Picking List (EK00) need to print

Picking List (EK00) need to be print in advance 2 days from the loading date of the delivery.
Please provide any suggestions to fix this issue.

hi,
take that out put program,
go to the selection screens
make sure that display variant button should be there.
create a variant for the same as two days and you can generate it.

Picking List (EK00) problem

Hi,
I create two orders - one is a standard OR and the other one is a ZS order (network order). I assign same material, same plant, storage location and shipping point.
I then run a batchjob (VL10BATCH) that reads the orders and creates subsequent deliveries for both kinds of orders.
However from the delivery only the picking list of ZS order is created and printed, no picking list is created or printed for OR order. This step occurs automatically.
I guess it's some output setup that I am missing.
Any help?
I looked at transactions VP01SHP / VP01SHPV / VP01_SD and so on but there was no missing customizing.
And yet there has to be something missing, a link between Order type and Output type.

Hi Sri,
Nevermind the path, I figured it out by looking at the delivery header and noticing that for OR delivery the item was not relevant for picking.
Thus the whole issue was resolved by making the item category relevant for picking (trcode 0VLP).

Picking List Second time onward printing need to use diff logo

Dear experts :
Good afternoon, need some idea. If the customer requested the picking list, first time printing need to print logo A. But if second time onward printing (like reprint) then need to print logo B.
The picking list is writtin in smartform.
Any idea, how to control it ?

Re-print picking list EK00

Hello Experts,
I am trying to re-reprint output type EK00 (picking list), but I am not able to.
How should this be done?

Hi,
Add the output EK00 in the delivery document manually (menu VL02N -> Extras ->picking output). If you enter the processing time as 4 then when you save the delivery, the picking list gets printed.
Or if you enter the processing time as 3 (send with application own transaction), you can use VL70 to print the output.

I found the path and we can do the configuration..
IMG - Sales and Distribution - Shipping - Basic Shipping functions - output control - Define Print Parameters Shipping - Execute
Select Condition type from the list under Shipping and the details can be maintained there.

Hi,
first you need to find a delivery with the VL06O (for picking)
after go to VL02N, modify the delivery quantity and save. The Picking list will be automaticly printed.

Printing Order acknowledgement and pick list

SAP 2007 A
Please follow scenario:
Create sales order with 3 line items. If we print order acknowledgement only display is correct. If we print either the pick list only or the order and pick list combination we sometimes see the three items repeated on the pick list and sales order prints fine. This only occasionally happens and we cannot see any pattern as to why it happens. Anyone ever experience this and/or have a suggestions as to what may be causing the problem

What is your PL? It sounds like a bug to me.

T-code MB26 gives picking list. Can I print this list as picking slip if the stock is available ?

Yes, you can execute the print with MB26, click on program and select second option execute the print.

Reprint Pick List

I am trying to repint a pick list for a delivery that was completed already till accounting, am not able to reprint the same as the picking quantities are now updated with the delivery quantities. i need to reprint the pick list that was triggered by the delivery earlier, also i would like to understand where in the customization do we have this control for not reprinting once the picking is updated.
i already had tried out repeat printout option in VL02n, using processing mode 2 in VL71, Please let me know if this can be controlled somewhere at the configuration level so that i can check the pick list even after the delivery is PGI'd in simpler ways.

Dear Ilango,
Your requirement can be met by doing the following settings,
Goto Transaction V/38
--> Select your output type for Picking List (EK00 is standard).
--> Click on Details or Ctrl + Shift + F2
--> Under General Tab
--> Check Mulitple Issuing check box.
Now the system will allow you to print multiple picking list.

Picking List output

Hello Experts,
I have configured the picking List output type to print the picking list at the time of delivery creation. However, when i change the delivery quanitity or picking quantity, it is printing the output document. How can i avoid this situation, i want it to be printed only at creation not on changes to the delivery document. Please advise

Can I assign Z Out Put Type of picking list in VL06 . If yes , I request you to mention where and how I can assign please .

Dear Jaya,
The picking list Z output type you can get in VL06 transaction through assigning the same output type in your shipping point detail screen.
IMG path is SPRO-->Enterprise Structure -->Definition -->Logistics Execution -->Define, copy, delete, check shipping point. Here you select your shipping point then go in to the detail screen here you can assign your Z picking list output type under Print Picking list tab.
Before that you need to do these configuration settings.
1.You need to define the Z Output type
SPRO>IMG>Logistics execution>Shipping>Basic shipping functions-->Output Control -->Output Determination -->Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries -->Maintain Condition Tables -->
Maintain Output Types.
2. Using TCode V/38, you have to maintain the Z condition type by clicking on new entries, maintained the time,print parameters and transmission medium.
You need to assign the processing routines Prog: ,Form Routine:, and Form:
3. You need to maintain the print parameters based on the shipping point for your Z output type.
through transaction VP01SHP.

CO27 Pick List

Hi,
In transaction CO27, we would like to add ON-HAND stock quantity as one of the report column. But unfortunately, this field is not available under the option Prof. field select through configuration tcode KOMM. Does anyone know of a way to add new fields to transaction CO27? .
I am working on WM/PP matl staging scenario.
We need a system generated pick list which needs to take the Quantity on Hand into account and provide a pick list by deducting the amount.
Example:
QOH: Mat X 20 EA in Supply Area
For Prod Order XXXXX, we need Mat X 100 EA
So, the TR should be created for 80EA.
Is it possible??

Material pick list

Hello Gurus;
I want to see the material pick list for a particular order in my system. I can see it for other maintenance orders, except a few orders. I have checked that the orders in question are released & material posting against the order is not performed, also delta print is not ticked in the order. I would like to know, what is causing the erratic behaviour, pls. suggest.

To see the material pick list (many other preconfigured print list): go to selected order in change mode; order-> print->order-> then select pick list
There are following requisites to see the material pick list:
a) Order should have compents attached
b) order should be realeased
c) It should not be printed before
d) printer should be configured, otherwise use LP01 as standard
