And try what's suggested in this thread. (<--- Click.) Once airplane mode is enabled, disable sync in PS Touch, then you can re-enable your Wi-Fi.

Please helpA0 is pretty big if you go at a high DPI for printing. It's about 10000 x 14000 pixels at 300 DPI.
PS Touch can handle about 12 Megapixel image imports (which is about 4000 x 3000 pixels). PS Touch, interestingly, can create 4096 x 4096 pixel projects from scratch.
Adding to that, PS Touch always exports at 72 DPI. Take note that this is probably due to tablet hardware. Tablet hardware is "getting there" but it still has a ways to go before it matches its desktop cousin. -
I have tried to install Creative Cloud but I just get a blank white screen with a black Creative Cloud bar at the top. There are no options to choose 'Apps' etc. Can anyone help?
What happened yesterday may have been caused by the SOPA protest action that was joined by a lot of sites yesterday and such an action won't happen that often.

I'm trying to setup my new iphone and the Apple ID it asks for is my friends old Apple ID that she no longer has access to. How can I fix this so I can use my new phone? The first step asks for my iCloud info but then asks for my friends after I agree to the terms.
The iPhone is new, has never been used. When asked if I want to set it up as a new phone, restore from an iTunes backup, or my iCloud backup I selected iCloud. It then askes for me to sign in with my Apple ID, I then agree to the terms, then it asks for me to sign into my friends Apple ID. She and I have used each other's computers in the past so I assume this is where her information is coming from. The problem is she no longer had that email or Apple ID and has no way of gaining access to it and therefor I am unable to proceed.
I suppose my question is, how can I remove her information from mine so I can setup my new phone using iCloud. Also, I have already checked my Apple ID online and nowhere on my account is her information listed. -
I live on a boat so I use a wifi antenna adapter to get internet. I used mozilla 3.6 until 5 came out and I updated. After that my internet stops more so I called the manufacturer and he said it doesn't work well with Mozilla 5 and I should change back to 3.6. Its not that it stops so much as when it does stop, I need to access the program that can change the source of the internet connection and with 5.0, it won't open the program so I can't use it. I tried to download 3.6 again and can't find it to download. Now I have to use internet explorer which I don't like.

Welcome to Adobe forum.
In order to install your Photoshop CC you will have to install Creative Cloud app.
To install it please visit below given link and login with your ID:
www.creative.adobe.com
Once logged in on top left corner you will have an option 'Download Center', please click on that and Download an app named Creative Cloud.
Once its downloaded please install it and open it, once it is opened please go to 'Apps' tab and then you will see all the software's to install.
Please look for Photoshop CC and click on Install infront of it and it will install it.
Once installed please open it and use it. -
When I was living in the UAE I purchased an iphone 5. It does not have FaceTime because of 'cultural' reasons. Now that I have moved back to the States where we don't have the same 'cultural' issues, I'd like to put Facebook on. How do I go about it? Will apple exchange the phone? Can my phone's serial number be taken off the no Facebook listing?
There is no way to get Facetime on that phone. No, Apple will not exchange it. You'll need to purchase a new phone in order to have FaceTime. Third pary apps such as Skype should work, though.

Content on MSN.CA Homepage not working now that I upgraded to Firefox 4.0. How Do I Fix This?
I use Mac OS X 10.6.6 and my Homepage is MSN.CA now that I have upgraded to Firefox 4.0 some of the content on this page will only show the Title but nothing underneath. Examples are my Stock Quotes and Movie Times only show Titles but nothing underneath.
How do I fix This?Martin, downgrading iOS isn't supported by Apple and there's no guaranteed way to do it. If you do a web search, though, you'll find some workarounds that may do the job for you.

I have recently purchased CS6 Mac, and now that it's on my computer CS4 won't work. Adobe told me to post the question on this forum because they refuse to provide any tech support for CS4 or earlier versions of PS now that 6 is out.
Also, they won't provide any help regarding the fact that all my images from CS4 open at 25% instead of 100% which they did in CS4. They say I just have to highlight the 25 and type in 100. Needless to say that is absurd and a big time waster.
Any help is appreciated. OS mountain lion on a mac mini, also new.

bonnieHI and thank you both for your help. Here is the screen shot. I don't know if you can see that there is actually an image open. It's a business card so it's small to begin with, but this is NOT how things opened in CS4.
The percentage in the lower left cannot be seen because the window is too large and even though I quite the program, it still opened as large as when I closed it. But it was something like .38%
How do I get it back to normal working size?
Another thing I dislike is that when I do a screen shot there is no way to save it without first clicking the red 'close this' button and then reopening it and using 'save as' to type in the correct name. If I use command s I just get 'untitled with a number'. It's a lot of unnecessary steps. Also, is there no other way to save a screen shot other than as a tif and then reopening it to save it as a jpg?
The cyan lines seemed to have disappeared when opening the other images. This version is making me nuts. That's why I want my CS4 back and operational.
ALSO, I want my brushes that I have collected over the years... they didn't make it over from the dying Mac Pro to this Mac Mini. They are all in CS4. How do I do that?
That's a good beginning for why I don't like it.

I can not open iWeb now that I have tried to use time capsule to update?
I am a big user of iweb. I updated my computer to lion about a month ago and iweb transferred right over without any issues. I was working in iweb tonight and about an hour into my work, iweb unexpectedly closed. When i tried to open it back up, nothing was saved and I lost my work. I went into my time capsule and found a back up from 10 mins before and decided to update from that point in time. When i did so, it now wont let me open iweb at all. It says there is a problem. I have to get back into iweb. how do i do so? thank you
HI, there is no error message when I try to open iTunes, it just hangs.
In regards to the location of the media folder it was located on the network however I changed it to a local directory. Should I try unistall and install with the correct media library? -
Since I have upgraded to Mavericks MacOSX 10.9.1 - I am unable to open either my Adobe Photoshop CS and Adobe Illustrator CS programmes. Is there a simple solution to this? My QuarkXpress 9.3 programme made the change over successfully!
If all you did was install Mavericks over an older OS, you shouldn't have to do anything.
If you erased the drive before installing Mavericks, then Adobe's servers don't know that you are installing the software on the same computer. Meaning, if you forgot to deactivate the software before erasing the drive, then as far as Adobe's servers know, you still have two computers with that serial number activated, and it won't allow a third.
If you still have a full backup of your previous OS, restore it. Then deactivate the Adobe software. To save from having to overwrite your Mavericks install (mind you, this is all assuming you did an erase and install), create a separate partition on any drive to restore the previous OS and its apps to. Do the deactivation and remove the temporary partition. You should then be able to go back to the Mavericks drive and activate the software.
If you did do an install of Mavericks over your previous OS and the Adobe software is still balking when it shouldn't, then you'll have to contact Adobe and straighten it out through them. -

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.

The app is repeatedly crashing when I try to add an image. Here's what I've done:
Created a new blank project at 3450x3450 pixels on iPad 2
Tried to add a 22kb 3450x3450 pixels image. That's when the crash occurs.
I have tried adding from Creative Cloud and my own Camera Roll, same results.
Any ideas?

My computer crashed after about a week or so into the free 30 day trail of Photo Shop CC. (Also I had downloaded the free 30 day trial of Adobe Audition on same computer.) Can I cancel both of those and start over now that I have another computer?
