Out of no where, will not connect wirelessly.

I just purchased a Windows 8 pc. However, I take such good care of my techie things I still have an old Toshiba laptop about 8 years old, maybe a little less that runs just great, it's just the technolgy was getting a little behind. It's the old style "tablet" that has the swivel screen and was considered "heavy" accord to our standards today.
The Toshiba Satellite (circa 2005) laptop is an XP with all the updates and service packs. I keep it lean and clean with Advanced System Care, have for months with no problem. It was always used to connect wirelessly.
About the middle of February I switced from Verizon slow DSL to Comcast because we have no other choice for a faster speed. No FIOS. But, I've come back a full 180 to Verizon. However I did get a new modem, the latest advances. It's a D-Link ADSL2+ (DSL2750B) Supposed to run 3 to 6 times faster than the old Verizon modem I had. When I first connected to the DSL I turned this laptop on, connected wirelessly and it was there great going! I was even hitting almost the top speed I am provisioned for wireless. The modem is only 2 feet away but still. I turned if off, turned my attention back to the new Windows 8 machine for a day couple of days
Then I wanted to go back and check the Toshiba XP and revel in it's great performance on this new modem .... drat!! It detects all local stations, even of course mine, but when I try to connect it tries but fails and jumps to a neighbors DSL. I can however connect with the Ethernet cord.
I've been using this Toshiba Tablet for months with a USB wireless adapter just fine that a friend gave me. In fact either the internal wireless adapter and the USB worked with not a problem but tests seemed to show his gift of the adapter was a little faster, so I use it exclusively.
So neither wireless adapter, internal or USB will connect to my modem. I even tried pressing the WPS button on the modem, the one that's lets someone near log on without a password.
So there it is. Can anyone have a clue why this worked at the first and now won't? Also, all other pc's, including a netbook with XP and a new small android tablet are connecting no problem. It's the Toshiba laptop alone that for some reason ...

Since the computer can connect with the neighbor's router, I don't think there is a problem with wireless connection on the computer. So it has to be some configuration or settings problem with the new modem. I would check the encryption of the new modem. If the computer can see the modem, but not connect, my thinking is that the encryption is blocking the connection. Temporarily disable the encryption on the new modem and see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't, you may want to check the advanced settings on the modem and compare the IP settings on the computers that work versus the one that doesn't.
