Photostream images not uploading to mac

Dear All,
I wonder if anyone knows why photos might suddenly stop uploading to one of my computers? I've been using the Day One app on my iPhone for a few days, and have just downloaded the Mac version. It sync'ed seamlessly to both MacBook and Mac Pro yesterday, but today not to the Mac Pro.
This seems to be an iCloud issue, rather than a Day One issue, but I could be wrong. The status markers for iCloud all seem fine, but something isn't working.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Having a problem with Flash Builder and Extension Builder - images not apearing on Mac system

Have a panel created in Flash Builder 4.5 with Extension Builder 2.1. Everything is fine when installed on a PC but when installed on a Mac the images in the panel do not show.
Mac and PC both using Adobe Photoshop CC . Both installed from same .ZXP file using Adobe Extension Manager CC.
Any ideas?

No I used relative path - the path is images/image name
example images/cRight.png
tried downloading Extension Builder 2.1 and compiling on Mac but still have same results - images show up fine in design window , but not when running panel in Photoshop
Created a new project: testImage
added an image component to form
answered yes to add asset to project
ran project
image did not show up in Photoshop
went back to project
checked item Embed under Common image properties
ran project and image shows up
Looks like it works if I add @Embed("assets/image name") on Mac to display images

Template images not uploading

Forgive me if this has been asked. I looked through past posts and didn't find anything.
I'm uploading my site to an outside server and I'm running across the issue about the spaces in the file names. I finally got all of my images to upload, but I can't get the template images to show up. I removed the spaces from the names and they're uploaded, but they don't show up on my site. Is there some other thing I need to do to get them to work? I'm using the Gazette template and if you want to see my site, its here: http://www.rainbowjoule.net
I also have an issue with my templates not showing up in iWeb when I go to add a new page. I haven't tried all of the methods posted here to get them back, but is there a way that I can edit the names to not have the spaces (I've just been replacing them with -) and still show up?

Is there anyway to change the file names in the template folders and still have them work in iWeb? I tried it with one image and all I got was a grey box with an x through it.

Images not uploading with documents

Hi - When I upload documents containing images to the
acrobat.com beta site, the images do not upload along with the
document. I'm trying to create a PDF of my web writing. I've
created the document in word and included screenshots of each web
page. Once I convert to a PDF on this site, all the images are
gone. I've also tried to do this with a PowerPoint document and the
same thing happens - images do not upload
Any ideas?

Can you tell me how the images are included in your document?
What file type is it?
Maybe if the images are just linked they would not be
converted automatically. Can you give me more details as to the
nature of your document?
This would better help me understand what's going on.

Video cameras not uploading to Mac, can I change recording format?

Hi all,
I'm a film teacher at a secondary school where I started a few months ago. I have a classroom of desktop Macs (I don't know the specifics right now as I'm not in work) and a range of panasonic, sony and flipcams.
Recently I cannot read the files from the cameras on the desktop Macs or either of my Macbooks. All the cameras are saving to the .MTS format which I'm aware is not readable on Macs.
While I know I can convert these files myself, bring the cameras home and converting each one, then bringing them back to school and transferring them to the Macs would be a nightmare when I have 30 students making films.
I know from previous classes that these cameras used to upload to the Macs as I have seen the evidence. Is there a way to format the cameras so they will record in a different file extension? I can't believe the previous teacher used to convert every file, especially considering the Macs were bought for the sole purpose of editing.
Any help would be amazing as I'm starting to lose my mind!

I used to use the free "Media Converter" to convert .mts to .mov when I was using iMovie 9.0.4 with Snow Leopard. You can convert multiple clips at a time. You can download it from:

You also need to instal the Re-wrap AVCHD for Quicktime - uncompressed Audio preset from:
http://media-converter.sourceforge.net/presets.html
iMovie 10 (which requires Mavericks), can read .mts files directly.

Editing contacts - photostream images not available

New problem on my Mac. When I go to Contacts and try to edit an image, none but the default images are available. There is a tab to acquire images from My Photostream, but this does not work. The program is unable to access the images. I am able to add photos easily using my iPhone and iPads though. I am using OS X Yosemite. Thanks!

Image not uploading to Express Editor

Hello,
I have a high resolution scan of an old glass negative image that I just uploaded to PS.
I need to do some editing/cleaning however when I click on the express editor, the image selected does not appear. I only get a white blank and no image. The original scan is at 5800dpi.
Why cant I get the Image to appear in the Express Editor?

I built my website in GoLive, everything looks fine going through the preview with no errors. When I linked to and uploaded to my website it moved images and completely dropped others. What do I do?

Address Book images not syncing via .Mac sync

i recently decided to get serious about attaching images to my contacts in address book. the images sync perfectly with the iphone, but they dont sync at all between the other copies of address book on the various macs in my home. the addresses (text) sync just fine -- but not the images.
what am i missing, here?

I had the same problem. My Mac's address book (including images) were synced via Missing Sync from my Windows Mobile phone. None of the images transferred to the iPhone. I then went into each Address Book entry and manually resized the image (edit, dc on the image and drag the slider to resize the image) and then resynced. Now all is perfect!
One side note- if you assign a contact image on the Mac or PC and sync to the phone, the image is shown in a small thumbnail on the top line of the phone when that person calls, etc... If instead you assign a photo on the iPhone itself using the "select current photo" option, then the photo is shown full screen instead of thumbnail! I copied all of my "CallerID" photos to an iPhoto photo album, synced that album to the phone, then manually assigned a photo to a contact on the phone and now they are full screen. Very cool!

NetInstall image not installing on Mac Pros from Snow Leopard server

Using the System Image Utility, I created a NetRestore image from the Mac Pro machine that was configured in the way that we wanted it (applications, etc.). I copied this image to the server (Server HD 3), and configured in Library/Netboot/NetBootSP0. The image is in Base Image.nbi, and I have NetBoot set up in serveradmin. I have this set up in the images tab in NetBoot:
Default is checked;
Image Name: Base Image;
Enable is checked;
Diskless is not (we're wanting to 'restore' this image on all 17 MacPros)
Index is 2323;
Arch is Intel;
Protocol is NFS.
Comment box info:
Storage Volume: Server HD 3
Kind: Mac OS X NetInstall (Intel)
Language: default
Description: NetRestore of Mac OS X 10.6.2 (10C2234) Volume.
Type: NFS.
When I go to one of the other computers, go through system preferences and select the "Base Image" to restart from, I get a gray screen; then the globe flashes, and then the machine will go to the local hard drive to start up.
The reason I went to a NetRestore image was because the system image utility would not create a netinstall (greyed out) from a volume.
Is there something I am missing here?

I did some digging and found out that since im running CS4 and that it trys to run on 64 bit mode but my Lion system and most folks systems I guess are in 32 bit mode - i had to down load some 32 bit Adobe Unit Types from Adobe and replace the ones on my system - restart - and bingo - im no longer getting those errors - see this link where i found this work around:

That fix cleared a lot of the junk that adobe was doing but i am still getting error 1101 - see below

Photostream is not uploading photo title

In iPhoto my pictures have custom titles that I have saved to the photo to replace the DSC_XXX originals. When I select these photos and put them in a PhotoStream they show in the PhotoStream with the original DSC_XXX titles. Why is the title reverting upon upload? I cannot find a setting anywhere regarding this. How can I ensure the custom title is uploaded as I see it in iPhoto?

You're confusing Titles and Filenames. iPhoto does not rename files, it adds titles. Titles are entires in the Exif metadata of the photo.

Images not sending (iMessage)(mac)

Whenever I send a picture it works just fine, I get a message saying the recipient read it and the recipient actually applied meaning that it arrived and worked, but after a minute, I get a red exclamation mark next to the image saying that the image did not send properly.
I have already restarted my mac and force quit it, but with no effect

After visiting Apple store and hours after rebooting phone to factory settings it still didn't work. So don't waste your time doing either of those. The simple fix was making sure both my phone and the "receivers" phones had been restarted. After he restarted his, worked like a charm. It happened again just a few days ago and we both restarted phone and worked correctly again. Good luck.

Google images not tiled on Mac OS 10.

When viewing goggle images on Mac OS10.4.1,images are not tiled as pertaining to new goggle display format. Still being displayed in old format.Using latest fire fox version (3.6.8).

Photostream is not uploading all of my pics on all of my devices

The answer had me try to get rid of my apple id email and load everything to my [email protected] account. I did that on both my new macbook pro and my iPhone 5s. When I did that I lost all of the pictures on my photostream on my iPhone 5s accept for a random (pretty recent) 178 photos. I then checked my iPad and there was a random amount 470 to be exact. Before I got rid of the apple id email as the post above said to, I must have had over 1,000 photos in the icloud photo stream. It is probably closer to 200 photos because of having a 4s connected to this iCloud and not have a 5s. I just want all of the photos I have on the photostream so that I can transfer it all to the macbook pro and not lose anything. Please help - new mac user and trying to figure out all of the bugs without losing family pictures and all those memories.

Images not uploading

I maintain my website with Muse, and it is hosted on Business Catalyst since it's included with my membership. I changed out a banner today, but the new banner doesn't display when I go to my page after I have published it.

Check that the new image has been uploaded by going to its address in the browser: eg. www.mysite.com/assets/mybanner.jpg. If it displays correctly, try clearing the browser cache and then reloading the page. You could also try changing the name of the image, which would force the browser to refresh it.
