Planet 3 Content not working on unbranded N82

Hi, I have moved to 3 network and my N82 is unlocked but i am unable to browse their Planet 3 content etc. I can see my account page to check my balance but if i go any further than this the browner hangs loading any page.
I understand that this is down to certificates.
Can i not just copy the required cetificates onto my non 3 branded N82. I have no idea which certificates i need, how to copy them , where to or if this would in fact work?
Or could i add a 3rd party browser than emulates a 3 supported phone?

It's often a problem related to the firmware. Sometimes the mobile sites of operators require specific protocols that are only implemented in their branded firmware versions. In other words, for it to work you need to get your handset from 3.

  • 'Content not working' problem on BBC and elsewhere

Wonder if any kind and expert people could help here?
System: Lenovo laptop, Win XP SP3 32bit, all updates installed. Main browser Firefox with add-ons including Adblock and Ghostery. Broadband via TalkTalk (after they bought up the original ISP I signed up for!) via a BT Business Hub router, usually connecting wirelessly. Comodo firewall installed, no other 'security' stuff running..
Problems: started around 7/8/9ish Jan 2013 after working fine for ages. Not sure what triggered it - there were Windows, Acrobat and possibly a few other automatic updates going in around then, maybe also FireFox going to 18.
Problem is with on demand video:
BBC iPlayer - any show - spins for a bit then comes up "this content doesn't seem to be working"
    Error code - EMP v.3.0.0.r617463_618125_4  Playlist URL : http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/playlist/p012msym/ Error code :
    CDNRedundancyManagerError [0] : null
BBC news website clips - any - spins for a bit then comes up "this content doesn't seem to be working"
Error code  - same as iPlayer
BBC radio player - says 'loading' for a bit then does nothing.
ITVplayer - plays an ad then 'resume' button comes up but it won't play, 'resume' just reappears.
Youtube - videos play but takes several seconds to start buffering, much slower than usual
BUT video playing via e.g. Guardian website seems to work fine.
I've tried googling CDNRedundancyManagerError and searching for any related problems, and then tried everything suggested, e.g. at
    http://forums.adobe.com/message/4022210
    http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-1939039.html
but nobody seems to have an answer and all made no difference:
    - Broadband speed tests - these show around 2Mb/s as usual. Iplayer diagnostic showed the 'streaming 1' test at zero one time, but then it was around 2Mb/s like  the others on subsequent tests.
    - Cleared Firefox browser cache and history
    - Restarted FF in safe mode
    - checked 'allow third party storage' is on in Flash settings. Also tried it with and without hardware acceleration (right click in Flash player and also in Firefox options).
    - /etc/hosts file is original Windows one with no changes.
    - uninstalled Flash and reinstalled current Flash 11.5 (freshly downloaded)
    - Full clean uninstalled Flash as per Adobe instructions and reinstalled 11.5
    - Clean uninstalled and tried Flash Beta 11.6
    - Clean uninstalled then tried Flash 10.3
    - Then put 11.5 back on
    - Turned off firewall
    - In firewall, whitelisted Firefox and plugin container
    - Installed Chrome and tried that - exactly the same behaviour as Firefox.
    - Connected laptop to router via ethernet cable not Wifi
    - Tried another XP computer, connecting by wifi to the same router - same problem. Rarely use this machine so not sure how long it had the issue.
    - Tried a Windows 7 laptop connecting by wifi to the same router - works properly no problems!
    - On original laptop tried a system restore to a week ago when known working - system restore failed, 'no changes made to original system'.
    So, I'm a bit flummoxed.
    - Can't be the router as the Win7 laptop works OK.
    - Can't be the ISP throttling streaming video as the Win7 laptop works OK.
    - Can't be the Wifi on the XP machines as connecting by ethernet makes no difference.
    - Unlikely(?) to be Flash as the Chrome version has same problems as Firefox, and also installing various versions made no difference.
    - Not the firewall as turning it off makes no difference.
    - Not the Firefox add-ons as (a) turning them off in safe mode makes no difference and (b) Chrome also affected
So what can it be? Any ideas anyone?
Thanks in advance for any help. Will respond quickly with further info or results of further tests. Cheers Pete

Good idea - but sadly there was no change in safe mode. I agree something in XP does sound like the culprit...
I suspect it may be quite hard to reproduce - similar error reports from users are fairly thin on the ground, and I'd expect many more if all XP systems were affected. Everything also plays fine on an XP machine I have at work (different router and ISP, but it's got much the same software on and has had all the same updates).
I'm in the UK BTW as you clearly guessed!
As to a URL - just try any of the video clips on the BBC website or try playing anything via iPlayer - they all behave the same as far as I can tell. e.g.
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-21039157
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01pz9m7/Locomotion_Dan_Snows_History_of_Railways_Epi sode_1/
both give the 'content not working' with CDN redundancy etc error just now. Incidentally several of the Google hits for that error were for people trying to access the BBC via various VPN services/proxies... wonder if that's an indication I'm running into some error whereby the BBC don't know I'm in the UK?
    for ITV player see e.g.
    https://www.itv.com/itvplayer/lewis/series-7/episode-2-down-among-the-fearful-part-2
It prompted me for a location - either via me typing a postcode or letting the browser tell them the location. Choosing the latter came up 'unknown' so I had to enter the postcode...
So I wonder if it's an issue whereby my IP address (or whatever) isn't being properly tied to a UK location. I would assume that's usually an ISP issue, although the fact that the Windows 7 machine works would seem to contradict this...
Region is set as UK in the XP 'Regional and Language' control panel...
Finally I've just noticed that another on demand service seems to be working OK: e.g.

  • SCORM (flash Player Content) not working on Windows Server 2012 R2 which has IE11 integrated installed on it.

    Hi Everyone,
I have website which contains SCORM package, installed on Windows Server 2012 R2 which has IE11 installed on it.
Flash Player is also embedded with IE.
    IE Version:  11.0.9600.17278.
    Updated Version: 11.0.12 (KB2977629)
When I launch SCORM (flash Player Content) from my application, it is not working. It just displays a blank page however the Title of IE is set to the text from the SCORM content.
However if I access the same URL from any other machine which has previous version of Windows OS (i.e. previous to Windows 8 OS), it is working as expected on IE9, IE10 and IE11.
While trying to find out the cause, I came across some forum which says we have to install the “Desktop Experience” on the server to enable the inbuilt flash player. After doing that also, My SCORM contents are not getting displayed.
To find out more details, I have uploaded the SCORM Package on SCORM Cloud to check if it is working there. Here again the same problem, it doesn’t work and displays
error message saying that “Member is not found” and when I tried to find out the location of the error then it is coming at
Windows.document.myFlash.setVariable(…) method on the Windows Server 2012 R2 with IE11.
When I performed “Addwatch”, it is saying that Windows.document.myFlash doesn’t have setVariable(…) method.
However if access the same cloud URL from other machine (Having OS previous to Windows 8 OS), it is working as expected.
I have attached the screenshot of the error.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hello,
I'd ask the SCORM package provider or in Microsoft's  ASP.Net forums:
    http://forums.asp.net/
As Microsoft's ASP.Net forums are on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

  • Fragmentation content not working in OBIEE

    Hi
I have 2 fact table one is detail and other one is summary and both are added into one LTS(aggregated navigation) in BMM.  In detailed table I have data from 2009 to 2013 but in summary I have data only from 2011 to 2013.
I am generating one report in which I have prompt choose the year in dashboard. If the year is less than 2011 the report should fetch data from detailed table otherwise it should pick data from the summary table.
I have tried multiple condition in the fragmentation content of both the sources tables together and independently, but the query is always uing the Sumamry table and not giving me any data when I pull the years 2009 and 2010.
The problem here is the Years are not exclusive, it is overlapping. Is there any way to get this resolved?
    Thnaks in Advance..

Hi Srini, thanks for the reply. Could you please explaing the same in detail? I already have hierarchies at different levels and everything working fine, more over the hierarchies are associated with different dimensions and I am having additional attributes in the detailed table compared to summary table. I tried applying the filters based on the columns in time dimension.
The problem here is since my reports are pulling the same set of columns, which are already present in the summary table it is always going to the summary tabel to fetch the data. Since the summary table doenst have 2009 and 2010 data the report will not return any results.
So my actual requirement is when the user select 2009 or 2010 the query should be generated out of the detailed table, which only has the relevant data, Is this possibel with the current design.
If fragmentation content wont work, do you have any alternative like applying filters or something based on the year selection and select the appropriate table.
    Thanks in advance...

  • Captivate 8 content not working with screen readers

My Adobe Captivate 8 published content is not working with any of the screen readers I have tested:  JAWS, Mac Voice Over, and Windows Narrator. It is a simple launch page with 6 buttons used to launch additional CBTs.
I have been over and over the content in the help topic for this and cannot find any reason to think I am not doing this right:
    [ ] https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/using/creating-accessible-projects.html
I have added accessibility text for the slide, I have tried adding the accessibility text for the buttons,  have turned on accessibility in my publish settings, I have even tried just adding a text caption sitting on the slide with the text I want read by the screenreader - none of it works.
I have searched the forums and it appears others have this issue as well.  The latest forum post was having to do with Captivate 7 - where the poster followed up stating Adobe Support recognized this as a "bug".  Does screen reader accessibility work in Captivate 8 or not?
Is there anyone out there who has produced content that works with a screen reader?! If so, please tell me what the secret is!!

I've been able to get a screen reader to read parts of a Captivate 8 presentation using the HTML5 output (but NOT the .swf output). I tested using NVDA.
However - they keyboard accessibility does not seem to be functioning correctly. I can tab through buttons and such - but hitting enter on any of the buttons (play, forward, backward, closed captions, audio) does not work.
Overall - doesn't seem that Captivate 8 is as "accessible" as Adobe is claiming. Much of what they claim should work - does not.
CP8 is certainly no where near WCAG 2.0 "AA" standards (which unfortunately is where i need things to be).

  • Jquery content not working after the updates from firefox

Hi, i've realized that some of my website's banner is not working after the recent updates from firefox, whereas those website's banner is working in google chrome.
Hope there is a solution for this as i'm using the firefox for years and wish this issues can be settle.
    The banner URL is http://www.irs.com.my/slider/index.html

SlideDeck has a post on how to resolve this error, caused by a bug in this very old version of their library that you're using. See: [http://www.slidedeck.com/blog/firefox-20-update-and-slidedeck-js-weve-got-you-covered/ Firefox 20 update and SlideDeck.js – we’ve got you covered] for more information. As a Pro customer, you were supposed to get an email notice, but... here you are.
I studied the script before discovering that and found two issues, but there might be more:
    (1) slidedeck.jquery.js detects Firefox 20 as Firefox 2 and halts. Note that this regex is the problem:
    firefox2:F.match(/firefox\/2/)?true:false
    (2) Starting in Firefox 16, the -moz-transform property was unprefixed, that is, you need to use transform for Firefox 16 and later.

  • Smartforms: Output Options for Field Contents not working within table

    Hello,
to display an amount and its unit I am using &GS_MM_IT_GEN-MENGE(R)& &GS_MM_IT_GEN-MEINS& with a line of a table. Unfortunatly it seams that the output option "R" (right-justified) is not working with the table context. Has anyone an idea, what to do?
    Thanx,
    Peter

    Dear all,
thank you for your suggestions. I have found out, that the output option work pretty well as described in the documentation. The are output options of a field and not of a column! To get a right justified column, I had to change the attribute of the parapraph assigned to the column.
    Regards
    Peter

  • Why is my flash content not working on my dreamweaver created html site?

This is a problem that's happening on my website I'm creating.  I created a quick test website to show you the problem on the fourm.  It's the same problem, and if you can provide the solution to this test website I can apply it to my main website.
    Test website on server:
    test331754952.net23.net
    What I did:
    -launched flash
-typed "test" and made it spin 360 degrees
    -published swf
    -launched dreamweaver
    -created a site
    -moved swf to site folder
-saved a html file to the site folder
-in dreamweaver, went to insert, media, swf, then selected the swf I made
-it inserted the swf, creating a gray placeholder for it
-re-saved the html document, at which point dreamweaver created a folder named script and 2 files, an swf, and a javascript file
    Site Directory:
    Scripts Sub-Directory:
    What happens:
-when I launch the swf on my machine, it plays fine
-when I open the swf directly on the test website on the server, it plays fine
-when I open the html with the embended swf on the test website on the server, it shows a gray box, then goes white
-In dreamweaver, when I go to preview in browser and choose internet explorer, it tells me I don't have new flashplayer(I do: flashplayer 11)
Ie also pokes up a box at the bottom that says its not allowing content.  When I click allow content, it creates a gray box
-In dreamweaver, when I go to preview in borwser and choose google chrome, it tells me flash player has stopped a potentionally unsafe operation.  When I close this dialog box, it gives me a gray box where my swf should be embeded.
-I've tried changing global flash secuirty setting and it does nothing
-I've tried visiting the test website on multiple computers in my household to no avail
-I've tried having friends visit the site on their computer at their house to no avail
-I did't touch the code on this test website-the code is exactly what dreamweaver generated

There is no Flash player version 15... as in your code:
    <param name="swfversion" value="15.0.0.0" />
For some reason Adobe thought it would be a good idea to target a Flash player version (15) as default.....which may be out a couple years in the future. Go figure!!!
If you don't like player version 9, change to 10 or 11.... just not 15 (yet).
    Best wishes,

  • XI Content Not working Properly for ISR to Triversity Integration

    Hello Everyone,
I am not very sure whether this is the right forum for posting such a technical question, but since the context is basically functional, I am firing away with the question:
We are working on a ISR-XI-Triversity Integration scenario. The standard XI Content available in SMP is used as the basis of integration. But the content seems not to work for certain business scenarios, specifically promotion discount download scenarios. When we define a promotion, activate the prices and fire the Assortment List IDoc (WBBDLD.WBBDLD03), we can see that the desired article and the conditions are present in the IDoc. This IDoc should create the following files after XI Transformation:
    1. PLUTXN.ASC - EAN Data
    2. XREFTXN.ASC - Article Data
    3. PROMOTXN.ASC - Promotion Data
    4. NEWPARM.TRG - Trigger File
But after the transformation, the PROMOTXN.ASC file is not created. When we go for analysing the problem, we find that the Value Mapping ERPPriceCondition/ERPPriceConditionSchema to IXRetailPriceType/IXRetailPriceTypeSchema is not functioning; i.e. Even when values are present in the source Agency/Schema, the Traget Agency/Schema is not populated. Do we need to do any specefic configuration for achieving the transformation?
    Any ideas?
    Thanks and Sincere Regards,
    Amitabha

    Hi Amitabha,
thank you very much for the details.
As it looks like, the reason of the missing promotion data in SAP POS was the missing listing information in SAP Retail.
Listing is an very important retail process. In assortment list for a store, oonly listed articles will be taken into account.
To list articles, you can do it via MM42 (artaicle mainteance listing view) or the listing transactions (WSP4)
or the easier way for prompotions, start WAK2 or WAK3 and press teh button (subseq. processing) ans select the LISTING button.
If you receive any errors there in listing process, check the artcile master, if the reference logistic views are maintained and can be re-used for listing process.
    Regards
    Björn

  • Table of Contents not working!

    Hi,
I'm writing a paper for graduation and I have a big problem concerning the Table of Contents. I've paragraphed all my headers. In total I've used Header 1 till Header 4 and for the text I've used the body paragraph. So when I want to insert the table of Contents. Just the header 2 appears and also some text which shouldn't be there. Why can't I insert all the Headers??? There all ticked in the TOC box. I don't know what to do and the next apple store is in Zürich...I've asked in one apple store in HK, they told me to uninstall iwork and I did it, but it still doesn't work. • Planet 3 not working on nokia e90 communicator

Can anyone help me? I have a sim free e90 communicator and I have put in the settings for 3 Ireland. I can surf the web but I cannot get planet 3 working.

You won't be able to get it working.
Planet 3 is only available on three branded handsets. They block all access to users of sim free handsets.
It's a sneaky tactic that they use and there is no way around it on an E90 as three don't sell this model.

  • Captivate 6 Scalable Html Content not Working with Widgets.

I am going to bring this topic up over and over again unti it gets fixed. The problem is not web browsers. The problem is Captivate and Widgets.  No Captivate project will scale properly that contains a widget. I have tested this over the years on Connect Pro, Apache Web Server, Wamp, and more. I have tried hacking Captivate with Widgets that Contain a NO_Scale line in the them and more. The project won't scale at all or if I manage to get scaling the sides and bottoms of the projects are cut off and view all of the module is funky. There has got to be a working solution to this. I have way too may project with Widgets so removing them is not a option.  I do not have a standard base to work from for monitor size so a working scale function is essential. Widgets are one of the things that sets Captivate apart from the competition and with out them I just as soon use another program.
I was really hoping the new Scale Function in Captivate 6 would have fixed this but it did not.
Sorry If I am not coming off as polite. This is problems that has annoyed me for years.

Actually, the problem is with the widgets and the way they are coded, not with Captivate.
When this problem was first identified some years ago now, reqponsible widget developers were quick to release updates that resolved the issue.  You just needed to swap out the old widgets with updated ones that didn't cause the rescaling issue.
If you're using lots of widgets, especially older widgets that were not updated in code, then you'll continue to have this issue.
My suggestion is to make a list of all widgets you use,  test each one on its own in a project containing no other widgets, to see if it prevents rescaling, and if it does, replace or ditch the widget entirely.  If you can locate the original developer, find out if they have an updated version you can use.  If they don't, or they don't feel inclined to fix it (because there's no incentive to do so) then ditch the widget and find another solution.
When they first came out in Cp4, everyone thought widgets would take the world by storm and be very profitable for their creators.  Neither has proven to be true.  They are certainly very useful additions to Captivate functionality, but I think you will find that a lot of the widgets developed early in their history now have nobody supporting them.
