PIM does not connect to ACD (Does not active - stays idle)
Situation: PIM does not activate. Center took a power hit - PG took a hit and had mother board replaced. After that the PIM attempts to connect but is continuously disconnedted:
SPECS: PG (ver 6.0) running on a windows 2000 box
CRT cable has been replaced
motherboard replaced 2x - confirmed com port is working
SPECTRUM tech was able to use crt cable and login with our credentials
ilo/cli confirmed disabled in bios
have changed the user id/pwd on both acd and pg (via regedit)
able to ping and trace to the ACD
netstat has several TIMEWAITs
have worked with cisco tech since 1/19/2011 to resolve. Am waiting for an escalation at this point

UCCE SIP Dialer not active and PIM neither

We have UCCE 8.5(4) installed.
We have configured and installed aSIP dialer. The issue is that the SIP dialer is not working and the PIM is not active.
From the Dialer process output I can see the following after enabeling the EMSDisplayToScreen :

For the Dialer process, I can see that the dialer cannot connect the CTI Server on the port 44027, but the CTISVR is active and working fine (CTIOS also).
For the PIM process, I can see that it couldn't connect to the dialer on the port 38003, but the configuration is correct.

Step 10
On the last Outbound Option Dialer Properties dialog box , specify the following information:
Outbound Option server: The host name or IP address of the Outbound Option server. This server is typically the same machine where the Outbound Option Campaign Manager is located.
CTI server A: The host name or IP Address of the machine that has side A of CTI server installed.
CTI server port A: The port number the dialer uses to interface with CTI server side A. The default is 42027.
CTI server B: For duplexed installations, the host name or IP Address of the machine that has side A of CTI server installed.
CTI server port B: For duplexed installations, the port number the dialer uses to interface with CTI server side B. The default is 43027.
Heart beat: How often the dialer checks its connection to the CTI server, in milliseconds. The default value of 500 is acceptable.
Media routing port: The port number the dialer uses to interface with the Media Routing PIM on the Media Routing PG. The default is 3800 to 3801.
Call Manager TFTP server: The host name or IP address of the CallManager TFTP server. This server is the same machine used for the CallManager publisher.
Could you please crosscheck the CTI ports being used\pointed here in your setup.

My Apple ID was disabled. I reseted it successfully. Afterwards, when I am trying to update the pending apps in App Store on my phone, in order to sign in to iTunes Store I am requested to enter a password to the wrong Apple ID which definitely does not belong to me ('[email protected]'). Of course, I don't know this password and, consequently, I can't connect to Itunes Store on my Iphone. As a result my Viber and Facetime are not active in the meanwhile. What should I do? Was it new or second hand?
You have to sign out then sign in with the correct Apple ID and password.

i restore my US version iphone 5s by connecting itunes after restore it shows hello and select country, and activation, but it does not activating why? is it work in china ?
If the iPhone is locked to a US carrier, you cannot use the SIM card of another carrier on it to either activate it or use the iPhone.
If you want to use your iPhone with China unicom, you need to get it unlocked by your US carrier. Contact them to see what their unlocking policy is and if you qualify. -
while creating SAP ISU Device category EG01 .i got one error message like The material 5 does not exist or is not activated Message no. M3305
I don't know EG01 transaction, but if SAP says "material 5 does not exist " then SAP is usually right.

Hi all,
I'm using .Net connector to execute BAPI from my program and I'm able to login but always get the same message when I try to execute the material transfer: <b>Material xxx does not exist or is not activated</b>.
I'm not sure it has anything to do with the permission of my account because this is the first time our SAP admin create a "Communication" type user and we really don't know what kind of permission is good enough for BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE. Plus the error message does not show any thing about permission.... And same message returned if I use the dialog user.
If I use transaction MB1B to do the transfer (with the same material) then things are ok.
Any ideas are appreciated,

Eric NguyenThe only thing I can think of is that when calling from .net, you are passing the material number without its internal format. The material number field in R/3 is an 18 character field. If the material number is numeric, the materail number is then padded with zeros on the left. Example, for material 12345, the internal format is 000000000000012345. If the BAPI in question is not fomatting the material internally in the BAPI, then it must be passed this way. CHeck how you are passing, if it is numeric and not zero filled left, then you must write some .net code to do so.

What does 'Bridge's parent application is not active" mean?
I just installed Adobe CS5 design premium and I am trying to open Camera RAW files in Bridge in Camera RAW, but it keeps giving me an error saying, "Bridge's parent application is not active. Bridge requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature." What does this mean? What am I supposed to do in order to use this feature of Bridge? Thanks for helping me.
This has been a problem for some. Try opening Bridge from Photoshop or another application, rather than from the Bridge icon.

What happened?
The following syntax error occurred in the program SAPL089C :
"The Dictionary structure or table "*C865" is either not active or does not exist."
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "SAPLSVIM" had to be terminated because one of the
statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
Error analysis

In the meantime, I would like to confirm if there is something related to SAP Note # SAP Note 72121. Refer the following details from the note.
Symptom
When you maintain account determination (FI or SD), you get the error
message:
The DDIC structure or table "*C400" is not active or does not exist.
OR
The system writes a dump with DBIF_NTAB_TABLE_NOT_FOUND, C400 was not
found.
C401 can also appear instead of C400.
Additional key words
Tables C400, C401.
Program: SAPL089C, L089CT00
Transaction: VKOA
Solution as per the note
1. Execute the program RV12A002. On the selection screen, enter Usage C,
Tables 400 to 401.
WARNING: Make sure that you only delete C400 and C401!
Execute the program.
2. Execute program RV12A001. On the selection screen, enter Usage C and
mark 'Reports & Screens'.
Can there be sometihing similar to this for C865 table as well. Just a thought. -

I am using SAP ECC6. When I go through MM03 for certain material code, it gives the error: The material code does not exist or is not activated.
But this code exists in MARA. There seems to be no problem in the fields of MARA.
Where the problem can be?

Amitdo you know when and how the material was created?
Maybe the material is stored with a key that does not anymore fit to the customizing.
In SE16 in menu Settings > user parameter check if you have a flag in field conversion exit., if yes, then remove it and display this material along with other materials that you can access with MM03 in one list.
Check if the material number is different from the others (e.g. with or without leading zeros) -

If running report RKEAGENV will cause another error concerning operating concern E_B1 please copy the report ZJBREOFC from the correction in-

If after applying note 872175 you receive a new short dump, please
execute report RKEAGENF to eliminate the error so that the program
RKEAGENV could then be executed without error and thus the characteris-
tic maintenance should work again.

You have 30 days from when you download it, but when you then start watching it you have 48 hours (24 if your account is US based) to finish watching it before it expires.
