Hai Friends,
i have one requirement.
I NEED TO GET ONE REPORT IN THAT
Physical inventory report - in which i need get the details of What is the material ? how much stock i have posted ? how much system stock ? & what is differece between system stock & posting stock ?
please let me know if there is any SAP Standard report ?

For Physical Inventory SAP Standard reprts are enough.

Urgent: regarding physical inventory report display

hi,
i had made a report in which i have to display the physical inventory report details in which details about the material is to be given.
I want to check the details which are present in the tcode MI07 . Can anybody tell me any tcode in which i can see the details of mi07 tcode(including the reason of it).

It might shed some light to read about the display in your portable computer: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LCD
LCDs are primarily plastic panels with various layers inside. Pressure applied to those panels can cause them to crack, leaking the liquid crystal components about. Pressure could be heavy books in a bag pushing against the screen, heavy cat sitting on a closed lid, dog, other animal, someone slamming the lid, child running through the room, etc. This applies to any LCD whether it be in a computer or in a Television (don't press too hard on your TV screen!!).
Displays don't exhibit the type of damage you indicate by themselves. A single pixel might go dead in an LCD but zig zag lines indicates cracking of the layers inside the panels themselves. Something from the outside world made an impact on the display resulting in the damage you see. You may not have been the one pressing hard on it and you may not have seen it happen, but something happened.
The 1 year limited warranty and AppleCare protection plan offer coverage for component failures, not damage.
Coverage for damage would be provided by something along the lines of insurances (home owners, renters, etc.) If you purchased this computer with a Credit Card you may wish to contact your Credit Card company. Many cards have included insurance for purchases you make so even if an item is damage during your use of it, they will cover it.

Last physical inventory report

Is there a report that we can run by plant to show materials and the date of their last physical inventory count? Thanks in advance for your help.

Transaction MIDO.
a last count date can be seen while clicking the button Inventory data for material.
But you can directly monitor the situation via SE16 on table MARD. MARD keeps field last inventory date.

How to via physical inventory report?

I had run background job via mi30,then how can I to view all generated physical inventory document after running background job in mi30?

how could you execute MI30 if this transaction is not in SAP?
I guess you executed MI31.
Inventory numbers can be found in the log of the batch input session. But it is not really necessary to obtain the numbers from there for the next steps.
If you want print with MI21 , then just enter the selection criteria equal to your selection in MI31. SAP finds the documents itself then.
Best you flag the boxes in from of status selection for inventory docs and inventory items. and search by status.

MI21 Physical Inventory Report Sort by Storage Bin

Hi gurus.
I am working on INVENT, copied to ZINVENT SapScript and one of the requirements is to sort the report by Storage Bin. Currently the storage bins are fetched at print time item by item, not using an itab.
Is there any way to sort the items by Storage Bin (MABDR-LGPBE) in the code?

Hi Subas,
That's the problem, that field is not included in the items itab. This field is populated at item level, item per item when print form command is sent to SapScript. It is not stored in any itab.

Physical Inventory & Cycle counting report

Hi,
Would like to reports on Physical Inventory & cycle counting.
Also would like to know a comparitive report which should show before & after Physical Inventory alsong with Qty & values per plant & material.
Will be pleased if I could have at IM level & WM level also.

1. You can use T CODE- MI23 -Display Physically inventory data for material.
2. You can use T CODE- MB59 -Give material code/plant code/Mov Type 701-702/Posting period -Execute (F8) >> Click on current display variant button (Ctrl+F) for selection "Amt.in loc.cur".

Physical Inventory IM write off report with values

Hi All
I am having difficulty in finding a standard transaction that will detail IM write off with a value/cost.
I can see tha values in the LI20 trx which is at WM. However, when you write it off at IM (LI21) it only shows material and quantity and not value. I cannot bring the field in using the layout.
The only way i can currently get the info is to export the data from MB51 (711 and 712 movements) and merge the table in excel with a material cost table and calculate the vaule written off that way.
I need to know the cost to be written off at IM level before I click on the Write Off button.
Any ideas?

Not really clear what you want or why you are complaining.
LI20 is clearing WM differences. Which is a madatory step in the physical inventory cycle. This one will show you the value. and this one is before you post the differences to IM.
LI21 will not show costs. If you wait with LI21 then you might get other costs than shown in LI20, however, more critical is the stock inconsistency that you have between WM and IM until you execute LI21.
MB51 has the value within, no need to export to Excel and valuated it with a price from another download.

Need help in creating a Physical Inventory Document with HUs given

Hi Gurus,
There is a problem I am facing while doing a ALV report.
I have created the report and there is a button which i have fixed which has to create Physical Inventory Document.
The scenario is:
I will select the records in the report based on the Vessel Bill Of Lading (VBOL) (related to Batch characteristics of a material) and then i need to pass those values to create Physical Inventory Document.
I got a functional module HUINV_DOCUMENT_CREATE which will create the document but I am not clear what are the values that I need to pass in this.
Or do anyone know how to create the Document by passing HU (Handling Units) and Plant & Storage Location?
Please help me in the same.

Material blocked due to a physical inventory

Hello,
I have an issue.
I have done a stock take via MI01, MI21, MI04 and finally MI20!
When I afterwards create a delivery with one of that part that was counted it gives me an error message saying:
M7100 - Material xxx blocked due to a physical inventory
When I look into the inventory document it says: Counted, adjusted.
While debugging I found out that the process somewhere checks MARD-SPERR which is X for that part and therefore outputs messsage M7100! But X only indicates that posting block was set while physical inventory was done!
Does someone have an idea? Is there maybe a report to verify and correct inventory status?
Hope someone can help, cause I've counted a hundreds of parts which are now blocked.

Hello Wolfgang,
If you enter the differences for your physical inventory documents against those materials, then the posting block check shall automatically go off and you can do the material movements.
First, you need to check whether you posted the differences for the respective physical inventory document.
If not you need to post the difference first as it may lead to data inconsistencies.
To remove the posting block go to MI02, enter the physical inventory document number and year, now go to Header and untick the posting block check box.
Posting block indicator
The indicator remains in the physical document header even if the stock is unblocked through the posting of inventory differences. It then only indicates that a posting block was set for the documents.
The blocking indicator can be set in one of two ways:
Directly upon entry of the physical inventory document (if the count is to take place immediately)
Shortly before the count (if the count is to take place later)
You can set the indicator by choosing Physical inventory document -> Change in the header data of the physical inventory document or via batch input.
Now you can create delivery for the materials.

Table and field name for Physical Inventory

Hi Experts,
As i have to put radio buttons with 2 blocks in a report for Phys. Inventory. Please tel me the following fields:-
Block1. Table name and field ( flag field) that shows physical inventory completed & not completed. (so many indicator fields but i want exaact one) or any other way to no PI done or not.
Block 2. Table name and Field( flag field ) for Physical Inv. Still to be executed , Physical Inv. Still to be Closed, Phy Inv. Executed, Phy Inv. Active Again.

double click on table fields
on the right side of the screen type the description of the field you want to know and execute to know the field name and the table where it is used.
follow the above steps to search by yourself rather than posting each time

A,B,C indicator Physical Inv report

We have maintained the A,B,C indicator in MRP view for materials.and changed the description of A,B,C as per material category. When we post the physical inv. diffrenec, we need to have physivcal inventory report with last count date and with A,B,C indicator.
Is it possible? pl note we are not using cycle counting here. It is our normal process with MI01/04/07.

E.g reading the difference movements 701-718 from table MSEG and looking up the ABC indicator from table MARC

for this customer & current date, i have to extract the raw & finish goods (material & qty) from all storage locations under that plant.

LMS3.1/RME: inventory report

Hi,
I would like to get an information about gigaStack port on switch inventory.
I have generated an Detail device Report but I didn't get this information.
I can find this information by show interface status | include GigaStack on switch :Gi0/1                        connected    trunk      a-full a-1000 1000BaseCX Gigastack
Gi0/2                        connected    trunk      a-full a-1000 1000BaseCX Gigastack
So, I try with RME -> Tools -> Netshow. see file attached.
I get the information but I prefered to get it in with a report because I need to get thoses informations for 150 devices.
Is there a way to get it on a report ?

I think that there are more port information compare to report generator.

Lx16 physica inventory

how are you,
here one issue is relating to physical inventory here they asking while runing the lx16 the report is not coming
issue is
AU15-NHILL Missing Bins in report
We have run the continuous counting process LX16 for:
Warehouse No: AC1
Storage type: S01
Storage Bin: A1 to I6
The report did not give me bins B1 and I1 to I6 - why
there is stock sitting in B1, I2 and I3
See report in LI04n for listing
i think if once the counting is happened it will not show ,how can we see the counting is already take place are not yet take is there any t.code or what is the process and suggest me how to solve this issue

WIP Inventory at time of physical inventory

Discrete Manufacturer in 11.5.9. Looking for alternatives for handling WIP at the time of annual physical inventory. Have approximately 1800 released jobs of which more than 75% are pure "push" type jobs and the standard wip valuation report will fit the requirements. However for the remainder of the jobs there is a mix between operation pull and assembly pull which are in various stages of completion. On top of that we have many phantom assemblies that could be in-process on these jobs. How do you account for items that are out of the storage containers, built up on the line but not yet on the job? Thanks in advance.

We had the same issue a few years ago. We created a separate process to handle work in process inventory, exactly as you described. We created a report to print tags, then we created a separate form to allow entry of the tags. We then can compare counts to what is in work in process. We manually adjust the work orders as needed. Not a perfect process, but it works. I don't believe there is anything in Oracle to handle inventory that is still in WIP.
