Photoshop Touch et Créative Cloud: Aucun fichier disponible ?

Bonsoir,

  • Photo's not syncing between Elements 12 and Photoshop Touch ------ revel or creative cloud - very confusing

I have photoshop elements 12 (updated to 12.1) And i use Photoshop Touch (version 1.6.1) for my Galaxy tab, (which is stock - un-rooted)
I know when i first installed it, any photos i dragged into mobile albums showed up in my Photoshop Touch app.
Now something seems to have changed. The app only has import images via local/creative cloud/camera/google/facebook.
I know Elements 12 is uploading them to Revel, because i can see them online in my Revel Account.
I've installed the Revel app to my tab, and the photos are there.
So if the photos are in the cloud and my Revel app see's them, why are they not showing up in my Photoshop app.
And why is there a creative cloud import option, but no revel import option.
Can someone explain the difference between CreativeCloud and Revel....
All i want to do is edit a few images every now and then on my Tab. but PLEASE how do i get it working again?

If I remember correctly, Revel is a different service than Creative Cloud, hence the confusion. And if I also remember, Revel was around before Creative Cloud and PS Touch. Revel seemed more or less to be aimed at consumers whereas Creative Cloud is more or less aimed at professionals.
Creative Cloud is free (up to 2 GB; most of the Creative Cloud subs provide an additional 18 GB for a total of 20 GB).

  • Photoshop Touch (psdx) on Creative Cloud files: wrong metadata and no more layer preview.

    Hi there,
Since some weeks all Photoshop Touch files (psdx) synced and viewed on my CC web account don't show anymore the interactive layers panel, the Kuler palette and they show wrong metadata such as document dimensions set as 500x500 pixels (sometimes the thumbnail is distorted as well as it was a square document).
I have older documents uploaded in the cloud that still behave normally. Any hints?
    GOOD ONES:
BAD ONE (actual file is 1024x768):

I can confirm there's something funky about newer projects (which always show up as 500px by 500px). Older projects show the proper dimensions.
I have no problem using the interactive layers option. Opening them in Photoshop CC is fine as well; they have the proper dimensions despite what Creative Cloud says.

  • Do I have to pay for Photoshop Touch with the Creative Cloud?

I have subscribed to the Creative Cloud services and now I would like to download the available Touch apps, including Photoshop touch.  Since I already pay for a subscription, do I also have to pay for the apps in the app store or is there a way around that by entering my Adobe ID or info?

thanks for the feedback, where you using phone support?

  • Photoshop touch included in creative cloud license?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2014 edition.  Are there any Adobe drawing apps that are compatible that are part of Creative Cloud?

I can confirm there's something funky about newer projects (which always show up as 500px by 500px). Older projects show the proper dimensions.

  • Can i upload photos to the adobe creative cloud so i can access them in photoshop touch?

using photoshop touch on my android tablet (motorola xoom), i can't seem to directly access photos located in various folders on the tablet, on my pc, or on my mac.  if i upload photos to the adobe creative cloud, can i then bring them from the creative cloud into photoshop touch on the tablet?  if so, how do i upload photos to the creative cloud?  thanks.

thanks, dave ... your demo is what I needed ... much appreciated.
however, if i try to upload to the creative cloud using a motorola xoom,
there seems to be a very limited number of folder/file choices/locations
from which i can perform the upload, whereas if i attempt the same action
by accessing the creative cloud site via a pc browser, i seem to have
access to all of the pc's folders & files.
specifically, if i attempt to upload from the xoom, here are the choices
    provided ...
    - Camera
    - Camcorder
    - Sound Recorder
    - ASTRO
    - Bluetooth File Transfer
    - ES File Explorer
    - Gallery
    - QuickPic
    - Select music track
... of course some of these are android apps i've installed onto the xoom
... but are you aware of any reasons for this limitation, and whether this
set of choices can be modified (either via photoshop touch or the creative
cloud or the xoom)? for example, i use dropbox on all my devices (pc, mac,
droid, & xoom), & it's my preferred location for many pics ... i'd like to
be able to upload from dropbox to the creative cloud using photoshop touch
on the xoom ... do you know whether this is possible, and if so, how to do
    so?
    again, many thanks!

  • Photoshop Touch through Creative Cloud

How can I get Photoshop Touch through my Creative Cloud account when I'm asked to buy it through the App Store?

    Hi there -
Adobe Touch apps must be purchased separately from a Creative Cloud subscription. You can download Photoshop Touch from the Android Market or Apple App Store. Here's a quote from the Creative Cloud FAQ:
Creative Cloud integrates with all of these Touch Apps, which can be purchased separately. Full Annual Members will get a month of Creative Cloud free with the purchase of three apps.
Here's more information about the special offer for annual members mentioned above: http://store.adobe.com/store/en_us/popup/offer/touchapps.html

  • Why aren't my Lightroom files showing as able to import/edit in Photoshop Touch?

    Hello,
Perhaps this is a stupid questions but I have several photos I have uploaded to Creative Cloud from Lightroom 5.6.  I needed to make some minor edits (hopefully using Photoshop Touch) but when I logged into the Creative Cloud in Photoshop Touch, it says i only have 2GB of space and I don't see any of my Lightroom photos.  Only the photos I had already been editing in Photoshop Touch.  Is the Creative Cloud segregated such that only photos I open in Photoshop will be available to Photoshop Touch via the Creative Cloud?
    Thanks,

I totally forgot that Lightroom Mobile more-or-less works as an extension of Lightroom for the desktop. Sync'ing in Lightroom Mobile essentially syncs with your Lightroom projects on the desktop.
Still, depending on the file format, you should be able to open an image that was worked on in Lightroom, even if it's in RAW. (PS Touch can work with RAW files but they have to be uploaded to Creative Cloud first; also, RAW file support seems rudimentary; any adjustments made in Lightroom or Camera Raw do not show up in the original RAW file since those are stored separately in either the Camera Raw/Lightroom database or an XMP sidecar file.)

  • Adobe Photoshop touch to Mac and back without adobe cloud costs & privacy issues.

How do I transfer files between Adobe Photoshop touch and my adobe creative suite applications on my mackintosh computer? I do not want to pay for additional adobe cloud services. In addition I have concerns over the privacy of adobe's cloud for certain images. As a retired plastic surgeon, I have used Photoshop for years to help with public and patient education. Final posted images can have privacy concerns addressed. I do understand that I can transfer a single layer from Photoshop touch back to the computer by mail or camera roll. procreate has a Photoshop export tool.
Where is Photoshop touches export tool? if the only tool is through the additional monthly charges of the cloud, you are alienating loyal Adobe customers.

Thank you for your help. I have finally figured out and shared my first image. The fear was that I was going to be charged a monthy fee just by using the service. It would be nice if there was a footnote with something to that effect. All I was seeing was the monthy and yearly fees.
Finally found this, boy it was burried.
What happens to my files in the cloud if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel your paid membership you will still have access to the free level of membership, which provides 2GB of storage. You will have a 90-day grace period to delete files to get your cloud storage down to 2GB (or to purchase additional storage separately if you choose). If you leave more than 2GB of files in your cloud storage for more than 90 days, you may lose access to some or all of your files.
Can I access Adobe Creative Cloud without being a paying member?
Yes, there is a free level of membership for anyone who wants to explore Creative Cloud before committing to a paid membership. To sign up for a free membership, go to www.creativecloud.com and follow the instructions to get started.
What do I get with the free level of a Creative Cloud membership?
The free membership will provide you with access to powerful file syncing and sharing features, 2GB of storage space, free levels of Adobe services, and access to 30-day free trials of all CS6 applications and other Adobe desktop applications, such as Adobe Edge preview and Adobe Muse.
I will now try to figure out the privacy issues next. In the non public folder, who other than myself has access to sensitive photos? Trying to read the leagal documents is quite confusing.

  • I am member of creative cloud, so how to install Photoshop touch on iOS iPad 4 & not pay $9.99?

I am a new member of the creative cloud and I have had no issues installing the creative cloud applications on my desktop (mac and PC), however my question regards installing the Photoshop touch app on the iOS iPad 4 device without having to pony up the $9.99 iTunes app fee.
    http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adobe-photoshop-touch/id495716481?ls=1&mt=8
The above URL is the path that the Adobe website provides to download the app, and I can successfully access via iOS iPad 4. However it appears that I need to purchase the app for $9.99. It is not clear how I can use my yearly creative cloud membership to avoid paying the app fee.
Please advise if I am not looking in the correct place, or if I need to login via my Adobe ID to bypass this iTunes cost.
I could not locate an installation guideline on the Adobe website, so please advise.
    Ken R. of New Jersey.

    Yup, clear now.
I do like Adobe apps, but the price tends to be on the high side. I am a bit disapointed that the touch are not available via the cloud subscription, so I will stick with the desktop versions instead as they are more robust anyway.
I see that Adobe has removed this statement under the plans, when the link is clicked, so I am certain I will not be the only person to be confused regarding what is included.
Thanks for the follow-up, this was very helpful.

  • Accessing multiple PSD layers in Adobe Photoshop Touch from Creative Cloud is important to me.

Accessing multiple PSD layers in Adobe Photoshop Touch from Creative Cloud is important to me. When will Touch be updated with this function? Want the ability to view multiple layers the same way Creative Cloud website can. Having the ability to turn multiple layers on an off in Touch from and uploaded PSD file. As it stand Touch flattens imported Layered PSD files. (Not very useful)

    Hi Bford225,
I moved your post over to the Photoshop Touch forum because it seemed mostly about Photoshop Touch.
Currently, I'd recommend converting RAW images to Jpeg in either Photoshop or Lightroom and then uploading them to Creative Cloud for working with them in Photoshop Touch. I know raw support is something our developers are considering so please add your vote here:
    http://forums.adobe.com/ideas/1227
How you best incorporate Photoshop Touch into your workflow is hard to say. What works best for one person may not be true for everyone. Photoshop Touch obviously doesn't have all the capabilities of its desktop counterpart but it does have the ease of use and portability of being on a tablet. Personally, I like using Photoshop Touch for editing images taken with the iPad or my iPhone for convience versus transferring to transfer to the computer, or even if I still do, I can do some of the initial edits from the tablet first. Its nice when I only have the tablet available and not a computer. For images I take with my DSLR I always do my editing in Photoshop and Lightroom. I'm able to make any adjustments on the computer much faster than on a tablet.
If you have the option to shoot in both Jpeg and RAW that might be good option (best of both worlds). Do you have the ability to import images from the camera without using a computer - using a camera connectivity kit or something like that? My recommendation would be expermentation, test out different workflows on the tablet and see how you like it and find what works best for you.

  • Photoshop Touch projects do not sync back to Creative Cloud files

Using current versions of Photoshop Touch on iPad and Creative Cloud on iMac. Touch Apps plugin is installed on iMac. But new projects created in PS Touch never sync back to the CC. They show the little horizontal progress bar near the bottom of the project's thumbnail, but there is never any progress. Is this because currently CC file/desktop sync is not available or is there another explanation that will allow me to perform the sync function?

I do not see any messages when I log into the browser https://creative.adobe.com/?
The sync dialog in PS Touch says - "In progress"
The storage indictor says 21% full and the blue bar shows 4GB of 20GB
In searching the forum, I found this similar problem:
    http://forums.adobe.com/message/5144732
One of the suggestions made there was to remove all the files from Creative Cloud and be sure to empty the trash. So I just tried that (after backing up my files), but it appears my account with CC crashed as it's stuck trying to delete the archive, with the message: "Deleting... Please wait a moment". It has been over 20 minutes so far.
It does not appear to be making an progress deleting the files and I can no longer acess my account at https://creative.adobe.com/ as the browser page won't load.
So, now things are even worse. Not only are my PS touch files not sycing with CC, but now I can't evn access my account.

  • Photoshop touch & Creative Cloud:  no file available

    Hello all,
I did purchase an iPad 2 Air last week.
Photoshop user , I created a Creative Cloud account in which I have some PSD and JPEG and Photoshop Touch I downloaded (paid) on my iPad
And that's my problem when I want to recover my files (PSD or JPEG) , the app tells me " no files available " yeah :
I try with Photoshop Mix ( free), there is no problem even with the PSD layer and the Creative Cloud app I see my files!
I also tried to send a PSD from the Creative Cloud app that "just works" but all the layers are flattened to make me a JPEG, not cool.
    I need you !
    Thank you .
Of course, before posting I scoured Google, Adobe suport that does not support the app ' , etc ...

Problem solved, all my files appeared after two days definitely a sync problem at Adobe
Incredible Adobe is no support for their mobile app'

  • How to open PSD file recieved via email on iPad using Photoshop Touch without Creative Cloud?

Hi, how to open PSD file recieved via email on iPad using Photoshop Touch without the need of using Creative Cloud? Thanks.

    Hi Super Nemo
Currently the only way to open psd files on Photoshop touch is via the creative cloud. Also, the layers you created from Photoshop on your desktop machine will be flattened when opened with Photoshop touch on your iPad. But you can retain the layers from the touch app when opening the psdx file on your desktop photoshop.

  • Photoshop Touch won't sync with Creative Cloud

Photoshop Touch won't sync with Creative Cloud, although all my other Adobe iPad apps will. Is there a way to force the sync in PS Touch? I have already tried toggling syncing and signing out / in.

    Hi
The meant photoshop update not the iOS update.
I have tried to sync with a free 2gb account today and this works fine with my iPhone version of photoshop touch at least.
What I am more confused about is that I cleared out my 20gb space to see if it was large files or a file type that was causing the issue. But even with a completely empty creative cloud account photoshop touch didn’t sync?
Which suggests to me that the issue is with my 20gb storage space?
I manually moved my photoshop touch files a few months ago. I haven’t used photoshop touch since really because the issue.
Come to think of it the issues started around the same time as I started using the creative cloud connection on my macbook.
    Thanks
    David
