Planned cost for processing the component

Hi All,
How to see the planned cost for processing any component or finished product in SAP.
  I don't want actual cost for processing the component.

After releasing production order all primary and secondary costs get attached to the order.
You can see planned cost in Tcode:CO02>>>>Goto>>>>>>>Costs>>>Analysis>>>under cost trend layput.

  • Planned costs for investment program

    I am having a problem configuring planned costs for inv program positions, which should reflect as the planned cost for the investment measure being created.
    Appropriation request is being used in the scenario to create measures automatically. these measures will require to have the same plan values as the position to which they are assigned.
    Please help.

    The Measure is the cost collector through which spending will be controlled & measured, which is a key integration object with IM.
    WBS Elements are the collectors associated with PS, whereas IO’s are cost collectors found in the CO module.
    The Measure is always assigned to the lowest program position within IM. Program Position is found on Investment Program Hierarchy at its lowest level which may relate to a capital project or project component.
    Hence accordingly the appropriation request serves as a tool to plan the spending and which is therefore upon approval becomes the Measure for the IO or WBS.

  • Planned cost for MTO

    Dear,
    Here in the company have the following situation:
    The system appropriates the planned cost for the production order when the process is MTO.
    Anyone know any way to settle the planned cost of the stock of free stuff and not the planning of the Order of production?

    Here's an example:
    This material is the planned cost for the stock free: Process MTS.
    Standard Price 12,96
    In the same material (special stock) planned cost came with the Production Order Sales Order. MTO process.
    Standard Price 100,96
    Order 20232271
    So we can see that the cost calculated by the planned production order is very different from the planned cost of the same material for free stock.
    Question:
    You can make the system use the same cost of the planned free stock for stock of the particular process, such as material inventory value free, 12.96?

  • Any FM to calculate planned costs for a Maintenance plan

    Hi all,
    Is there any FM to calculate planned costs for an Maintenance plan.
    I can use report RISTRA30(IP31). but i need to use for multiple multiple Mplans and different time frames. using SUBMIT to this report and getting data will lead to performance in my actual report.
    Please do provide any FM's or any other pointers for the same.

    Dear,
    In maintenance plan you can speciefy - order type,task list type,task list group & counter.
    when system automatically create service/maintenance order then system will determine plan cost, but for this you have to maintain planned price by t-code KP26.
    And then you can see report by IP31

  • BAPI KPF6 POST PLAN COST FOR INTERNAL ORDER AND COST ELEMENT

    Hi all gurus,
    I would like to use in a custom report a BAPI/Function Module that help me to simulate KPF6 in order to post planning costs for internal order and cost element (layout 1-401).
    So the input should be:
    1) Version
    2) period from
    3) periodo to
    4) year
    5) internal order n.
    6) cost element n.
    7) value
    I found a lot of BAPI but don't know the correct one and how to use it (example how to fill the input value).
    Can anyone help me on that?

    In additio  to the previous I found the BAPI_COSTACTPLN_POSTPRIMCOST but don't know if it's the correct one and how to use it (some example fitting the my case will be very appreciated).

  • Planned cost for int labour and non stockable material not visible

    Hey gurus,
    While creating an order with a material, ext service, non stock material, I am able to see the planned cost for materials in stock and ext services procured. But i'm not able to see the planned cost for non stock material and int labour. However i'm able to see the actual cost for all the items. I think I have missed some config. Please help.

    Hi,
    As said by Pithan there is a problem in costing variant for planned cost which you have assigned to prder type at plant level.
    Problem underlies within valuation variant assigned to costing variant.PM01 is your costing variant here.Check diiferent heads within valuation variant for this costing variant.There under activities tab what is calculation parameter you have selected.If it is blank you will not get any internal activity cost.You need to select at least one from dropdown like cost from previous period or avaerage cost etc.Then you will get planned cost for internal activities.SAmething applies to non stock material.
    Check in OKP6 for all these and make sure that you have selected at least one cost calculation schema there for activities and material and external.

    Dear Friends,
    SAP reads line items from COSS and COSP to determine the planned cost for result analysis.  What line items does it consider while summing up the planned cost.  I wish to reconcile the planned cost as considered in result analysis.
    I am considering the line items from COSS and COSP where
    Value type = 1 or 11
    Beltyp = 1
    Version = 0
    Business Transaction ????
    What values should I put for business transation ?    Or is there a SAP standard report which matches with the planned cost value of result analysis.
    Standard report S_ALR**** does not always match with the planned cost value in result analysis.  These reports read values from RPSCO table which is a summary table.

  • Desing requriment for processing the IDOC in real time

    hi Gurus,
    we have a requirement to design for processing the IDOC in real time i.e.all the IDOC must be store and process for give time line with out using BPPM tool.we have suggested to use cache storage or storing the files in file adapter.
    please suggested good process with out compromising the Performance of PI.

    we needs to club the real time files and send it to system B.How best we can do without using BPM.

  • Not able to see plan cost for labour

    Hi,
    I had created an PM order (IW31) and assigned some operation to it, after saving plan cost should be available in cost tab.
    But nothing is there.
    but if i do the confirmation of the operation cost'll appear in actual cost.

    Rajat,
      The costing log is emptied once you leave the transaction.Please do cost determination by choosing the same in the application toolbar of the header screen.After this check the costing log Goto > Logs > cost determination.That might give you a  clue. 
    If this still doesn't resolve the issue, make sure that the following has been maintained for the wrk center . "Other formulae" for capacity category "002" as SAP008. "Other formula" for scheduling as SAP004. Check the version assigned to plan cost in the valuation variant assigned to the costing variant using transaction OKP8.Double click on the valuation variant and choose the Activity type /process subtab.Generally this version is set to 0.If its set otherwise check to make sure that "plan cost" has been selected for the version and also whether cost has been maintained in KP26 for this version and cost center /activity type combination.

  • GR Cost not updating as Target Cost for process orders

    Dear SAPians,
    We are facing an issue in Target Vs Actual cost reporting for process orders. We are creating a process order after cost estimate of that material and doing the confirmations for activity cost. After that, GR has been done for the finished goods of that process order. That GR entry is updating the Actuals values but not updating the Target cost. When I am checking the standard report KKBC_ORD, I am getting the following figures.

    That 'Inventory Change FG' entry is showing the GR posting updating actuals and not target cost. This is causing huge difference in target vs actual cost that will affect the profit and loss figures ultimately.
    What am I missing here? What should I do to update the GR amount in Target cost as well.

    Dear,
    Target Cost on Production Order or Process Order is shown only when Variance is Calculated.
    So please calculate the Variance, system will show the Total Target Cost.

  • Plan cost for activity element

    My internal activity can calculate plan cost from a workcenter properly , but while I append a activity element(internal) and add the same worcenter and data the activity element does not calculate plan cost , but if I confirm the activity element it gives actual cost.
    What possibly be the problem could any one tell me? is there any setting seperately for activity element?

    Thanks. I am using CJ20N and then selecting the activity element I am following the path edit>cost>Plan/actual
    When I try to recaulutate the cost by edit>cost>update cost then I get generic error :
    "Object was not costed
    Message no. CK060
    Diagnosis
    The system could not find any entries that are relevant to costing.
    System Response
    The system did not cost the object.
    Procedure
    Check whether the following objects should be flagged as relevant to costing:
    Items in the BOM
    Display BOM
    Operations in the routing
    Control key in the routing
    1. Look at the message log.
    2. Check whether a quantity was specified in the confirmation."
    But while calculate cost for an internal activity it is calculating cost.

    I want to lock Cost Planning for a perticular period ...for this i am doing setting in OKP1 with controlling area wise ...But this is not working ....

    OKP1 locks the plan data for the controlling area, fiscal year, Version and business transaction combinations.
    If you want to lock the planning for the particular WBS, you can do the same in Project Builder under the menu path Edit-> Status-> Lock -> Planning.
    Just see this serves your purpose.
