Photoshop won't download

I have tried for 2 days to download the trial version of Photoshop. Nothing is happening. HELP! All that it keeps saying is "Extracting..this may take awhile". I have already looked up all the tips and tried them all. I am using a MacBook Pro and have the latest software.

Dear Jeff,
After doing what you suggested, nothing changes: I still get this message:
Also: I've downloaded Illustrator and InDesign with the same computer, same OS, and had no problem whatsoever. Why isn't it not working with Ps?

  • My computer crashed.  I bought a new Mac Book Air, but my Photoshop CS4 won't download.

My computer crashed.  I bought a new Mac Book Air, but my Photoshop CS4 won't download.  It keeps wanting a serial number from my last product.  I put it in, but it isn't taken.  I am frustrated and furious!  What can I do?

Bateman777 I reviewed your account and it appears the full version Photoshop software title you purchased was Photoshop CS3.  As Kglad suggested please make sure to utilize your previous full version serial number.  You can find details on how to locate your registered serial numbers at Find your serial number quickly.

I recently purchased adobe photoshop and premier elements 12. The premier elements won't download on my pc because it doesn't support a 64 bit??

It's a 64 bit and this is the message I keep getting when I try to install:
*This installer does not support installation on a 64-bit windows operating
system. If you are installing by browsing through the disk content then
please run the setup.exe from the folder “Adobe Premiere Elements 12/PRE
64”. If you are not installing from the disks please download the 64-bit
    version of Premiere Elements 12.*
The Adobe folder on my computer has downloads for both 32 bit and 64 bit,
both of which I tried...any suggestions?
    Thanks!

  • I just bought the bundled Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 but LR won't download.

I just bought the bundled Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 but the LR won't download - every LR download button I click on does absolutely nothing in terms of starting LR to download. I have LR 4.4 already installed; but no sign of LR5 anywhere in Finder, downloads, etc.

Have you tried shutting down your computer and rebooting.

  • Photoshop Elements won't download

I've installed the installer without a problem, but Photoshop Elements trial won't download.  I've followed all the directions, uninstalled the installer and installed it again, but it still shows more than an hour is left for installation to be complete.  What should I try next?

Did you receive any specific error messages when the download failed?  Which operating system are you using?  Finally can you please try initiating a direct download using the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.

I think you mean Photoshop CS2.  Photoshop 2 is from around 1992.  The old Adobe activation servers were taken down. CS2 is about a decade old Adobe made a new download for old customers that legal customers can download and install. Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products
