Photoshop says i need to update my drivers but my drivers ARE up to date any help?

i have a trial of photoshop but i cant use it because of the error saying my drivers are out of date and they are up to date help?

Have you already activated the iPad? That is what the screen is telling you to do - connect to the computer with the supplied cable and run iTunes while connected - and iTunes should guide you through the set up process. If you have already set up the iPad and you are still getting thos screen message - restore your iPad. You must be running iTunes 10.5 on your computer as well.

First you need to install Mac OS 10.6. To do this you have to buy the OS disk. (This is a whole different OS, not an update of 10.5.) Order it here:

You may be able to install an even newer OS, but you have to get 10.6 first.
Please look at Apple Menu / About This Mac / More Info... and check under Hardware Overview for the Model Identifier of your Macbook. That will tell us whaat is the highest OS you can install.

I want to sync music from my PowerBook G4 to my Ipod Generation 7 but it says i need to update the Powerbook but the Powerbook says there is no updates plus i need to update Itunes but its not working.

In order to install iTunes 10.7 or later you need OSX 10.6.8 or later. A PowerBook can install up to OSX 10.5.8

If you go to the App Store and look under Purchases - or Updates - you should see iPhoto, Garageband, etc. You can install updates from there.

Ok when i plug in my iPod a popup says some of the items in the iTunes library were not copied to the ipod because your ipod software is too old. Go to summery tab in iPod preferences and click update to get the latest ipod software. hmmmm. while the ipod is plugged in, in itunes go "help > check for updates". after it says you're up to date with your itunes, do you get another message asking you to update your firmware?

If you hold your finger on the Craiglist App, until all Apps Jiggle, do you get an X on the upper right hand corner of the app and if you touch the X, does the app not delete? If you can delete it, you can redownload it and you'd get the current version.

You can't back up an open iPhoto...
Most Simple Back Up:
Drag the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to another Disk. This will make a copy on that disk.
Slightly more complex: Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically.
Example of such apps: Chronosync - but there are many others. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store

Go to the main iTunes store screen.
Go to the very bottom right of thes creen and click flag/marble icon.
Select the US store.
Instead of selecting *Create account*, select Redeem.
Input the card number then select Create new account (unless you already have an iTunes account then use that).
If these iTunes gift cards are from the US, you need to create a US iTunes account with a US address.

Trying to open a recent Pages document - get the message I need a newer version of Pages. Apps indicates I have the latest version.
Kind of feels like I'm running word... Ugh.

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5/5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.1 sometimes can not open its own files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has not only managed to confuse all its users, but also itself.
Note: Apple has removed over 95 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Archive/trash Pages 5, after exporting all Pages 5 files to Pages '09 or Word .docx, and rate/review it in the App Store, then get back to work.

Yesterday I updated my mac to System 10.9 and now I have a dialogue box in system preferences saying I need to update the NVIDIA CUDA drivers but the servers are unavailable. I download a driver from the site but the Mac would not open it. This system has an ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB graphics card. What do I need to do. Do I need a new Card?

Vista Ultimate 64-bit recognizes 8 cores. 32-bit recognizes one physical cpu.
I've had very little trouble in two years. And now I do like Windows 7 but also eager for the RC.
I've been using the latest Nvidia. There is a method to the madness of how to uninstall/delete and install graphics drivers, or madness in the method. The W7 drivers are easier.
Nope. Something else. More sensitive to disk errors. You aren't running a program to boost fans. Something.
And some AV software is more prone to causing trouble. But all you need is a good AV/malware program, and even Norton AV 2009 is acceptable, or Avast or one of the others.
