Plan cost is not appearing in claim

Hi All,
after creating one extra WBS and creating claim against that of Rs1000 , i am not able to see the plan cost of that particular amount against that WBS in s_alr_87013542 report.
Can u suggest ny soln for that.

Please check following seettings for your order.
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Basic Settings -> Settings for Display of Costs -> Maintain Value Categories
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Orders -> Functions and Setting for Order Types -> Costing Data for Maintenance and Service Orders -> Assign Costing Parameters and Results Analysis Keys
Check whether in OIOF Costing Variant is assigned to your order type
Also check that correct Activity Type is assigned on ur order or not.
Please check and revert.

CJ40 plan cost values not appearing in KKA2 screen

HI Controllers,
I am configuring for Result analysis (POC). Here I need to plan for the WBS element, based on this I will calculate RA POC values.
Here my problem is I can see the values from Revenue planning (CJ42) but i can not see the values from CJ40 (Cost planning) to KKA2 screen.Pls help me how can i see the CJ40 values also in KKA2 result screen.

Hi,
In order to make the planned cost available in KKA2 for Result analysis run maintain Cost element planning by
CJR2 - Planning -> Costs in WBS -> Cost and Activity Inputs -> Change Here you need to maintain a Cost element from Cost and Revenue , In initial screen select Cost element 1 to 9999999999999 and execute it will take you to Cost element where you can plan the Cost and Revenue which will update the KKA2 .
Please try above and let me know the result.

In make to order cycle semifinished costs are not appearing in itemisation

Hi
We are facing a problem in Make to order. When a production order is created with respect to a sales order, semifinished costs are not appearing in Itemisation or cost component structure of Production order.
In other cases like make to stock and planning with final assembly costs are appearing. we are checking costs at CO02 - goto menu- costs - itemization.
Please provide us solution for this problem.

Please check 'Cost component Structure' Attribute details data for the semifinished component.
In that chek for 'Rollup cost' and also check for 'Filter Criteria for cost component views on Itemization' properly.

List of planning applications does not appear

Hello,
in EAS i create New Rule -> in Rule Editor displays in right pane -> i click on Select outline -> The Select Database Outline dialog box displays -> when i click on +planning -> nothing is displayed: the list of my planning applications does not appear !!
is this normal?
N.B : i use hyperion planning V11.1.1.3

Did you log into the planning application first before logging into EAS, if the planning application service was recently restarted and there have been no logins to the applications then they won't appear.
As a test log out of EAS, log into one of the planning applications, log into EAS
Also be sure that the planning applications have been created to use Business Rules and not Calculation Manager if you want to use EAS.

Cost elements not appearing in report

Hi,
We have reports done in report painter. we use cost element group to retrieve the amounts posted to that group.
I added 2 more accounts to the cost element group and saved.
but it is not appearing when I run the reports which shows cost element wise amounst for teh period.

But GR53 gives me Library and report group.
when i go to GRR2, gives the library I see in GR53, and search report group in list of values ,
I am not able to see the report group as above.
When I manually type in it says
Report Y511 does not exist
Message no. KH 502
Diagnosis
You tried to change a row/column structure which does not exist.
Procedure
Choose an existing row/column structure or creating a new one using
    'Row/column structure' -> 'Create'.

Project Plan cost report - not showing any output.

Dear Experts,
I have created several projects and done the planning. I have used work centers and activity types for manpower cost planning. Also created some PRs against the project.
When I goto the network activities and select the line item in the menu path Edit - costs - Planned/Actual - cost planned /actual
It shows me the planned cost of the activity correctly.
But when I am running the report CJI4, it shows nothing. The report is not at all executing.
I dont understand why it's \not showing.
I have checked the control key PS01 for the cost field is enabled (tick available on the cost friled)
Can any one please help me??

1) Please check that the WBS element is integrated in plan, and the plan integration is fully activated in the project.
2) Plan line items are only written in certain cases.
The following rules are valid:
1. Plan line items can be written in
a) structure-oriented cost planning CJ40 (total values, annual values),
b) cost planning on orders KO12,
c) unit costing independent of cost elements,
d) structure-oriented revenue planning CJ42 (total values, annual values)
e) structure-oriented financial budgeting CJ48 (total values, annual values, period values)
f) primary cost planning,
g) activity planning,
h) revenue element planning.
2. Plan line items are never written in
a) Unit costing on cost element level
b) Network costing
3. Line items are only written if a user status permits the business transaction 'Write plan line items' explicitly.
Exception:
For plan-integrated WBS elements and orders, line items are written in cost-element oriented planning if integrated corporate planning is activated in the fiscal-year parameters of the respective plan version, regardless of the user status.
4. Plan line items for structure-oriented planning can only be displayed in the respective planning transaction under menu option "Extras-->Line items".

However, how can the user cancel the plan if the Cancel link does not appear in the membership details screen?

Planning application is not appearing in workspace

i have created application in hyperion planning from Appwizard,
when i trying to open application from workspace am not able to see hyperion planning path to open Application.
am not understand how to solve prb i try to redeploy in configurator but it is asking for new port number which is not used
can any one help me in sloving this issue.
but in shared service application is appearing.

Depending on version you may not be using the default cluster/instance or it may not be active Re: Not able to see planning applications in the drop down list in 11.1.3
If it is not that that then the foundation web server may need configuring again.

Freight Cost does not appear on the Invoice

Hi,
The user is creating two invoices. One is for the Customer (Commercial Invoice) and another one for the Customs declaration. The total value of these two invoices are not same as the commercial invoice is considering another condition type "ZFAF" for the freight cost along with the condition type "ZICB" for the price wheras the customs invoice has got only "ZICB".
Now, the user wants that the cost of freight should appear on the invoice in the second line as a freight cost.
Please guide me how can the valu of the condition type of Freight is to be brought on the Invoice as a separate line showing as Freight Cost.

Cost center not appearing for G/L (Balance account) while posting

I have created symbolic account 1300, accrued leave pay with account assign type as F.
I hvae assigned the relevant G/L to this symbolic account under 'assign balance sheet accounts'
However while posting, the relevant cost center assignment is not captured next to the G/L account.
The cost center is correctly maintained in IT0001 and is displayed for the other expense accounts. But is missing for all balance G/L accounts.

Default cost center not appearing for certain users

Hi Gurus,
We are on SRM 4.0 classic scenario.
For certain users when they create SC in SRM the default cost center is not automatically taken into account even if they change it to it. The default cost center was changed for these users and some of them still refer to the old cost center no. which was maintained for them.
The users are not defective and the except the cost center all other attributes work fine. I have tested by deleting & recreating new BP no. for the users but it still doesnt help. Please advise.

Cost center not appearing while settling to GL Account using AIAB

Hi
There is one AuC 100000019. There are two values: Rs.10000 and Rs.145500
Now i want to settle it to GL account using AIAB.
In AIAB under Category field, i gave GL (i.e. GL account as Category). Then i mentioned GL Account as settlement receiver. Then i double clicked on the settlement rule line and specified cost center (same as assets)
While settling using TCOde AIBU, it gave error, and asked for CO object. I do not know why its not picking cost center even though i specifically gave the cost center.
Please let me know what can be done

What was the resolution here? I know the implementing Note 744194 does not fix this issue. I am thinking 2 possible scenarios:
1. If the cost center for AuC settlement to GL is going to be the same each time, then a GL account can be specifically setup for the purpose of this settlement and the Cost Center can be defaulted via OKB9.
2. If the Cost Center differs, then as you mentioned: It cannot be defaulted.
I am encountering the same issue, please share anything that you can.

Internal Order Plan Line Items not appearing in KOBP

Hi,
I have entered internal order plan using transaction KPF6. I can then see it in reports like S_ALR_87012993, S_ALR_87012996, etc. In these reports, when I double-click on an item, it opens up another window which enables us to select order actual line items, order plan line items, etc. Once I click on order plan line items, system automatically takes me to transaction KOBP and displays the line item.
What is surprising is, instead of going thru all the above, if I directly execute transaction code KOBP, I do not see the plan line item. I have seen a similar issue in another forum (link hereunder) and apparently the issue there was with planner profile. In my case, I am sure I have entered plan and trying to retrieve the line item (using KOBP) with the same planner profile.
Internal orders - Plan Line items are not uploading into SAP!!
I have also checked that the authorization group assigned to the planner profile is blank and that is the authorization group my user ID is assigned to.
Any thoughts!

Double click in the row against the WBS on actual column element where you expect to see you actual cost.

Cost Center not appearing in Hierarchy

I am sending an IDoc from an external system into ERP to create new cost centers. The IDoc comes in successfully and creates the cost center and I can see that it was correctly assigned to the cost center area if I look at the record in KS03. However, when I look at the cost center hierarchy it does not show that the cost center has been assigned to the correct node.
Any clue why this may be happening?

When sending cost center data with COSMAS01 this will include the hierarchy node in the cost center master data (separate field in cost center table CSKS). So only the information of the cost center node is transported. However, COSMAS does not include the hierarchy itself.
This is a separate IDoc type, namely COGRP1 which is not transported with IDoc type COSMAS01.
Nevertheless, the hierarchy can then be rebuilt in the target system by running RKCORRH1. This report will read the cost center´s master data and insert this cost center into the specified node of the standard hierarchy.
This is actually a regular procedure - if you do not want to run the report you may also need to send the hierarchy with IDoc type COGRP1 separately.
