Photoshop Single App Cancellation

If I purchase Photoshop Single App and choose Cancel Anytime when signing up will I actually be able to cancel anytime free of charge?

I switched from the $19.99 CC Special to the 9.99 Photography Plan before my commitment was up. The Customer Service Rep not only cancelled my plan before it expired, but refunded a recent payment of $19.99 when I explained the Photography Plan fit my needs. So I started on it and my CC plans under "My Adobe" reflected the change.
The only odd thing was that I got expiration pop-ups, and simply signed out of and signed in to start the Photography Plan.
So I did not have to pay a cancellation fee maybe because I was only switching plans.
I think I covered most of this. If you have a question I'll try and answer it.

So what you are saying, asking, is you purchased a Photoshop subscription @ the original offering price of $19.99 a month cost (or whatever it was) and now what to Drop that in favor of the PS CC + Lightroom $9.99 subscription. Is that correct?
If so you have two options as I see it.
    1) do as suggested above and contact Customer Care to see if you can switch over before the end of the original subscription.
    2) If you are close to the end of that original subscription period wait for it to end, Do Not Renew and then sign up for the newer lower cost PS CC + LR subscription.

  • My adobe creative cloud single app cancellation did not go through!

Early last month I called to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud single application account (Acrobat) and was told that the account was cancelled. Then, a couple days ago I saw on my bank statement that I am still being charged for the account. I can't get through on the phone to talk to someone about this and the chat support is busy also. I just want to cancel my account!

    The following orders are cancelled.
Creative Cloud single-app membership for Acrobat Pro (one-year)
    Desktop Subscription
    Jan 28, 2015
Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year)
    Desktop Subscription
    Jan 19, 2014
There is a new purchase for which you have been charged :
Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year)
    Desktop Subscription
    Feb 21, 2015
The charge that you are considering as being charged for cancelled CC is the charged of the unpaid amount of the previous CC.

  • I have PhotoShop single app plan, want to upgrade to Creative Cloud at the discounted $29.99/mth price.  I own Avid Media Composer.  How do I do this?  Thx.

    Any help welcome!   Thanks.

The only way to get the discounted price is if you already own either CS3 or CS4 or CS5 or CS6.
A Single App subscription does not qualify.
Avid Media Composer is not an Adobe product. Not sure why it's relevant to mention it here.

  • Can I transfer my existing Photoshop Single App subscription to your new offer of both PS & LR

    Hi,
I see on your site that I should be able to cancel my existing membership and start with your offer of both Photoshop and Lightroom for under £9 per month.
I originally wanted both software packages but couldn't afford both so only have Photoshop at present. It would be great if I could have this transferred but I am unable to get hold of anyone on the phone or online chat that can help.

Are you talking about the Photography package? If so, and if you don't get a response here, try posting to THIS thread. Beverly Gray has been helping a lot of people make the switch there.

  • I wanted to puchase photoshop for illustrations, but should I do the photography or single app?

I wanted to puchase photoshop for illustrations, but should I do the photography or single app?  The photography is 9.99 per month and single app is 19.99 for the same app?

So it sounds like while the special promo is going till 3/31/2014 that I should take advantage of it and do the photography deal for 1 year since it is the same product.
    Thanks
    Dan

    Hi Dcoffman11,
    Welcome to the community.
The Photoshop Photography Pan includes two products: Lightroom and Photoshop, whereas Photoshop Single App membership  allow you to use only Photoshop.

  • How do I upgrade two single-app subscriptions to one Creative Cloud membership?

Hi, I have an InDesign and a Photoshop single-app membership but I want Illustrator too. So I was going to upgrade to a Creative Cloud plan - kind of merge the memberships together. The FAQ says to go to My Account and follow the steps but there are no steps. When I just clicked on one of the single-app plans and tried to edit the single-app subscription plan to a Creative Cloud year long plan and try to submit, the webpage thinks about it forever and then timesout.
What am I doing wrong or what can I do?

Depends on how long you have been a single app subscriber.
I would suggest you Contact Adobe Customer Care via on-line Chat for details.
    http://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html
Ultimately, I think you'll need to cancel your current subscription and then, if you qualify for it, sign-up for Creative Cloud on the Student/Educator plan.

  • Converting Single App membership to Full -Staff question ?

Hi …… I currently have two Annual single App Membership plans running: Photoshop - AD001472772UK and PremPro - AD001752956UK. I’ve been trialling other Apps available in CC and find I could now use at least 4 others. In the UK the full membership is approx £47 ppm. Six Apps equates to £7.8 ppm for each with access to all the others etc. The math works for me and I would like to increase my Single App membership to a Full Annual subscription.
How do I go about this please without incurring any financial penalty? My Photoshop membership fee has already been paid this month, my PremPro membership is new and I don’t believe any payment has yet been requested.
    Thanks,
    Lyndon

Beverley Hi, I've just spent 30 mins on a Chat session with Jacky, one of your Support people. A very productive use of time. She informs me that my two previous App single memberships have been cancelled and I now have full membership. She also confirmed that no cancellation charges have been raised for the remaining term on the singles.
    New full account #: DS012596339DT
I assume no further action is needed but it would be nice to know the Photoshop Single App plan has been cancelled.
    Thank You.

  • Upgrading Multiple Single App Subscriptions

I had multiple single app subscriptions for Dreamweaver and Photoshop. I upgraded the Dreamweaver one to the full Creative Cloud membership, and am wondering how or if I can cancel the remaining Photoshop single app subscription without being charged for the remainder of the years payments.
Not quite sure how it works but it's my second year subscribed to both Dreamweaver and Photoshop on the monthy plan, about 2 months into this years payments with 10 months to go. Since I'm upgrading one (paying more) I would be sad if I also had to finish this years payments for my remaining Single App Photoshop plan.

    Hi Jovenator,
The option you provided is quite possible, you can cancel Illustrator subscription and then upgrade Photoshop subscription to creative cloud membership or vice versa. Also, it depends on the product version you have and upgrade options available at Adobe. Please check http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/buying-guide.html for more information

  • Can I buy multiple single app purchases?

It's more economical for me to buy 2 single app purchases, than paying to access the full suite monthly (at the cancel any-time rate)
    Is this even possible though?

    http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html#purchasing-availability
Can I buy more than one membership to an individual offering of Creative Cloud?
No, Adobe has moved to identity-based licensing with a technology that will not support multiple same-product licenses, so you can buy only one membership per Adobe ID. If you need two Creative Cloud memberships, you will need to purchase each with a unique Adobe ID. You can also purchase a Creative Cloud for teams membership, which allows you to purchase and manage multiple seats under one account.
So you can buy a Photoshop Single App and a Illustrator Single App membership using the same Adobe ID
but not 2 x Photoshop Single App or 2 x individual Cloud memberships with the same Adobe ID.

  • What does Single-App plan for Creative Cloud include?

I've just completed my first year with Creative Cloud, paying for the introductory subscription.  The only App I ever use is Photoshop.  If I move to a Single-App plan do I still get to use TypeKit inclusively with my subscription?
    Thanks
    Matt

(Note it's not included for the Photography program, but otherwise all other single-app memberships.)
Classic Adobe. They giveth with the one hand and they taketh with the other.
Almost everyone signing up for the Photoshop Single App is going with the Photography Program to get Lightroom as well.
Why omit Typekit from that deal? All it does is breed resentment amongst the users. Costs Adobe nothing to include it.
So the choice now is Photoshop + Lightroom OR Photoshop + Typekit. But not all three.

  • Can PS single app plan be migrated to CC photography plan?

I am a currently have Photoshop single app plan @ 19.99, can I switch to the Creative Cloud Photography plan mid way through my subscription? It just feels silly paying twice as much for half the apps.. Can plans be switchted?

    Hi there

A subscription can be activated on 2 of your computers but can't be used at the same time.

  • Switch Single App CC to Photo Bundle?

    Hi,
In the UK Photoshop Single app is costing me £17.95 a month. The Photography Bundle (PS + LR5) is showing as £8.95. How do I switch over. Two software at half the price has got to be better right?
    Thanks

  • Photography Plan instead of Single App Plan

I’m thinking of subscribing to Photography Plan instead of buying the Photoshop Single-App plan since it’s cheaper. Is there anything I need to consider before doing so? Does the Photography Plan have any limitations? Can I use the apps under Photography Plan in a different laptop?
