Pictures in Movies

When I set a Pictures in my movie (PiP) is ok but if I set another Pictures (PIP) after the previous one,
the movies stop it when the second picture begins and it restart at the end of the secon PIP.
How can I fix it?

What version of iMovie are you talking about?
What device are you running it on?

Pictures and movies moved to sd card by the OS are not accessible by Album or Movies anymore

Hello all,
I am new to Android. I own a Xperia Z2 and placed in a 64g SD card. As I take more and more pictures and movies with the camera, every once in a while the OS send me a message saying that the main memory is almost full and suggest to relocate files on the SD card.
I accepted a few times just to realise that the Album and Movies apps are not updated. the link is lost and I dont find the tools to help the OS or the apps find the files at their new location.
Using a file manager (File Commander) I can see where the files are now. I can even see a preview by changing the view settings in the file manager but I cant open them. I get a broken link image instead.
Anyone knows what to do to update the apps and get access back to the files ?

I did the procedure three times now ( media storage / force stop / restart ).
Here's what I get: When I open the Album App, the first few hundred images displayed are broken links. If I browse way down the list, I can see a few pictures that are strangely on my sd card.
Still, using the file manager, I can locate all of them manually, see the thumbnail image for every file, but cant open any.
I just tried as you suggested to put the camera storage location back on internal storage, took a new picture and I was able to see it automatically both using Album app and the File Commander App.
I am clueless. :o(

I created a slide show on my work computer and placed many photos and movies in my work computer's Media Browser. Want to use another computer (laptop) to give the presentation and therefore change location of slide show. Do I need to copy the media browser to the laptop or once the pictures and movies are embedded in the original slide show, can I take it anywhere and not worry about the media browser?
I also want to optimize a movie for Keynote, so it's not too large a file. Please help.

Graphic, sound and video files are copied into the Keynote file, but make sure Keynote > Preferences - include sound and movies check box is ticked.
If you have added additional fonts they will need be changed to reflect what is on the destination machine.
If the other machine has a different Keynote version, ensure the same transitions and effects are available.

Pics and movies take with iphone are NOT part of the sync process. You import them as you would from any digital camera.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details since even your terminology is confusing. there are no "pages" in Photoshop. What you describe in vague terms could be anything from your target document having a different color mode/ color profile to some hardware acceleration issue, but we really can't make any sense of it based on your information.

Not unless you want to. Each version is a separate standalone version and you can keep both if you like.

By 'no memory' may I assume you are out of space on your hard drive?
Obviously you can delete them one by one, but this is tedious and will take a long time and you wish to do this quickly and efficiently.
This is my suggestion and it may not be worth a lot:
If all of your duplicates have a unique characteristic common to them that the originals do not, this MIGHT work. For example if you make a duplicate of an image, it will have the same title as the original, but will insert the word 'copy' in its' title. (It should do some thing similar with movie clips).
Go to Spotlight in System Preferences. Click on Privacy (near the top of the pane) and then the + sign (near the lower left hand corner). This will result in a drop down menu. Select all the places you do not want Spotlight to search. You should leave only Music and Movies unless you have pictures/movie clips in other places.
Enter into spotlight the unique characteristic (ie; copy) and it should (I hope) list all your duplicates. Perform a Select All, and put them in Trash.
Otherwise do them one by one or write an Apple Script Program.
If my convoluted idea does not work, perhaps you will be lucky and a more savvy person with a real solution will come forth!

Filenames resets to 1 on pictures and movies

How come the filenames resets to 1 everytime I take new pictures or movies? My Sony Alpha 700 remembers the last filename and so does every other camera I know of. So why doesn't my Xperia X2? They're both made by Sony. Makes the camerafunction in the mobile almost useless.

Can anyone tell me how I can take photos from Pictures and move them into iPhotos so that I can share them on photo stream to my Apple TV?

I have tried all morning to get my picture files to move into iPhotos. I want to push them using photo stream to my Apple TV. My picture files were originally from a Windows programme, I have too many photos to loose or just lay unviewed on my Mac!

Have you tried the import function on iPhoto? Have you tried just dragging them into the iphoto app?

How to make a good picture/video movie

i have a camera that has taken 4000x3000 pictures and 1280x720 HD videosand want to make a HD DVD movie
i wanted to use premiere pro for making this movie because ive become slightly used to it
i am using this on a 1600x900 17-inch laptop
but i cant see the full pictures in ppro, i can add them but only a ~quarter gets shown and even i export it, it doesnt show everything
how can i make this work or is there another product that can do this?
is there a setting i can change to make this work?

Restoring picture and movie files after hard drive failure and repair

I need some help restoring photo/movie files from my external hard drives after my iBook was repaired following a storm. I have backups hidden all over my external hard drives. I have unburned burn folders that may have pictures on them. I was using iPhoto from iLife 05 and iLife 08, and Kodak Easy Share. I have searched on spotlight using ".jpg", "pics", and ".mov" and titles of various images, but I am still missing images that I am fairly sure I duplicated to external hard drives. Any ideas for searching?

Thanks, I just downloaded EasyFind. I ran an initial search and it looked very effective. I will have to manually check the search results to see if it is getting any files I haven't already been able to find.

I don't know how to transfer movies and picture specifically from my windows to my iPad when ever I drag and out the movie file it says that it won't copy because the format is not supported on the device. I really need your help please help me:)

Intermittently no picture playing movies in 2.3

Since upgrading to Apple TV 2.3 occasionally when I start playing a movie I can hear the sound but there is no image. Restarting the Apple TV fixes the problem. The first time I noticed it was when playing Wall-E (puchased from the iTunes Store), but it's also just happened for a DVD movie imported using Handbrake (which has always played fine in the past).
My Apple TV is set to auto-sync so I'm not sure whether these are being streamed or stored on the Apple TV. The connection is via ethernet.
All music, TV shows, podcasts, youtube etc are all functioning fine.

I have had similar sort of issue with playing video files on my AppleTV, whether it be movies, tv shows or music videos, and whether it be streamed or synced. It only usually affects the first few seconds, usually no more than 5, and then plays fine. If I jump back to the start of the video, it then plays fine from the beginning. I don't know if it is some kind of data issue with not being able to stream the data fast enough (either over the network or off local hard disc), but the AppleTV keeps going and catches up eventually with the picture.
Just my thoughts.

Making still picture from movie

I made a still picture from my movie. (which you can do in the old iMovie) but it won't let me drag it into iMovie08. The still picture shows up as a mp4. Is there a way to convert to jpeg? How can I make a picture out of a movie and have it work in iMovie 08? Thanks

You can, of course, convert an MP4 frame to a JPEG compressed PICT image file using any application have access to the QT conversion structure. But wouldn't it be easier to just create/copy a JPEG image from within iMovie '08?
1) Select the frame you want in the event window and move it to any iMovie '08 project using the "Add Still Frame to Project" context menu option.
2) Highlight the "still frame" segment now in the project window and select the "Reveal in Finder" context menu option.
3) Move/use the "revealed" JPEG image files as needed/desired or open it in the "Preview" application to save it in another image compression format to any "visible" drive location.
