Pictures are printed on the edge of the paper using ipad with iOS 7

Pictures are printed near the edge of the paper instead of being printed on the center of paper. Using ipad 2 with ios 7 and hp 3520.
Can anyone suggest anything to fix this issue.
Thanks in advance !

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

update to IOS 6 has been a nightmare. Facebook would allow me to save pictures unless I granted access to my foto album. Does this mean my pictures are going be planted all over the web? The safari keeps crashing and loading is slow. Most infuriating is that YouTube was deleted from my entertainment apps and I now have to pay for it if I want it back!! This is a bloody disgrace.

    Back up all data.
Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
Note: You need an always-on Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to the Internet to use Recovery. It won’t work with USB or PPPoE modems, or with proxy servers, or with networks that require a certificate for authentication.
When the OS X Utilities screen appears, follow the prompts to reinstall the OS. You don't need to erase the boot volume, and you won't need your backup unless something goes wrong. If your Mac was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you’ll need the Apple ID and password you used to upgrade, so make a note of those before you begin.

  • Does anyone know why I am having formatting issues with my tablet and phone sites? I only have the desktop layout. There are banners and footers not reaching the edge of the screen.

I only have the desktop layout. As I was having such problems with the tablet and phone layouts. However there are banners and footers not reaching the edge of the screen. This is only a problem when accessing the site via a phone or tablet.
    the site is www.excellententertainment.biz

Do a Select all on your pages (Most likely a master page if it effects all pages) and you will likely find an empty element or element that extends past the design edges in your desktop design.

  • HT4623 My camera just recently went blurry. It was working just fine yesterday but then I went to use it today and the pictures are so fuzzy. Has anyone else had this problem with their iPhone 5?

My camera just recently went blurry. It was working just fine yesterday but then I went to use it today and the pictures are so fuzzy. Has anyone else had this problem with their iPhone 5?

1st... make sure nothing's covering/smudging the camera lens.  then...
    Standard troubleshooting...
Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Remove the Camera app from Recently Used list...
    - From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
    - Tap and hold any icon in this list until they wiggle
    - Press the red to delete the Camera app from this list.
    - Press the home button twice when done.
    - Restart the Camera app
If still a problem restore with your backup.
If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.

  • Scratch on the Edge of the Aluminium cover on my Macbook Pro Retina 13"

I have a Macbook Pro Retina 13" just bought it in October 2013.  I found there is a scratch on the edge of the aluminium cover.  I am not asking for any replacement.  But, is there any way to remove the scratch since it scratch my hand and it's possible my child will get hurt from this scratch.

    No, not possible
If it "hurts your hand" its not really a scratch but a gouge or a BUR
removing a bur or a gouge is easy enough, the problem is youll be left with a nasty shiney spot, .....are you prepared to do that?
youd mask off the area with painter tape and take a thumbnail size of ultra-fine sandpaper and remove the bur or gouge just enough to not make it sharp
however this will make the spot look much larger and much worse
Having polished metal for many many years, I can tell you matte aluminum is extremely hard to buff out
    Remove the scratch? EASY
    matte aluminum, very very hard
    1. remove scratch
    blend it
    raise it
    blend it out
    lower the whole blended area
These are professional skills and if you TRY to remove the scratch, youll make it look horrible, a big shiney spot.

No, sorry... did not happen becasue no such model exists.
If the device is in recovery mode, any data on it is already lost.
    The only options are:
Restore the device to get it functional.
    Enjoy the paper weight.
For what reason did you attempt to update the device without first ensuring that your data was safe, meaning backing up the device and copying important pictures/videos taken with the device to a computer?

  • Buttons near the edge of the stage don't register Rollout events

I have a button that sits close to the edge of the stage, and
when I quickly roll out of the button towards the edge of the
stage, Flash doesn't register the rollOut event. Seems like Flash
still thinks that the cursor is sitting still over the button, even
though I'm moving the cursor outside of the flash stage area.
Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Q: Sometimes he invites me to things, and I never see the invitation.
A: Lost in space? Likely a spam filter issue somewhere, but let's defer that one
comment: I have checked my Spam filter - nothing there. I stress that this is an intermittent fault between the same two people.
Q:I sent him an invitation recently, and his acceptance arrived today. But although the mere arrival of his message highlights the event in iCal, I can click on the icon in his email as much as I like, and I get no notification of his acceptance - the name stays greyed out.
A: What way have you set in iCal's preferences "automatically retrieve invitations"?
Comment: currently set to ON for that option. But I have also tried with it off.
A: Please invite me to something - my email address is in my profile.
Comment: DONE! and many thanks for your help so far.

  • Satellite L10-333: Display stays black until I tap the edge of the screen

I have a Satellite L10-333 which is about 3 years old, it has suddenly began to have screen problems.
It started with a white screen instead of the normal one, and a black line all the way down the middle.
Now when I turn the pc on, the screen stays black and dead until I tap the edge of the screen and when the screen comes to life, I have to hold and press a certain part of the lid so the screen stays on...
Does someone know what the problem is??
I thought it could be a loose wire or connection.
Does anyone else have or had this problem?
    Thanks for your help..

I agree with you. It must be some contact problem. In my opinion it is not important if someone else has this problem too and you must find solution as soon as possible.
The notebook must be disassembled and the screen connection must be checked. Now is the question what to do. Can you check it alone or you need professional help?

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? If yes that tend to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
    Any error messages?
    Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
    - iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
    - Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
    - iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: How to back up
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

  • Just updated my iPad  with iOS 7.0.3. my iPad music downloads are messed-up, the regular album tracklist is disorganised...can't get them "back on track" who can help me out? Greets Alex

Just updated my iPad with iOS 7.0.3 > my iTunes music downloads are messed up....the regular tracklist of the albums are in chaos, can someone help me out to get them " in line" again!?

Well I basically answered my own question. I just ended up deleteing the tracks from the albums missing artwork (I highlighted all of them and right clicked delete) then just dragged over the album again that had the artwork already set and it worked like a charm.
Couldn't figure out any other way to do it. Still open to ideas for the future if anyone has any.

  • I cannot find in the new itunes how to delete the pictures - somehow not finding "pics" in the menu. I have a quite old ipad with ios 5.1.1

Hi, thanks for your time: cannot find in itunes anymore how to delete pictures on my stoneold ipad :-)- somehow not finding "pics" in the menu. I have a quite old ipad with ios 5.1.1. Thanks a lot for your help.

How did the photos get onto the iPad ? If they were taken with the iPad, copied onto it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc then they can be deleted directly in the iPad's Photos app - either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view. You should also be able to delete them as part of importing them to a computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083
If they were synced from a computer then connect the iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar (with iTunes 11, option-command-S on a Mac will enabled the sidebar, control-S on a PC), and on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen use the Photos tab to de-select the albums/folders that you want to remove and apply/sync that selection. If you want to remove all synced photos then try selecting and syncing just an empty folder.

I  have a problem with the synchronisation of my iPhone and iPad with Outlook 2007 on my 64-bit Windows 7  PC. For several years,
I have had no problems with the synchronisation by cord connection and iTunes between these programmes. However, a few months ago I decided to use Mobile Me. However, there were problems with duplication of calendars and then “rogue events” – which could not be deleted – even if deleted on Outlook and on the iPhone (or both at the same time) – they would just reappear after the next synchronisation.  All other synchronisation areas (eg Contacts, Notes etc) work fine.
I have looked for help through the Apple Support Community and tried many things.  I have repaired my Outlook. I have repaired my .pst file in Windows. I have re-installed the latest version of iTunes on my PC. I have re-installed the firmware on my iPhone. I have tried many permutations on my iPhone. I have closed down all Mobile Me functions on the iPhone. I have spent upwards of 24 hours trying to solve this problem.
What am I left with? Outlook works seamlessly on my PC. My iPhone calendar now has no events from  my calendar, but does not synchronise through iTunes. Nor does it send events initiated on the iPhone to the Outlook. I am at the point of abandoning iPhones and iPads altogether.  I need to have a properly synchronising calendar on my phone.  Do you have any suggestions?

In the control panel goto the "Lenovo - Power Manager" and click the battery tab, there is a maintenance button in there that will let you change the charging profile for your battery.   (from memory, so exact wording may be off)
The lower the numbers you use there, the longer the battery *should* last.    These batteries degrade faster at higher charge levels, however storing them at too low of levels is also not good for them... I've read that 40% is optimal, but just not realistic if you use your computer.
