Photoshop Premiere Elements for PC

I am trying to download Photoshop Premiere Elements for PC - I am getting a message that i need "all parts in the same folder" to install - i am trying to run the .exe file, there are no other files available.

you must download both the exe and the 7z files. they are both listed (file 1 of 2, and file 2 of 2).

I am trying to download Photoshop and Premiere Elements 10 for Windows on my PC. There are many different things that are there to download. Do I download them all? If not, which ones do I do? My computer is a 64-bit.

The Adobe Download Manager will deal with everything automatically. You can download both programs simultaneously if you have a fast connection, other wise I would recommend installing Photoshop Elements first. Then download Premiere Elements 64 bit. Finally update the content fpor |premier Elements and you are good to go.

Normally an Elements purchase is good for both platforms. You should only need to download and install the Mac versions of the programs and install and activate them using the serial number you have from the opriginal purchase.

Unable to Install Photoshop & Premiere Elements 13 on MAC 10.9.5

Hello. I received Photoshop & Premiere Elements 13 for Christmas. It was purchased from Amazon (Amazon inc., not a third-party vendor). I have a MAC, running OS 10.9.5, which aligns with system requirements. I have been unable to install the software at all. One time I received a message that the software was not legitimately Adobe software. Otherwise, the disc is ejected automatically. Everything indicates it is Adobe software (serial number, packaging, etc.) Any ideas? Thank you, Melissa
Correcting Title

Thanks. I downloaded Elements, and started to install, but can't get past the serial number screen.
There are several numbers on the back of the DVD box. I assumed the serial number was the long number above the bar code on the right - < removed > - but that doesn't fill the spaces and I don't get the 'NEXT' button.
The instructions say that the serial number will start with 1057 - so I tried added that to the beginning of the number above. Didn't work.
There is also a PN number on the back of the box, and a shorter number under a bar code on the left - < removed >
Can you tell me what I need to enter to install?
I haven't downloaded Premiere yet...

i downloaded it onto the family computer back in the day.
i finally got my own laptop.
but of course it doesnt have a disc drive.
i still have everything adobe, including the discs and serial numbers.
how can i download my favourite thing in the whole entire world onto my laptop?????

you could use a computer with a disk drive to copy the installation files to a usb stick and transfer the usb stick to your new computer.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

If you purchased from Adobe direct, then just go to Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com and sign in. In the Search field at the top of the Adobe home page, type in My Orders. Then follow the link to My Orders and find your order and the download files associated with it.
If there are problems in that regard, go to the following web site and download and install the free tryouts for Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11 (whichever one you want) and insert your purchased serial number into those installation files to make it your working copy.

If you want to deploy lync by SCCM, you may utilize config.xml to do that. All the things you want to configure, you may find it can be achieved in config.xml
Run the install by using the following command line:

Redemption code comes back as invalid as I try to install Photoshop/Premiere Elements 11.

I bought a sealed copy of Photoshop/Premiere Elements 11 less than a year ago. I just got around to installing it. However, when I come to the screen where I need to put in the Serial number, I see that I need to first use a redemption code to get the serial number from Adobe. When I put in that redemption code, I get a response that the redemption code is invalid. Considering I paid around US $80 for this and am now wanting to use it, I'm a bit disappointed to say the least. How can I get Adobe to recognize my redemption code and give me a serial number? Is there somewhere else I need to be looking for a serial number? Any help would be appreciated.

I can't tell if my Photoshop/Premiere Elements 11 download really included both programs.

I purchased the Photoshop/premiere elements 11 in Dell download locker. After downloading and extracting zip, I have an Element icon but not Premiere. Everything in the zip files lead back to Photoshop, even the ones in the Premiere folder. It says photoshop once its oopened. Aren't they 2 different programs? I'm not sure if I've installed this correctly or not.

It shows a folder for Elements 11 Organizer, a Photoshop Elements 11 icon,
and a flash player folder.
I re-downloaded it. Same thing, just those 3.
But in the My Downloads folder is shows Photoshop elements and Premiere elements. But when I run setup.exe in the Premiere, it is the wizard for removing Photoshop. Pressing next will remove the first one, not install the second one. This makes no sense.

I don't know what kind of system info you mean? I am new at this. But I have a new computer and tried reinstalling adobe photoshop elements 12 & adobe premiere elements 12 and now both are not working.
The message says Configuration error and the error code is:- Error:1
It worked fine on old PC.
After Clicking ok another message now comes up saying:
A required application library failed to load and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application.
Which i have done.
