Plan / Actual Comparison Report - S_PL0_86000029 is not showing one month

Gurus,
The TCode, S_PL0_86000029 when being run for just one month, e.g. August (08.2008), it shows the figures for the whole year.
Being the first year on SAP; the month this went GO-LIVE was October.
Data before that since 01.01.2008 till 30.09.2008 was uploaded.
How do we just break it down to one month?
This is quite important.
Thanks.

Hi Rau,
Could you please me How to Upload the GL or Open Item Balances on Month to Month Basis? for this we still use FB01 for Initial Upload?
My Client is giving the balance for last year Monthly with daily Transactions with past Posting dates obviously,do I need to Upload with same Posting dates or with Current Posting date?
For reporting Purpose My Client would like to see Monthly Balances of Open items for Initial Upload,"is this same as Month to Month Upload you advised above"?
What is the Difference b/w Month to Month ORr Just one Amount as total balance uploaded to SAP? which is Best Practice before Initial Upload?
Thank you ,
Paarthaa...

  • S_PL0_86000029 - Financial Statement: Plan/Actual Comparison

    Dear Sir,
We are using ECC 6.0 NewGL split functionality in FI. We are using Fiscal Year Variant V3.
I have done Cost Centre planning for the period "8 i.e. for the month
of November" at Version 1 and this is properly getting updated at the
    Profit Centre level.
I have not done the planning for the period "9 i.e. for the month of
    December" till now.
But when I execute the report- S_PL0_86000029 - Financial Statement:
    Plan/Actual Comparison  for the period 9 to 9 i. e. December, the
system is giving the Cummulative amount of planning till the month of
November (period 1 to 8) as Planned amount for the period 9 even if I
give period 9 to 9 in the selection criteria.
Basically this report should not show me any planned value in planned
column for the 9th period as I have not done any planning for the 9th
    month till now.
Please confirm whether this report (S_PL0_86000029 - Financial
Statement: Plan/Actual Comparison ) is cummulative report, even if we
select a particular period in the selection criteria? If this report is
of cummulative nature is there any other report through which we can
see the planned amount of a particular profit centre for a particular
    period.
Plz help ...........we need this report very urgently.

  • Financial Statement: Plan/Actual Comparison (EhP3)

    Hi,
I need to use the report Financial Statement: Plan/Actual Comparison (0FIGL_M30_Q0002).As i check in SAP Help, shows the report for this data source (0FI_GL_50) which is not availabe in ECC6.HELP.SAP shows the data for this report is extracted from 'FAGLFLEXP' table. To extract this data source SAP ask to implement package3.I would like to know how to extract data from the table without upgrading package3 or any other ways to implement this report.please specify the steps how to get the data source into BW.
    Tq.

    Hi
these reports are available in BW from EhP3 onwards... You need to implement the EhP3 package and you get lot many good reports in Finance....
When there is a std solution from SAP, I wont recommend to do any other development in this regard

  • S_ALR_87013340-PRCtr Group:plan/Actual Caomparison Report performance issue

I'm trying to get the "actual line item" details from the S_ALR_87013340-PRCtr Group:plan/Actual Caomparison Report and I get a
ABAP run time error. I tried to running for just one month and on several accts. please help to me. how to get the report.
or how to improve the performance of this program.
    Thanks in Advance

    hi,
first we need to know what part of the code is taking time. Do run time analysis using SE30 transaction to know what part of coding is taking more time. use can ST12 transaction to get more detailed analysis.
Since this is standard SAP report also check any OSS note exist for the performance problem.

  • Request Got Deleted From 0PP_C01(Planned/Actual Comparison Order/Material)

    Hi experts,
I am a newbie in the BW area.
We have 0PP_C01(Planned/Actual Comparison Order/Material View) , 0PP_C03(Plan/Actual Comparison Operation/Work Center View) and 0PP_C05(Plan/Actual Comparison Material Consumption) activated in our production system.
Few days before one data error happened during data load and accidentially, that particular request got deleted from the system.
When we tried to load data again, it is not allowing since the request is missing and the update mode is delta update.
Can any one guide me to retrieve the data back to the system??
    Thanks alot in advance
    Shobin

    Hi,
You can try using PSA if that request it's still there.
Otherwise, you will need to regenerate that request in source system (by filling setup tables with parameters) and update BW with a full load.
    Hope this helps.

    Diego

  • Plan, Actual & Commitment Report in Multiple Currency

    Dear SAP gurs,
Is there any report where I can see Plan, Actual & Commitments in Multiple currency (see below format). In standard SLAR reports, values are displayed in one currency at a time either I can see in INR or USD.
Here each WBS is planed in USD as well as in INR. If PO is raised in USD, then actual value should be shown against planning done in USD.
    WBS Elem     Plan          Actual          Commitment
USD     INR     USD     INR     USD     INR
    WBS1.1     3000$     1000INR     500$               500INR
    WBS2.2          50000INR          10000INR          300INR
    Thanks,
    Venkat

    Dear Venkat
Each of the views in the hierarchy reports (such as 12KST1C) can
only contain values for one currency at a time (because totals for
multiple currencies would not make sense).
Since only one currency can be displayed at a time, the Trans.currency view is not meant to show values in multiple currencies; rather, the Trans.currency view only provides a reference to the user of the currency involved in the Plan and
Actual postings. For example, if the actual postings had been in
    mixed currencies like:
Doc. date  Cost elem.    Value COCurr  CO.Cr      Value TranCurr  TCrcy
       01-07-2007 911010000                 800   XXX                        1700  YYY
       01-07-2007 911010000              3,000   XXX                        3,000  XXX
Then the Trans.currency view would have contained:
    Trans.currency         Plan             Actual
      YYY                            0             800
      XXX                         3,700           3,000
      Result                     3,700           3,800
You can always switch between currencies in the report Settings ->
Currency, but only one will be displayed at once.
I hope this explanation helps you to understand the standard system
    behaviour.
    Regards
    Martina

  • Report parameter does not show up in rtf template

    Hi all
I was able to produce an rtf file based on the XML bellow. I could create the header with the customer name and the invoice list with the totals. However, I already tried by any means to insert the AS_OF_DATE parameter in the rtf template but it never appears. Do I have to put it between a <?for-each?> <?end for-each?>. This must be a simple question but I’m very new to this.
Thanks in advance for any help.

  • Crystal Report Lines / Boxes not show in Excel

In Crystal Report 2008, I created a report with lines and boxes inserted. I then imported into SAP B1 8.8. The report looks fine in crystal report viewer with all the correct formatting. I exported the report as Ms Excel (with formatting).
After exported to Excel, the report looks fine for the most part but all the lines and boxes are not showing at all. I went back to CR designer and tried to mofify the format of the lines / boxes but they still not showing in Excel. is there any way to fix the display of those boxes and lines?

    Hi,
Format like lines/Boxes cannot be exported. If you want the exact layout, print to PDF file may be your only option.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

  • Crystal Reports Field Explorer not showing

    Hi,
I am using Visual Studio 2003 with the bundled version of Crystal Reports.  It has always worked fine until recently the Field Explorer tool bar does not show up anymore when I open a Crystal Report for development.  I have uninstalled the entire Visual Studio and reinstalled the Visual Studio but it still will not show the Crystal Reports Field Explorer.  However, if I install the Visual Studio on a completely different computer it works fine.  Anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem on my main computer?  Could it be a setting somewhere in the Visual Studio?  I cannot find any information on this problem.
    Thanks,
    Razzle

Ok, I figured out what the problem was.  It was something wrong in my Windows profile.  So I deleted my Windows profile and created a new one and it is working now.

  • How do I report a video not showing correctly?

I tried to find a Contact Us to "Report an issue" but ended up chasing my tail.
This video is not showing correctly in the frameset during preview.
    http://itunes.apple.com/us/music-video/medley-surfer-girl-wouldnt/id504074645
at least ... not for when whenever I tried to watch it.

Most every product Mozilla has is from say a mozilla.org site link.
    https://mozillalabs.com/en-US/projects/
    https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/
The only real video related thing Mozilla has is https://wiki.mozilla.org/Shumway and more info at http://mozilla.github.io/shumway/
The site you downloaded this NewVideoPlayerSetup.exe from was a scam as it uses the inexperience of users and popularity of Mozilla and the Firefox browser to trick people into installing stuff like this.
Next time if you are uncertain you should ask as somebody will then tell you if it is legitimate or not for example.

  • Calendar in ios7 on ipad not showing correct month.

After updating to ios 7 on my iPad with Retina the calendar app will not show the correct month in the future. If I scroll back in time the months will change correctly. ie: The name of the month at the top and the dates will change correctly. If I scroll forward in time the name of the month at the top will be off by
one month.ie: If I scroll forward to December, November stays at the top (see attached photo). If I scroll to January, December show up below. I just updated to ios7.04 and it is still doing it.
I've tried unselecting calendar events to show so that it's a blank calendar and that did not help.
Any way I could fix this?
    Thanks.

No, the appointments will not "get messed up". If you leave time zone support off the calendar will stay exactly as it was at home. If you turn on time zone support for the new time zone you're in ( or other country ) the appointment times will change or convert to times and days in that zone or country. When you turn off time zone support after returning home it'll all convert back to that time zone.
Example. You have an appointment (10am Thursday) with Joe in your hometown in Chicago. On Tuesday you fly to Tel Aviv and switch Time Zone Support on for Tel Aviv. The calendar will show the upcoming appointment with the newly converted time and date in the calendar. At that new time and date of the appointment it'll be 10am Thursday back home.
