Photoshop Lightroom CC(2015)がインストールできません(Creative Cloudアプリに表示されません)

現在、Windows環境にてPhotoshop Lightroom 5.7.1を使用しています(契約プラン:Photoshop写真業界向けプログラム」)。
Photoshop Lightroom CC(2015)をインストールしたいのですが、Creative CloudアプリのAppsに表示されないため、インストールできず困っています。
Adobe IDのサインアウト・サインイン
Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1のアンインストール
Creative Cloudデスクトップアプリケーション(2.0.0.74)のアンインストール・再インストール
を実施したのですが、相変わらず表示されない状態です。
使用している機器の構成は以下になります。
OS : Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 (32bit)
プロセッサ : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 560 @ 2.67GHz
RAM : 4GB
HDD(空き領域) : 145GB
Direct Xバージョン : DirectX 11(DirectX診断ツールにて確認)
OpenGL : OpenGL 2.1 (OpenGL Extensions Viewerにて確認)
Photoshop Lightroom CC(2015)の必要システム要件と比較すると、OpenGLが要件を満たしていないのですが、これが原因でしょうか?

  • Trouble Installing Lightroom 5 from Creative Cloud

        I'm having trouble installing Lightroom 5 from Creative Cloud. The file seems to download ok, but once it goes into it's installation I get the following error message:
    Exit Code: 7
    Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW006 ...

    Beim öffnen bekomme ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung: "Konnte Photoshop nicht initialisieren, weil ein Programmfehler aufgetreten ist" Ich habe schon neu installiert, klappt auch nicht. Kann mir jemand helfen, möglichst auf deutsch?! Danke.

    2. Manchmal - das wissen wir in der Zwischenzeit - ist die zu löschende "opm.db Datei" der Übeltäter.
    3. Du hast schon deinstalliert und neu zu installiert. Sei vorsichtig, denn mit PC-eigenen Werkzeugen gelingt das nicht. Manchmal - aus welchen Gründen auch immer, will CC auch bei mir nicht arbeiten. In diesem Fall musst Du das CC komplett löschen und neu installieren mit Hilfe des  Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (das mit Bordmitteln zu versuchen reicht nicht!)
    Ich zitiere: Mit dem Cleaner Tool für Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) können Installationsprobleme bei Adobe Creative Cloud- und Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6)-Anwendungen behoben werden.     Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
    My recommendation would be
    - Uninstall PS via Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers (Mac OS X)
    - Create a new user with Admin rights, log out of your current account and into the newly created one

    I have just upgraded from Lightroom 5 standalone to Lightroom 6 standalone. I appear to have been automatically enrolled for a 30 day free trial of Lightroom Mobile and Creative Cloud. Reading the FAQ, it appears that after the expiry of the free trial, if I do not sign up and pay, I will only be able to view my pictures on the desktop but not edit them - surely this cannot be true. How do I un-enroll for the 30 day free trial of Lightroom Mobile and CC?

    When I was signed into Adobe (which was a requirement for installing the upgrade), Lightroom 6 told my at the top right corner that I had 30 days left of my free trial of Lightroom Mobile and Creative Cloud. In parallel with this forum posting, I am chatting with Adobe support. he is away to find out how to prevent any synching with Creative Cloud during the 30 day free trial. I do not think that Creative Cloud is an application that gets installed on your PC. I think Lightroom 6 has it built in, and can use it if if you are signed up to the Creative Cloud and Lightroom Mobile (which I am for 30 days)

  • How To Uninstall Photoshop CC (2014) from Creative Cloud (not listed in Program and Features)

    My membership for Creative Cloud has expired and I want to uninstall Photoshop CC 2014 from my system.
    The ONLY Adobe application listed under 'Program and Features' (Windows 8.1) is the Adobe Creative Cloud, however when I uninstall that all the Adobe Photoshop and Bridge system files remain. When double clicking on photoshop.exe (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\photoshop.exe)  I get the Creative Cloud 'Renew your Subscription' screen.  After then rebooting and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop, it shows that Photoshop CC, Photoshop CC (2014), and Bridge CC are installed and are all 'up to date'
    I have searched everywhere on my system for photoshop uninstall files without success.
    Please advise how to delete/uninstall all applications installed by Adobe Creative Cloud when the applications are not listed in the Control Panel 'Programs and Features'

    Thank you for the link. I don't want to sound rude, but I said the programs installed by Creative Cloud Desktop are NOT listed in Windows Control Panel's  'Programs and Features'. The link provided is useless.
    The only Adobe software listed under 'Program and Features' ('Add or Remove Programs' for Windows XP users) is the Creative Cloud Desktop program itself and when uninstalling that, it does NOT uninstall Photoshop CC (2014) or Adobe Bridge CC. When selecting uninstall for Creative Cloud, no Change options are provided to remove Photoshop CC. Uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop leaves all Photoshop and Bridge system files intact.
    Again, I want to uninstall Photoshop CC that was installed by Creative Cloud Desktop and is NOT listed under Program and Features.

    I am trying to find tutorials on how I can share Lightroom photos in Creative Cloud. We make client presentations on a tablet so I would like to be able to log in to my cloud account to show clients photos of ideas that correlate with their design/sales presentation.     Victoria, you're absolutely right about the post.
    However, Adobe should make some sort of overture to people who have bought into the Creative Cloud and want to have LR4 as well. After all, they announced that it is coming SOON. That leaves people like me out on a limb not knowing where to turn. Should I spend the money (waste is the proper word!) to upgrade from version 3 or should I just let the trial version expire and wait until they finally added to CC. Adobe should give their customers a little guidance!

    I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC (together with the Apps) doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)
    I quote: ... helps resolve installation problems for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6) applications. The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. It does not affect existing installations of previous versions of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.
