Physical statement tracking. Is it possible?

Does anyone know if is it possibile to set up physical sql statement tracking using connection scripts (in OBI 10.3.3.1) ? I can use usage tracking but actually I'd like to know what sql query is executing in database and link it with usage tracking. Maybe OBI sets some variables that can be used in connection sripts.

I would like to insert sql physical statements automaticly in a table (just before execution). Then join them with usage tracking to see them on dashboard. Actually in OBI 10.3.3.1 you can write your own connection scripts, I've found that I can access some variables in tihs scripts (eg: :USER, :PASS :), yes you can set password logging :) (even from LDAP - I think It's big security hole)). It's not documented well, so I only suppose that there exsists variable that holds physical statement. If anyone can give me any clarifcation or point any link to the documentation.

LACP or Link State Tracking over VPLS?

Hi all!
I have 2 sites connected with VPLS. Both sites are now having a 2nd VPLS circuit installed (with a different carrier) for redundancy/failover. I've got a Catalyst 3750 at each end to work with.
My question: what's the best way to configure the 3750's? I was thinking either LACP with 2 physical interfaces (one for each VPLS line) - in which case traffic would be balanced across them, which is fine.
OR I could use Link State Tracking, such that if 1 link fails it would failover. Though I'm new to Link State Tracking so I don't know if this would actually work over VPLS.
Your thoughts are very appreciated.

Link-state tracking is used to mirror the state of the ports that carry upstream traffic from connected hosts and servers, and to allow the failover of the server traffic to an operational link on another Cisco Ethernet switch. Link-State Tracking?

Attached is a diagram of my fabric I will be deploying (data center environment). The access switches are 2960G (24port), and the distribution switches are 2960G (48port). A total of 18 access switches will be used.
I will be using Rapid PVST+ throughout the fabric. With that in mind, is it necessary to implement link-state tracking on the access switches as well? I am having difficulty finding out if Cisco recommends link-state tracking for performance improvment, or if it is absolutely necessary in my environment.
What exactly are the pros/cons of enabling link-state tracking on my access switches?

Nexus 1000v Network State tracking

Hi,
I have a pair of 1000v VSM running version 4.2(1)SV1(5.2)
The ESXi host is configured with 2 uplink connecting to 2 different switch.
Using port channel mac pinning.
i configured Network State tracking (NST) with default timer. and repin action.
but when i put "switchport trunk allowed vlan none" on the upstream switch facing the host,
the NST status said it is split.
but the VMs connected is not repin to other uplink.
is there any other misconfiguration that i miss? or my NST verification is wrong (though, the status is showing network is split)?

By default Nexus 1000V chooses the lowest forwarding VLAN ID that is allowed on the uplink port-profile. You can choose and configure a low-id VLAN (say, 4) suitable for tracking. You have to remove all lower-id VLANs from the trunk:
port-profile type ethernet nexus1000v-uplink switchport trunk allowed vlan 4-3967,4048-4093

Adobe Premiere Elements 11 in the 'minimize' state "tracks" when moved across screen...

I have finally found time to work on and to learn how to use my recently purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 11 (APE11) and Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, using Adobe’s respective ‘Classroom In A Book’ training aid I recently purchased. To my disappointment when I open Adobe Premiere Elements 11 in the 'minimize' state it “tracks” when I try to move it across the screen, (see images), making it impossible and unacceptable to use. It only happens with APE11 and not with Photoshop, Premiere Organizer, MS Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Etc.), or any other programs on my computer. Also, the “tracking” doesn’t happen to a video within the APE11 video working space. I have installed this instance of APE11 twice to no avail using the Adobe defaults. See the added images for the current configuration of my PC and the APE11 version I have. I noticed in APE11’s Properties that I don’t have Compatibility checked-off because I never have had a previous version (see image). I do the Microsoft & Windows 7 updates regularly. This PC was purchased and configured to work on photo and video editing & manipulation, along with my everyday use. [Purchased on 2/22/13 from a reputable company Computer Links, Burlington, NC 27215, 336-226-4738 Invoice# 148599, (Technician: Matt). I am not a computer science person, which is why I relied on Matt to configure my PC. As this appears to be an AEP11 issue I am relying on you to resolve the issue verse Matt. Your support with this is much appreciated.
I had one person kindly suggest "Could you try to update your graphic card drivers, if they are not current"? If I knew how to & where located on PC I would consider it, however I would think it would be current as it was new when PC was purchase 2/22/13 and if it was out-of-date why wouldn't the other programs on the PC also 'track', such as Adobe Photoshop Elements, MS Ofiice Suite programs, etc.? (PS: I thought I posted this in the Adobe Premiere Elements area 5/19/13, apparently I posted it in the "Downloading, Installing, Setting Up" discussions area instead, & didn't see a way to move it?? It appears Matt solved my issue earlier today and I have been testing it without a failure.
Matt determined it was the Personailization "Themes" I was using. I had the Theme "Windows Classic" selected from the "Basic and High Contrast Themes..." group, and when he changed it to one of the "Aero Themes" the Adobe Premiere Elements "TRACKING" problem went away. He and I are not sure why it works by changing the theme, but it appears to. Using the Aero Theme continues toi allow me to use my own photos for "Desktop Background" and "Screen Saver".
The path to it is via the PC display by right clicking your mouse, select "Personalize", select one of the "Aero Themes" and go from there according to personal taste. See image below:
Note: Something for Adobe to consider going forward, if the above remains a solution. Matt says as I am using Windows 7 I have a selection between Themes, either "Windows Classic" from the "Basic and High Contrast Themes..." group or one of the "Aero Themes" (which resolved my Tracking problem), however Windows 8 did away with the "Aero Themes" and there isn't a choice then what? He isn't sure if there will be a tracking problem or not.
ATM any thoughts on why the above Themes setting would make a difference?

I wouldn't think the graphic card would be out of date as it was part of the 2/22/13 PC purchase, however I don't know how to verify it using Windows 7 to be sure if it is or isn't. If it was the graphic's card, wouldn't the other programs, such as Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, the MS Office Suite Programs, etc., on the PC also 'track'?.

I searched in the Internet, i could not get any which serves my exact requirement.

Hi Alex,
In SharePoint 2007, there are OOB site template for Physical Assets Management, but deprecated since SharePoint 2010.
However, here are some resources for using the template in SharePoint 2010. If you are using SharePoint 2013, please create a site in 2010 version, and use the custom site template solution. Then upgrade to 2013 vision if necessary. For your reference:

Since the template is for 2010, there might be some issue and I cannot tell without pratice. You can also refer to it and create your own site template for physical asset management based on OOB team site.

Making a button programmatically not change its 'physical' state when pressed

How do i programmatically make the button not change into its 2nd state when pressed? do i use property nodes? if so, how?

If you use the Colors Property Node, you can change the colors dynamically, so you can set it all green when you need it, then change it back to green and red.
The only way you can intercept the button press is to use the Mouse Down? event in the event structure. You will need to verify a left mouse click and then Discard the event. That will be your inidcation the button has been pressed. However, you will still need to track your state to not discard the event in the situations where you want the button to actuate.
It is much easier to dynamically change the colors.

If I have iTunes match, how can I physically add tracks from iTunes to my phone?

I'm travelling to an area without WiFi and 3g with poor reception so I want music to actually physically copy the music onto my iPhone. When I try to drag the tracks over to my phone in iTunes, it says that it hasn't copied them over becuase they are available via the Cloud.

Redundancy in physical interface tracking .

We are managing almost 20 ACE in different location in HA mode . Right now the configuration is for redundancy in ft group and ft track in user context and this redundancy are working well good . My new requirement is to track the physical interface in admin context ,where my ACE designed to track only the interface vlan now in user context .
When two interface goes down in the ace , failover should happen to secondary . where all the four interface is bundle in single port channel . when two interface goes down , load in the port channel will be increased to avoid this , any redundant configuration is there ? to switchover the active role to secondary .

Hi,
If a port in a channel goes down, it is treated as a link failure and its traffic is transferred to one or more of the remaining ports in the channel by design.
But one option is to track a neighbor router IP with the host tracking option (not used with port channel though) .

Yes, you can use SSD in the HDD slot. There are many sizes (capacity) now and you can have up to ove 900Gb. My suggestion use SSD from around 480Gb to 520Gb. Many brands are around: Samsung, Sandisk, Kingston, Intel .... Except for OZ and Kingston which I have not tried, they are all good.

Select will not work if you are trying to search based on the name field as in the table CFX_COL it has data type String which basically is not content but a reference to a storage area and internally it is stored in a different format not searchable. Even , if you try to find the number of entries in the table you can not put any value in this field as it will not be available for input as it doesn't contain any value.
STRING: Character string with variable length This data type can only be used in types (data elements, structures, table types) and domains. In the Dictionary a length can be specified for this type (at least 256 characters). It may be used in database tables, however, only with restrictions. For a description of them refer to the documentation of the ABAP statement 'STRING' . In ABAP, this type is implemented as a reference to a storage area of variable size. As default for the output length 132 characters are proposed. You cannot attach search helps to components of this type.
