pictures won't load on my facebook app (up to date version, iphone 5, ios 7)
after force-close the facebook app, the pictures will load, but after a few mins, the loading stucked. i tried to re-install the facebook, butcan't solve.

Facebook requires the latest version of Safari which is 5.0.4. Make certain your software is up to date just in case.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari / About Safari. If the version number is not 5.0.4, click your Apple menu (top left in the menu bar) then click Software Update.
If you have 5.0.4 installed, from the menu bar click Safari / Preferences - then select the Extensions tab. If you have any installed, turn that off, then restart Safari, try Facebook.
And again in Safari / Preferences select the Security tab. Make sure the box next to: Java is selected. Then click: Show Cookies. Delete all Facebook cookies. Restart Safari, try Facebook.

I have an intermittent problem where internet pictures won't load. This seems to happen mostly on social networking or picture intensive sites. I've particularly had trouble with myspace, livejournal, facebook, flickr, okcupid, etc., but it is not limited to those sites. Sometimes pics won't load in Safari but will load in firefox. Sometimes the other way around. Sometimes neither of those browsers will work, and neither will opera, explorer, etc. It doesn't seem to matter whether I'm connected by airport or ethernet. I Know it is not my internet connection because I have a PC on the same network that never has this problem. When I travel with my macbook, the problem comes with me.
I am currently running 10.5.2 on a 2 GHZ macbook. Previously, I had this exact same problem on a 550 MHZ Titanium Powerbook G4 running 10.4. I used to think it was just my old slow computer, but when I upgraded computers I transferred all my files and settings with the migration assistant, and the problem seems to have followed.
Things I have tried:
1. Making a new user account. I added a new account but did not delete my old one or do a clean install. This did not work.
2. Using a new DNS server. No dice.
Any suggestions?

Is the iPhone using your Mac to connect?
See if the Mac has any Proxies set...
10.5/10.6 instructions, System Preferences>choose interface>Advanced>Proxies Tab, make sure none are set, like for HTTPS.

Sometimes I go to a website and pictures won't load. Works on my Mac though, so I know it isn't the web sites. I am missing something as far as a java update or something?

I have a Windows 7, 32 bit. I like to use Google Chrome. I have one game that won't load. I have went through all the troubleshooting steps. I noticed that the settings won't save the "use unlimited" setting. I have changed it several times and everytime I go back its back on 0. Help please.

Besides posting over on Google's forums, you might also want to try closing your browsers and deleting the following folder:

Yesterday it stopped working and after all my attempts it refuses to load facebook on safari and the app won't work

Reboot your router by powering it off for 30 seconds then power it back on. After the router has completed it's startup and indicates a connection to the internet reset your ipad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Facebook no longer works correctly on my iPad. If a post has a video attached, safari automatically brings up the video. I have deleted the app facebook and re-added. Still having the issue.

It appears to be a bug with (I assume) Facebook's servers - other people are having the same problem, me included, with the app switching into YouTube in Safari and showing the last video that was posted on the wall. Until Facebook (if it is their bug) fix it, then there is not much that you can do, apart from possibly accessing Facebook via Safari on your iPad and/or on your computer instead. The problem has also been reported on Facebook's help site as well - it may be related to their new 'timeline' feature or the new iPad that they are rumoured to be announcing soon

Why are my FB games loading or only partially loading? I am using Flash Player 11.9.9 on Windows XP 32-bit operating system with Mozilla Firefox browser. My flash player information shows plug-in installed but Acitve X not installed. Is this correct for this version? Google mail, calendar and contacts won't load but salesforce, facebook will - Help

When I hit mail, calendar or contacts words begin flashing so fast you can hardly read them...loading, google, mail etc. in the space to type in a web address. On the screen itself, the word loading flashes on and off, On the tab there is the same very rapid cycling of words, loading, google etc.
Other on line applications seem fine like salesforce, facebook etc.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Firefox to no avail. I can get to my mail through Safari but not through Firefox.

Never mind... It was indeed something simple that I missed (my icloud account was attached to an apple ID I didn't even know existed -- created for me?? ... fixed it - settings, icloud, sign out, signed back in as my actual apple ID).

Text pictures won't load after download

I am not sure if you have tried this, but have you tried quitting the app out completely. You can do that by double pressing the Home button to bring up multitasking and then swipe up on Messages. After that open it up to see if the image came in

Pictures won't load on certain sites?

Hi,
I have Safari 4. For some odd reason, the pictures on the Apple homepage and other various pages will not load. I just get a bunch of text in what looks like an outline. Even more odd, in the support pages all the photos load perfectly (for example, the top bar with the apple, Store, Mac, and iPod + iTunes links is visible now. If I try to go to the Apple homepage, however, the pictures of the new 3GS do not load and everything is not where it's supposed to be. I even tried downloading Firefox to see if that would help but it did nothing. I have tried clearing the cache and all that jazz that I see on here but nothing is working and it's extremely frustrating. I just want to be able to see the Apple web pages the way they're meant to be seen.
I do not have this problem on any other site.

I think the coding may be a bit off though, as I just viewed the Apple homepage in Firefox on a Windows machine, and although I can see all the images, the text isn't aligned properly with them.

Apps won't load after all the apps got updated, why?

Hi all,
I have recently updated most of my apps on my ipod touch (2nd gen) and realized none of the apps would work, I was wondering what the problem might be?
I went to an apple store and showed it to one of the guy and he said I should just restore my ipod, but that means I will simply restore everything to the factory setting.
I was thinking if it's because my software version is currently on 2.2.1 and I will need to pay $5.99 AUD for an ipod touch software update to v3.1 software for the apps to work?

did you reset the ipod by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple logo comes up again after the app updates?
Did you check the apps in the store about the system requirements? Some do need 3.0 or above to work correctly. Or see the developers page for more details.

I'm sorry if I'm repeating a previous topic, I couldn't find it anywhere else.
I was going back in my texts and noticed that pictures other people have sent me are not showing up. There's the usual blue arrow but when I tap on it all I get is a black screen. Is there any way to recover these photos or are they gone?

I have got the same issue with an iPhone 3GS iOS 4.3. I am not sure but I think this problem happened with the iOS 4.2 update and the last one did not solve it.
