Picking list output in VL70 for the outbound deliveries picked via WM

Hi Experts ,
How to take Picking list output in VL70 for the outbound deliveries picked through transfer Orde(WM).
Generally, we ll genreate picking list in VL70 directly giving from the outbound delivery. Then , system wll confirm the Picked quantities along with the Print out in deliveries as per the configuration done in OVLT..
In this case , how to take the Picking list in VL70 ? Pls give your advice on this..

I have configured the picking List output type to print the picking list at the time of delivery creation. However, when i change the delivery quanitity or picking quantity, it is printing the output document. How can i avoid this situation, i want it to be printed only at creation not on changes to the delivery document. Please advise

I think you need to ensure that "Multiple issuing" check box in v/34 is switched off for the corresponding output type.

Can you tell if there is a standard Pickling list output type for a Sales Order Outbound delivery for a WM activated plant.(EK00 is no longer in application V2)
How can a Transfer Order creation trigger this Picking List (output type?)

You can do this in the transaction OMLV -> 'Print Code', Form name depends on the print code. Few are here with.

Clarifications in pick list output type EK00

Hello ,
Have any one of you used the pick list output EK00 . I have
tried this and I do have some issues with
We are using SAP R/3 4.7 x 200 version .
Output type EK00 is not available in the application V2 (
Shipping ) . Its available in application V4 (Shipping special
case).
1. I have assigned the shipping points through T code VOK2 as I
am not able to find the output EK00 through customization menu.
2. I have maintained the printers details through VP01SHP ( correct me if I am wrong) . I am using the standard program RVADEK01 and form
SD_PICK_SINGLE in the output EK00.
After doing the above setting when I am creating delivery in
VL01N , the output type EK00 is not assigned automatically and
when I try to assign it manually , it gives an error message
"Processing program missing for output EK00 (medium 1)in
application V2" . I dont know why the system is looking for
application V2 when it is not available in V2 and only available
in V4 .
Am I missing anything in my process . Can some one help me in this .

Have you done the following setting in transaction v/38:
1.On the Display View "Output Types": Overview screen, in the Output type group box, select EK00. (Application V4)
2.In the left frame, under Dialog Structure, double-click on the Processing routines folder.
3.On the Change View "Processing Routines": Overview screen, choose .
4.In the first medium, for Print output, enter the Smart Form print program /SMB40/RVADEK01 under Program and Smart Form /SMB40/SDPIK_L under SmartForm.
Document Types        Picking List
Output Types          EK00
Transaction Code      v/38
Smart Form Program    /SMB40/RVADEK01
Smart Form            /SMB40/SDPIK_L
                      /SMB40/SDPIK_A
5. Save the changes.

Change Pick List Output Format with automated Output format froTO creation

When creating TO for delivery using VL06P or LT03 there is no opportunity to print the Company Custom Format(X1) of the pick list.
But if it is reprinted in LT31, Print Code X1(Company defined picking list Output format) can be selected. This is our custom formatted TO output format.
The delivery address is on the document, so if X1 format is used with the automated output from TO creation, Warehouse personel will have the Hardcopy of the delivery address.
Question: How can i have the Print Code X1 to default when i am creating delivery using VL06P or LT03.

I have a requirement related to pick list output types. A pick list output type is already configured and assigned to shipping point and is used for taking pick list for SD customer delivery.
I want to create another pick list output type which is to be assigned to same shipping point for subcon delivery alone.
How can I configure it?

Track inbound ALEAUDs for the outbound DESADVs

hi all,
I am send an outbound DESADV by triggereing an output type on the delivery.
I can track the outbound idoc for the delivery uisng NAST entries.
Now i get the inbound ALEAUD( an acknowledgemnet for the outbound DESADV). The inbound idoc contains the delivery no that was sent.
Programatically searching an inbound idoc with the delivery no takes more time as delivery no is not any key field in the idoc, it is avialble as sdata.
My question is , programatically is there any way of tracking the ALEAUD and DESADV for a particluar delivery?

If I remember correctly then the ALEAUD IDoc sets a specific status record in the DESADV IDoc (cannot remember which one).
Thus, if you want to select for outbound deliveries that have not yet been confirmed search for DESADV IDocs where this status is missing (or the other way around for confirmed DESADV where this status record is there).

If the condtion record is not maintained in VV21 then the output type will not appear in the delivery output.
If the record is maintained then check the delivery in VL02N and then goto the delivery output and then Goto--> Determination analysis to find out the issue

Hi,
In Oracle Applications, we are getting the following error while performing ROLLBACK to a Savepoint.
"Unexpected Error: ORA-01086: savepoint 'PTNR_BULK_CALC_TAX_PVT' never establishe d ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception"
So how can I get a list of active savepoints for the current session?
Could you please also let me know if there is any better way to debug this issue.
Appreciate any quick response as the issue is very critical.

There is no way to get a list of active savepoints. Is this your code or a "canned" procedure? If it is your code you can go through the code looking for answers, possibly tracing execution using DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE or writing messages to a log table. If its a "canned" procedure you may need to open an SR with Oracle

I noticed an SAP issue related to the output. The output is proposed for the original invoices when they are cancelled.
Issue in detail:
When you cancel an invoice (X) and create the cancellation Invoice document(Y) .The original invoice is determined with the output(1) when you enter the invoice in the change mode . This is happening when the output condition records are set up for the Invoice (X) and when the invoice (X) is not proposed with the Output(1). I am not sure whether this is a Standard SAP issue or issue with the Z output requirements.

This is not a "standard issue". Output works the way it's configured and according to the condition records and requirements in your own system. Review your output configuration and condition records (VV33).
It is also possible that output is simply proposed any time you enter a document in the change mode. You may apply a requirement to the output type to avoid this. Or just change it to be proposed only once.

Please create a list of bug fixes for the Development Team to address in the next version of Bootcamp (e.g., 3.2). This thread assumes that all users are presently running Bootcamp 3.1:
1. Sound should not be muted every time a user reboots a newer MacBook laptop using Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit. My sound is always muted when I load Windows 7 Ultimate, and I have to manually turn it on each time.
2. Left and right clicks on the trackpad should work out of the box using Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit. My left click operates a little less than 50 percent of the time -- i.e., I click it and nothing happens. I had to switch to "tap to click" as a workaround, however, I prefer the good old solid left click.
Please step right up and add to the bug report list so that the developers have a checklist of issues that need to be fixed. When the bug report list has grown to a respectable size, I'll send an official letter to the C.E.O. to facilitate the bug reports reaching the development team.

FWIW, I don't have the symptoms you describe. So I think before you call a symptom a "bug" I think you should confirm that it is indeed a "bug" and not a configuration, software, or hardware issue caused by something such as incorrect installation, incorrect setup, or any other third party or user caused action.
Also, FWIW, I don't think this forum is intended to be used as a survey for gathering "bugs". Apple has an official feedback page where they gather user experiences such as yours. I think if you post your "bugs" there they will get faster attention than posting them here in this user-to-user help forum.

Hi,
The Pick List is printed from the Pick and Pack Manager.
goto Inventory > Pick and Pack > Pick List and then Open the Pick List and Print from there.
If this is what you are doing then if your FMS are set to Auto Refresh then as soon as your Pull the Pick list the FMS should fire and the mode should change to UPDATE.
Alternatively,
you can do this by customizing a report with your needed fields with ABAP person.

Hi Sunil,
1. TCODE NACZ -> Create a procedure.
2. For this procedure you can define control sequence (Step, Control, Condition Type).
3. TCODE NACE -> Choose Application V6 (Handling Units).
4. Click on Output types.
5. You can create your own output type here.
6. For this output type you can give the access sequesnce.
7. For the same output type, in Processing Routines, give the Medium (Printer, EDI, etc.), Print Program Name, From Entry, Form name (SapScript Name). If it is a smartforms then specify the name in SmartFrom coulmn.
First 2 steps are depende on the requirement. You can go with standard settings.
