Photoshop not working due to windows detecting a problem

Question

Hello I am having some trouble with opening up the Photoshop app on my desktop. I had this program installed before & had no issues. It was when I installed the creative cloud that it stopped working. I tried uninstalling
it a few times & still no luck. In Design & Illustrator downloaded & worked no problem. If someone could please help me with this that would be much appreciated. Thanks!
