Photoshop trial version download problem (after having purchased the CD)

Hi,
I have purchased Photoshop CS6 Extended CD (student & teacher edition) for mac, and was instructed to go to: Adobe Student and Teacher edition order fulfillment | EMEA, APAC to verify my student eligibility.
On Saturday I have submitted the form at Customer Support Portal and the instruction said to download the software in trial mode while awaiting a serial number from Adobe.
Unfortunately until now I still can't download the software, although there is no pop-up blocker and firewall is off. The process is always rather unusual with the missing words of the commands as seen below.
I really need to use the software as soon as possible as I have final assignments due the following week. Please advice me on the matter, thanks.

I have tried your suggestion but it didn't work out. In fact I've received my serial number but there's still no wording when I try to install my Photoshop again.

    Buster what location are you choosing to download the installation files too?

    The downloading process stops about 1 gig. I've tried to delete and restart 5 times and it blocks at the same place. What do I do?

    You can give that a try I would also recommend completing Solution 1 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Solutio n_1 to truely reset the download process back to it's original state.
    Also if you are utilziing a wireless connection it would be beneficial to try a wired connection with an ethernet cable prior to starting the download again.

    I went onto MY ORDERS, found the Order #, but there is no DOWNLOAD available.  So I clicked on the ENGLISH Version to Download and I get an error message.
    TRULY no one should have to waste this kind of time trying to do something SO SIMPLE.

  • PSE 12 trial version - loading problems

    I have been trying for 3 days to load the 30 day trial of PSE12 on my new computer. My computer is loaded with Windows 8.  I have encountered problems over and over again with loading PSE12, but never the same problem.
    For example: after one download the start menu would open but it wouldn't go to the organizer or editor.  So I deleted that program and re-loaded it BUT -
    then , it went straight to the organizer - and froze, so I clicked out - tried to click back in, and NOTHING> >> not even the start menu.
    THIS IS SOOO FRUSTRATING! Makes me really second guess whether I should purchase this or not
    Please help!!!

    I think it said error 101, but not totally sure that I recall it 
    correctly.  I deleted everything and reinstalled and then it  worked.

    What does the detailed crash report say?
    And have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website? (most crashes on launch are due to bugs in out of date video card drivers)

    There are two different LR’s, one with a serial-number licensing and one with a CC-signin license.
    You should uninstall the serial-number LR you have installed, then
    Quit the CC Desktop application,
    Restart the CC Desktop application—this will rescan what you have installed and not see LR,
    LR will now be on the CC Desktiop apps list, so install that.

    I don't see that anything would stop you installing the trial, though it is not for that and the license might forbid it, not sure. But the trial lasts 30 days and cannot be extended or repeated. You are expected to buy software used in teaching, though there may be academic discounts.
