Photoshop unable to load presets......or required text resource.

Running CS2 on a Windows XP machine. I loaded the software and tried running it. I received multiple error messages saying, "Could not load default brushes because the file could not be found". I received errors for swatches, gradients, contours, patterns, styles, system shapes, and the tool presets. I then received the error message "Could not initiate Photoshop because a required text resources file is missing".
I removed and reinstalled Photoshop and am still receiving the error message. Any ideas on how to correct the problem?

Ah ok, thanks, ya I find things seems to look fine at 64 or 128 but the perfectionist in me always wants to maximize quality as much as possible.

Why does Photoshop CS open-load presets and plug-ins-then freeze?

Photoshop was working great an hour ago. I closed my project, went to begin a new one, now it loads presets and plugins, reads done, yet it freezes and nothing opens.
I have plenty of RAM and memory, I am running windows 7.
I tried clearing the presets by holding down CTRL+ALT+SHFT - But still no luck.
Any guiding help would be greatly appreciated.

It must be a faulty plug-in that's causing this issue. What version of CS are you running? If it is CS6, have you installed the 13.0.1 update?
In Photoshop, can you go to Help > System Info, 'Copy' the contents and paste it here for us to diagnose your issue please?

Photoshop unable to load maximum quality 3D LUT files.

Hey all, revently I have been experimenting with exporting "looks" as 3D Lookup tables, however, have been running into an error where photoshop is unable to open 3D LUTs exported at maximum quality (256 grid points). When I export at 128 it works just fine but as I close in on that maximum quality (which I'd ideally want to use) I get the following error when trying to load the LUT back into photoshop after export:
I have tried both exporting and importing with multiple different computers to confirm that it wasn't something local to just one machine. All machines were Macs running the latest version of OSX and the latest version of Photoshop CC 2014.
Is this just a case where Photoshop is unable to load complex LUT files? Or could there be something wrong with how I am exporting my LUTs? Here is a screenshot of my export settings:

Unable to Load the images Required by Classroom in a Book

Just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. I am trying the follow the lessons in the above book. When I create the files and download the images, I am unable the import the files and images into the Photoshop Organizer. Some images will import but most just display a weird icon. I have reloaded, updated Windows, Photoshop, display drivers, you name it. Nothing works.
Using Windows 7 with 8 GBs of 64 bit memory.
I like the book, and feel it will be a great introduction to Photoshop. But if I can't load the images into the Photoshop 12 Organizer. I can't follow or use the book

As a follow up. I am also unable to reliability load any Images into the Organizer either by using the Organizer File find functions or totally unable to move images into the Organizer using the Windows Explorer.
Should the ask for help better belong in some other forum?

I have just picked up a TouchPad, and have been through a Pre, and 2x Pre 2s.
On the email application I have, for a couple of years on my Pre 1 and 2, and now on my TouchPad, i have been unable to reply to my Yahoo groups. i have around 4 or 5 yahoo groups, sending me between 50 to 100 emails a day.
i cannot reply from my pre 1, pre 2, or TouchPad to those groups, and have to wait until i get home and use my Thunderbird on laptop.
The error i get back, says unable to receive mail as requires text only emails....
this is sad, and was wondering if there is a way to send text, not html, email replies to all those emails to my yahoo groups.

I am new to Visual Basic programing and i am trying to understand the relationships between Datasets, database, table Adaptors. I have to following code that is is giving me the following error" Unable to load, Update requires a valid DeleteCommand

I can track the error and its located in "OffsetTableTableAdapter.Update(MaterionOffsetDataSet.OffsetTable)" code. What am i missing?
It seems that i can delete the data on the DataGridView Table and it only displays the correct data. but my database is not updating, even though the data grid displays differently.I can determine this because, when i save the offset database, i have all
the previous uploads and all the rows that i wanted to delete are still there.
My final goal is to be able to import offset data from a CSV file, save this data on the pc, send a copy of this data to a NuermicUpDown so the customer can modify certain numbers. From here they download all the date to a controller. IF the customer
needs to modify the imported data, they can go to a tab with a data grid view and modify the table. They will also have to option to save the modified data into a csv file.
Im not sure if i am making this overcomplicated or if there is a easier way to program this.

This error usually shows that you do not initialize the
DeleteCommand object, you could check this
article to see if you get a workaround.

If you are working CSV file, you could use OleDB to read it which would treat the CSV file as a Table:

According to your post, my understanding is that SharePoint Online Site was unable to load web part and got the “Microsoft.SharePoint.Upgrade.SPUpgradeCompatibilityException” error.
Per my knowledge, the SPUpgradeCompatibilityException occurs during upgrade when the front-end Web server attempts to connect to an incompatible database.
Please check whether the database is compatible.

Hi All,
I am unable to load Cell Text (Memo a/c) from FDM to HFM. We use Import>validate>export function and use Upsload fucntion in the file to import the data. No errors are shown whilst loading the file and everything gets load except these Memo accounts The issue never arose when we were on version 11.1.1.3. We have recently migrated to 11.1.2.1. I have also checked Application Integration Settings where Cell Text is ticked as enabled.

Unable to load required component 'Unicows.dll'

英語版 Windows/Adobe Acrobat Reader を使用している外国人社員と PDF 文書を交換したく、日本語版 Windows XP Professional SP1a/Microsoft Word 2003/Adobe Acrobat 7.0 for Windows を用いて PDFMaker 経由で作成した PDF ファイルを上述英語環境（Acrobat Reader 6.0/7.0）で開くと "Unable to load required component 'Unicows.dll'" というエラーが表示され、開く事が出来ません。この障害はエクスプローラーから PDF ファイルをダブルクリックで開くと生じますが、Acrobat Reader 起動後に File -> Open によって PDF ファイルを開くと生じません。

解決しました。
問題は Acrobat では無く、当方の環境に有りました。
日本語版 Windows XP を host OS とし、英語版 Windows XP を guest OS として、host OS 上の C:¥TEMP フォルダーを VMware の host share holder 機能を利用して guest OS に見せていたのですが、この folder を Exploler で参照すると、当該メッセージを出力する事が判明しました。
推測するに、Exploler にはアクセス対象のファイルシステム属性を判断する機能があり、日本語 Windows XP 上では Unicows.dll を必要としないが、（本来 SBCS 環境である）英語 Windows XP では勘違いして Unicows.dll を読み込もうとする模様です（御承知の通り、Windows 2000 以降には Unicows.dll は存在しません）。

I read that others suggest uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. If I do this, will I lose my old iPad's backup that I need to restore to this new one?

I've resolved the issue with iTunes constantly not responding. It's a bit embarrassing. I had a DVD in the drive that was corrupt, and once I was able to remove it - BAM - iTunes ran perfectly.
I'm still getting the Sync Services message, and my backups are still not showing in iTunes.
Getting there.... I hope!

After 12.1 Update - Unable to load font "^0" "Helvetica Neue" error

I've just updated to After Effects CC 12.1, and I'm now getting the following error when launching:
After Effects warning: Unable to load font "^0" "Helvetica Neue"
After pressing OK, I get another error:
Cannot load font required for the After Effects interface. Please replace the font or reinstall After Effects.
And then a final error:
After Effects can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup
I'm on Mac OS 10.9, and this was working just fine with the 12.0.1 patch. I've double-checked that Helvetica Neue is installed and all other CC apps work just fine. Any ideas?

Here's what worked for me
In font explorer I had several instances of Helevetica Neue fonts (Same font name but not same file name).
I deleted these instances in Font explorer.
I went to fontbook and restore defaults fonts.
After effects opened perfectly.
but now as KLTV8
i get this message when I quit the application

Open Directory: "Unable to load replica list"

I'm currently running Mavericks Server 3.1 on my Mac Mini at the home network. I had some issues with the client logins and went for local accounts on the clients instead. Today I finally wanted to fix the problem and go all Open Directory. But the Open Directory service was shut off when I opened the server software. I tried to turn it on but got a message saying "Unable to load replica list". I updated the software to the latest 3.1 but are still having the same issue. I never had any replica list, I only had a standard one from the start, but it seems I can't do anyhing there now.

I am executing a sysetm copy (DB-refresh) on ASE using SWPM.
However, in "Configure Components" step I get the error: Assertion failed. Unable to load database <SID of Target Sysetm>.
Where else can I check for errors?
I think it is still something on which I already worked (with other thread).
In sapinst_dev.log I found this

Hello Kiran,
I did a few tests again yesterday, and it was really a stupid mistake from myside.
The error message did mean, that there wasn't enough space.
It isn't the authority issue, it was a leak of space.
FYI, the complete DB-Size of Source System is required - NOT JUST RESERVED SPACE!!!
