Salve, vorrei acquistare il Piano Creative Cloud per la fotografia con Piano annuale a pagamento mensile - € 12,19 al mese con un contratto di un anno. Significa che per un anno ho l'abbonamento di 12,19 al mese?
Perché non è chiaro il modulo contrattuale, credevo inizialmente fosse una sorta di "ricaricabile" ma non credo.

reinstall the cc desktop application, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial
then install lr and ps using the cc desktop application.

Are you installing creative cloud desktop for the first time?
Please check under Applications >Utility > Adobe Installers, if Adobe Creative Cloud is already present.
If it is present then please try to uninstall it using Adobe Cleaner tool.

Restart the machine and then try to install Creative Cloud for desktop.

sto cercando di scaricare la versione di prova di photoshop e quando scarico adobe creative clou mi si apre automaticamente con un altra mail, a cui non ho più accesso, e mi chiede di verificarla. come posso cambiare questa mail? ho creato il nuovo profilo su adobe e tutto, ma li non riesco proprio a cambiarla.

Creative cloud problemi

sto cercando di chiamare l'assistenza telefonica (che tra la'trlo per l'Italia è solo in inglese) ieri ho chiamato per dire che mi continuava a dire che il pagamento non è stato effettuato per il mio piano creative clouds invece lo era, in effetti gli operatori lo hanno confermato al telefono.
il problema è che ora non mi fa più aprire nemmeno photoshop, dice che è scaduto e che devo rinnovare il mio abbonamento, ma non è vero!
ho provato come mi avevano consigliato a entrare e uscire da creative clouds dal mio computer, con il risultato che ora non posso più rientrare né re-installarlo
sono disperata, per me è un grave problema e un danno notevole di tempo .

ieri apro creative cloud per scaricare lightroom cc, ma mi chiedeva di aggiornare il creative cloud, ho dato ok ma dopo un pò mi diceva che l'aggiornamento era impossibile perche si era riscontrato un errore chiamato errore 50. ho pulito tutto con il cleaner tool adobe e ho riprovato ad installare il creative cloud. non è stato possibile perchè veniva sempre fuori errore 50. C'è una soluzione per ovviare a questa cosa? Grazie in anticipo a tutti coloro che vorranno aiutarmi.

When trying to open any of the 4 apps in Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard I own outright, , I am unable to use the software and instead am being prompted to "Renew your Subscription to Creative Cloud". Please help me

I have purchased and used Adobe Products for 25+ years and I own CS6 Design Standard outright.
I had previously subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud but did not renew the annual subscription.
The CS6 Design Standard serial number is listed in my Adobe user account. I have run the the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaning tool, uninstalled the Adobe Creative Cloud App and all other CC apps from my iMac. I reinstalled fresh copies of the CS6 software two different times, first from my CS6 DVD disk and then from the Adobe Download page. During each installation of CS6, all seemed to run normally and I was prompted to enter the license number and it was accepted. However, when trying to open the software after completing the installation, I am being prevented from doing so without renewing the Creative Cloud subscription.
Who knows of a solution to this problem?
Contacting Adobe’s Chat support and Customer Support portal has not resulted in a solution, even though they have confirmed the license number as being accurate and linked to my account. After weeks of waiting on their responses, yesterday I was told to go to the Forums to find a solution….Please Help Me….Thanks

Unfornutaely, there is no such option to get the invoices in your e-mail. You can print the invoices under My Orders after logging onto www.adobe.com if you have an individual creative cloud membership
