Plan updation of FAGLFLTXT

Question

Dear Extperts,
Though there are many issues with respect to Plan updation of FAGLFLTXT, but i didn't find a correct solution:
I switched on the "Integrated Planning" under Controlling Area settings
Switched ON Online Transfer and Line items under Profit Center Accounting
I  Assigned  Scenarios and Customer Fields to Ledgers:
Scenarios :  FIN_CCA, FIN_PCA, FIN_GSBER, FIN_SEGM
Issue :
Plan values KP06 updated in COSP table Field is RKP1 and same values I found in FAGLFLTXT.
But I found the values for only one company code, I didn't find vales for other company codes with in the same controlling Area though I can found the values in COSP.
Why FAGLFLTXT. is updating plan vales for few company codes.

Hi Steve,
Well here i meant was Meta Data Store on WLS. Actually our project is a combination of 11g + AIA3.0 . And before updating to mds we are first checking out the data from mds and then again cheking in the MDS. So there we want some filter that only those directories which are complaint to certain directory structure ( or we can say certain rules) can only be updated to MDS.
Well what i did was..i prepared a shell script and apply all those filters in that and before updating the MDS i will run that script and move the data at run time which i want to update to MDS (based on the rules) in to a different place and then from there update MDS will start.
