PHP error reporting level
Hi all,
Thanks to the people who helped me in my last post, I just got PHP version 5 installed for the OS X web server. However, no errors or warnings are reported now, and they were before. I checked /etc/php.ini, and saw these lines:
error_reporting = E_ALL
display_errors = On
It seems that it should be showing me errors... Am I looking at the wrong file or something? Any help would be appreciated.
C
Am I looking at the wrong file or something?
Good guess, mine is at...
/Applications/MAMP/conf/php5/php.ini
Depending... yours mught be elsewhere!

I do not get error when I run the report with selection as Active version 000 and Evaluation List as Order List, Operation List.
I have tried by ruuning Live cache consistancy check, but the issue is not fixed
Please help me to resolve this issue
Thanks & Regards,
RajkumarHi Jack,
Please do post the server log file here so that we can try and find a solution for the problem you are facing.
I had a problem a while ago with the app server too. While trying to run an application, after a few times, it would give me an error message saying the Application Server cannot be started. I rebooted my machine and thankfully it worked again. Just try this too and see if it works.
If it doesnt we can go through the server log and try to identify the cause of the problem.
Cheers :-) -
Database-level error reported by JDBC driver
Hi everyone,
I get an error in my Sender JDBC adapter. I am executing a stored procedure every minute. In total I have 34 JDBC senders for every different database. The error is like below. The problem is in Alert Inbox I cant see the rest of the message. This error occures just once every hour (average). I dont know why and I dont know what the rest of the error is saying.
Any ideas how i can see the rest of the message? And where the error might be?
Note: In communication channel monitoring everything is green.
Database-level error reported by JDBC driver while executing statement 'EXEC [TBHi,
obviously there are concurring accesses to the table your stored procedure is accessing. This is nothing serious, because SAP XI will retry the execution of the stored procedure according to the settings of the communication channels (3times all 5 minutes is the default). Additionally you can set the repeats in case of SQL errors in the extended tab of the communication channel configuration.
Tuning the transaction isolation levels might help to avoid the error but can decrease the consistency of the data as well. Default isolation level is always the highest available in a database (in case of SQL Server it should be SERIALIZABLE), so locks might easily occur. I would suggest to have a look at other applications accessing the tables and determine their isolation level.
All in all, I guess there shouldn't be real problems, because of the repeated execution of you stored procedure, but it's worth to have a look at the isolation level.

B2B Error User - Levels of Error Reporting ?
I have created a BPEL process to listen for errors in B2B via the "b2berroruser".
I am noticing, however, that not all errors are being propagated to the IP_IN_QUEUE for this user.
As an example, when a doc fails due to an "agreement not found" error, the process fires and I receive an e-mail.
However, I received an error in B2B today due to an AS2 connection not completing successfully. I can clearly see the error in the "Error Report" section of B2B, but the BPEL process does not fire.
Are there different "levels" of errors in B2B ? Do I need to set some config param somewhere to have ALL errors propagate to the queue ?
Thanks,
AliceOracle Team -
Thanks for the feedback.
I read the tech note -- it didn't really address my question, only described the exception handling for B2B at a higher level.
I also checked the "retry count" on the AS2 connection. It was empty (and I believe the default is 3). I have reset that count to "0". I will keep an eye on the next error for this connection to see if it gets propagated to the queue.
Thanks, again, Ramesh and Sundar.

Invalid month error in WEBI report level
Hi,
I had a issue with date format.I am using oracle10g as a backend database.I have a date object in universe level i used that object in web intelligence report level.I created prompt for date object after select the date from the list i am getting " invalid month error". In database level object datatype is timestamp.
How to solve this issue.can somebody help me to solve the problem.Hi
Date Objects depends on various formats for different database
Make sure that u format date like MM/dd/yyyy in universe level . and the object should be in date datatype .
In the query level use prompt to select dates.
In report level
create a variable and use a formula like
todate(userresponse("Enter date");"")
Hope this helps U

Error creating comments in at report level
Hi Experts!
We are facing this problem when we try to create a comment on the report when it is running as a web application. On saving the document at the report level we get the error
'Cannot read content from IConnent instance. Error: You are not authorized to create a document'.
We are on Netweaver 2004s, SPS 09 BI 7.0. the steps we have already undertaken are:
1. Checked the service pack to be at SPS 09 (SAP Notes 947209)
2. Assigned Super_admin role access to user on the Public Documents folder in KM
3. Ensured that infoobject 0TCAKYFNM as well as other 0TCA* objects are all active.
But none of these have worked.
But, when we are trying to create and save comments at a value level (for a field value), they can be saved.
Please let us know if you know of any other solution to this problem. This is very urgent. Suitable reward points will be awarded.
Thanks
SushmitaDid you check the box in the query designer to read documents?

flex/sdk/branches/4.0.0/modules/compiler/src/java/flex2/compiler_en.propertiesHi
yes, I had the same issue and I found a solution.
You need to request a patch for BUG 9212862 (already corrected in WLS 10.3.3) and do the follwing:
javax.xml.ws.BindingProvider provider = (javax.xml.ws.BindingProvider)port;
java.util.Map context = provider.getRequestContext();
context.put(weblogic.wsee.jaxrpc.WLStub.POLICY_COMPATIBILITY_PREFERENCE, weblogic.wsee.jaxrpc.WLStub.POLICY_COMPATIBILITY_MSFT);
This will cause the SecurityMessageArchitect class of WLS to not send the SecurityTokenReference in the Soap security header.
Please note that is evidently a non-comformity to the specs of microsoft:
Please give a look at
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-soap-message-security-1.0.pdf (8.3 Signing Tokens)
and also at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/16768/wss-v1.1-spec-os-SAMLTokenProfile.pdf
(3.4 Identifying and Referencing Security Tokens)
A SAML key identifier reference MUST be used for all (local and remote) references to SAML 1.1
assertions. [...]
All conformant implementations MUST be able to process SAML assertion references occurring in a
<wsse:Security> header or in a header element other than a signature to acquire the corresponding
assertion. A conformant implementation MUST be able to process any such reference independent of the
confirmation method of the referenced assertion.
It follows that the .NET 3.5 is a non conformat implementation: I would gladly know which is the position of Microsoft on that.

Help!! can anyone decipher this error report?
I would be really grateful if anyone could decipher this error report. My system has become really unstable and unusable if I can get beyond the grey screen. During use I get a grey curtain come down and a message telling me to hold the power switch to shutdown.

How to reference Report level program unit in report query?
I have created a report level function FREF13 which returns a VARCHAR2 variable. I am trying to reference this function in report SQL statement like:
select * from wtr where file_ref = FREF13(:fref)
I am getting error 'ORA-00904: Invalid column name' error. This is because it is unable to recognize FREF13 as local function.
Is it possible to reference local program units in report query?
Rgds,
ManishNo, it's not possible. The only things you can reference in a SQL query are columns and functions accessable in the database (since this is where the query is executed). You should create the function in the database.

Hello,
One of my Lync 2013 standard front-end servers is frequently logging this error:
Log Name: Lync Server
Source: LS Data Collection
Date: 28/12/2012 10:04:05
Event ID: 56208
Task Category: (2271)
Level: Warning

User: N/A
Computer: LYNC-FE2.mydomain.local
Description:
Insertion of an error report was throttled to prevent flooding of the Call Detail Recording (CDR) database.
Component: CDR Adaptor
Cause: This is an expected condition if too many error reports of the same type were reported at the same time.
Resolution:
No action is needed. A large enough number of error reports of this type have already been inserted into the database and can be used for troubleshooting and reporting. Additional errors are not inserted to avoid flooding of the database with redundant information.

Anyone know why this may be occuring?
Thanks,
BenDid you check any additional errors? I'm seeing the same issue and linked it to this actual error message that seems to point towards a broken data model or bugged type casting/checking in the interface:

I would appreciate explanation of this event and help in this respect.
Thanks in advance for reply and best regards, EwaHi EWAGOSIA,
After all, I am supposing this is an information or warning level event, does your computer have symptoms such like frequently hanging, random freezing or blue screen? If not so I guess it's nothing to worry about.
I still think it is caused by bad compatibility of some applications or drivers. You could start with update your video driver and DirectX.
If the error still persists update all device drivers and keep your system up to date for good measure.

D. Wu

Changing the Log level to report level
hi
how to change the log level from admin level to report level so that if any reports fail sto excute we can have error information .
Thanks in AdvanceHi Marcus,
once again to clarify: I know it from oracle: Is it right that , If I activate in SAP DB "Owerwrite mode is. ON" no new logfiles will be created.
Only the existing logfiles will be overwrtiten.
It means I "save" space, because no new log files a 4,5 GB will be created, is not?
I am not familiar with SAP DB.
How should I proceed with Backup (online, offlne)?
Thank you

Firefox constantly crashes and sends error reports
Hello,
I've installed the latest version of firefox on my new computer (which uses Windows 8) but it constantly crashes and sends error reports. Often when I send the error report and restart firefox, it just crashes again before the pages can even restore. I've reset firefox but this hasn't sorted the problem. I even tried completely uninstalling firefox and reinstalling it but this hasn't helped either. I've tried running it with no addons too but this hasn't helped either!
I'd be really grateful if someone could help me. Thanks in advance. If you installed Firefox 19, it has a known issue with certain graphics cards on Windows 8. Try installing Firefox 18.0.2 over your existing installation (no need to uninstall Firefox 19 first).
