Photoshop says I'm running a trial even though I've paid.

I've purchased the Photography package i.e. Photoshop and lightroom, I've paid the first monthly amount. The Creative Cloud app still says that the photoshop I'm running is a trial version. It doesn't say this for Lightroom though.
I don't want to get to the end of 30 days and find that Photoshop disappears.
Thanks,
