  • Headshot pictures in iPod contacts list

I noticed that in the contacts section of the Extras menu there are what appear to be demo pictures in the upper lefthand corner of the screen next to the name of the contact, so is it possible to put individual pictures of your contacts in their corresponding page?
HP Pavilion zv6000   Windows XP Pro

That was a good link, but it didnt tell me how to get
the pictures onto the contacts. Since I already know
how to sync contacts, do you know how to put the
pictures on them? (do I have to first add pictures to
    the photo section or something?)
You add them to the Contacts in your PC/Mac's Address Book (Outlook), then they sync over automatically via iTunes. You'll need to consult your Address Book's instructions to determine. It's fairly simple in both Mac and PC Outlook, but I can't tell you how for Outlook off the top of my head, I don't have it anymore and it's been too long.

  • How do I export a picture from my contact list on my iPod touch?

I took a picture of a friend with my iPod's camera to put next to her information in my "Contacts book" on my iPod Touch.  I then deleted the picture.  She now wants a copy of that picture, and it seems the only place it is stored is in my "contacts."  Any way I can export it via email or directly through a USB port to an email, photo program, to her desktop, anything?  Thanks!

Did this have to do with adding a contact list to your Skype contacts list, and sending those who were not currently Skype accountholders a contact invitation?
If you wish to not view contact pictures on your Contact list, in the Win7 PC version of Skype, click on Tools -> Options -> General -> un-check Show Profile Pictures on Contact List -> Save.
    Best regards,

  • HT2486 Managing contact list pictures

How can I change a picture to an entire group of people in my contact list not doing it one-by-one?
I have people listed by organization, and inserted a logo saved image. If company logo changes, then I have to go trough each one changing the picture, which is not what I wanted to do.
    Any one has an option?

I believe its the person who had this phone number before me. My friends that have Iphones and have there contacts linked from facebook my picture shows up as another persons. How can they fix that?

    Stoed,
Let's get to the bottom of this iCloud backup issue. Have you ever had your Facebook contacts synced to your contact list? Did this issue begin after a software updage or downloading of an application? If you go to Settings>Facebook does it show you signed into your Facebook account there?

  • How can I create a filter from a contact list?

I have a lot of classes that I teach. I have created an email contact list for all of my individual classes, which I would like to create a single fitler for each of these list, in order to put them into a corresponding folder. It would save me a lot of drag and drop and checking, in which class my student is to create a filter for that student. I have ten classes with about 25 students each... So that would save me a huge amount of time!
    cheers and regards

Perhaps a filter that looks like the one in this picture would work.

  • Why does my contact list not print properly?

I have printed out a contact list for an album of pictures, but it doesn't print them in the order I have selected to view them, i.e. by title alphabetically.  Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can do this? They appear to be in no order at all.

    Try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
         User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder (Snow Leopard and Earlier).
or with Lion, Mt. Lion or Mavericks delete the contents the User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto/
    Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.
3 - reboot, launch iPhoto, verify the sort in the album and try again.
NOTE: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Home/Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and press the Return key - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.
If you're running Mavericks, 10.9,  go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:
where you can check the Show Library Folder checkbox.

  • Overnight my contact list went from 1492 contacts to 52.. With help from Apple support I retrieved all of my contacts.  Here is the problem, I lost the groups.  None of my contacts are sorted into groups as they used to be which is very important for me.

Overnight my contact list went from 1492 to 52.  With help from Apple I retrieved the missing contacts using Time Machine.  The problems is that the contacts are not in groups as they used to be.  Any suggestions?  I really need them grouped for business reasons.
Also, there are no longer pictures associated with each contact.
thanks for any help anyone can give me getting contacts back into the groups that I had established.  By the way, the group names are still there, but they are all empty.
    thanks,
    Sparky

  • How can I get pictures for my contacts to appear? (Specifically in Messaging applications)

Let me preface this by saying I have NOT gone through and added personal photos to contacts yet. What I presently am trying to do is simply sync my social media contacts (specifically Facebook) to the names/numbers that are in my contacts list and then after I'll go in and add individual pictures on an as necessary basis.  Currently when I go Contacts > Preferences > Accounts   I do in fact have Facebook as an account included. However only a portion of my contacts pictures are showing up. I've checked to verify that folks have their phone numbers listed on Facebook, which please correct me if I am wrong is necessary in order for the pictures to sync.  Is there something that I need to do in order to resolve this and get a majority of my contacts photos back?  Thank you to anyone who has the opportunity to assist me to potentially resolve this!

  • When, in the Google contacts tab, I assign a picture to a contact, the picture is gone upon reloading. Why?

The picture remains visible in Google Contacts in my browser, and the picture appears (and remains) in my Google-linked contacts lists on my cell phone and tablet. The picture disappears only in Thunderbird, after exiting it and then reloading it in a new session. Any idea how come? (I'm using the latest, updated Thunderbird - 31.5.0).

I noticed this a while back and thought it'd make a good LabVIEW Idea; being able to place objects underneath wires. Block Diagrams could look really fancy that way...
However, unless I'm missing something, I think it's something fundamental in the way wires are drawn within LabVIEW. When you place wires on a Block Diagram, I'd imagine that internally they're drawn before any other component, irrespective of the order in which they're placed. I think the reason it's done this way is because it's the most straight forward way of ensuring that wires would never show up on top of any diagram elements; i.e. never seeing the starting position of a wire on top of the VI that it's wired to.
It's cool that you noticed that you don't see this behaviour within Sequence Structures, that's something I never noticed and I did play around with this for some time. I just assumed that the method of drawing wires would be ubiquitous between both the Block Diagram and Structures...
It seems to me like there's a different operation of implementing drawing order within Sequence Structures (or maybe even all Structures?) than that which the Block Diagram uses.
Hopefully in a future version of LabVIEW they'll make it so that the Block Diagram inherits the same drawing mechanism that your Sequence Structure has. It's way cooler that way!
