Planned Order CM52 display issue....

I am using CM52 to display planned order capacity. However, when I enter which selection of a planned order I get the whole entries rather than the individual planned order?
is there any way to display on inidvidual planned order ?

in OPPQ we define while conversion or planned order to production order which order type system should pick if we are not entering the order type manually.
see i found this when i pressed F1 on conversion indicator
"If the system finds a valid BOM for the planned order and if the release of the BOM for the planned order has been activated in the BOM status, the system automatically sets the conversion indicator in the planned order. If you have not activated the release of the BOM for the planned order, the system does not set the conversion indicator.
If the system cannot find a valid BOM, the coversion indicator is then also set, as production orders without BOMs, that is, without components, can also be created.
You can also set the conversion indicator yourself, independent of the BOM status, in the planned order."
so i am trying to test this i have selected the bom status which dont have tick mark on release planned order but still system is setting the conversion indicator on, I dont know why?

Hi Friends !
In a Sales Order 93891, there are few Sales Order Item 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 & 60. But in the query it displays only Sales Order Item 60. I have checked data in DSO1, DSO2 & Cube. It displays the data correctly in all the three level. Please advise.
Note: I haven't used suppressed zero feature.

Drag and drop Sales Order No and ITM in rows and then some keyfigures in Columns and see. CHeck the properties of the ITM is there any thing Maximum i.e. in Display tab in report. so in this way checek all the properties and if any conditions in report.
See the Stucture of the DSO's' i.e. ITM and Saes Ord No must be in KeyFields.

Open Planned Order Quantity

Hi Experts,
for a particluar material I need the Open quantity of Planned orders for displaying in a custom report.
Please suggest from which table or by logic can i fetch this quantity .
Note: Not from any std report - i need table lable detail

How to bring material description in case of planned order in CM25 trnx?

Hi All,
On CM25 for Process Orders, the material description is what is displayed on the bars of work. For Planned orders it displays the planned order number and material desciption filed remains empty. Is this SAP standard behaviour when it comes to planned order in CM25? How do I bring the description as well to Planned Order number#s?
Any pointers would be a great help!!

Thanks for your reply. My requirement is to display "material description text" in the "Mat description field". This field is already exits in planning table. However i cannot see material description in case of planned order and just see planned order number, material no etx ;but in case of process order, i can see material description text in the same field...

MD06 Issue - Planned orders not getting displayed

Hello,
Planned order with the exception "Newly created order proposal" does not get displayed in MD06 with the option "Only Unprocessed MRP Lists" in the processing indicator.
I am running MD06 report with the following parameters:
Plant
MRP Controller
Exeception Group - All exception selected except 8-Terminations
Processing indicator - Only unprocessed MRP LIsts, Only with new exceptions
My material which has a newly created planned order thorugh MRP run with exception "1 - Newly created order proposal" does not get displayed.
Only when I specify Only processed MRP lists or All MRP LIst in the processing indicator, this material gets displayed. The planned order is for a Stock Transfer order to this plant (receiving plant). How is the MRP LIst processed?
Please help me out with this issue.

Hi Ketan,
When you execute the MD06 report, you would find a column with the heading CI, if am right it would be just after the MRP cntlr, here you would find a Pencil & a tick mark. If you find them both, it means the row is unprocessed, but if you find only a tick mark it means that the row is processed.
So now check for the planned order, it would be just a tick mark & hence would be showing only for the processed MRP list or all MRP lists.
To process a row or unprocess, just click on the icon & it changes.
Check & revert if it answers your query.

Issue in creation of Planned Order

Hi all,
There is a customer requirement on 08.02.2010 and there is shortage quantity as we don't have enough stock in the warehouse to cover the cust req. So when I run the MRP, planned orders are not getting created on 8th. Can you please tell me what could be the reason?

Hi,
Are you saying that the planned order is not getting created at all or is it being created for an earlier date?
If it is not being created at all, check in your sales order, whether the schedule line category is CP i.e. MRP relevant & in MD04 you notice the demand. Also check if the material is MRP planned & has a planning file entry (check using MD21, if no entry, make an entry via MD20).
If it is being created, but at an earlier date, then check the lot sizing procedure. It could be that the lot sizing procedure is weekly or monthly & system has combined the needs & put a supply proposal at an earlier date.
Check the above & revert with additional info if it does not resolve the issue.

NB Type Planned orders are not Displayed in the Order Information System

Dear All
We have one material with Proc. type F.
We have entered a sales order for that item & run MRP ( MRP type PE)
No strategy is assigned to the material.
MRP has created a Plan Order which is of NB type & in MD04 it is showing SDEB against Plan Order.
Now we are not able to see this Plan Order in COOIS.
Although it is visible in MD04,MD16.
Can anyone tell me whether COOIS consider only those plan orders which are of E ( In house Prod ) category ?
How can we display that in COOIS ?

SNP Planned order START date should be displayed in DATA VIEW

I have a very complex requirement. It is as follows
We are using heuristics and capacity leveling for our requirement. We generally see the planned orders in the SNP view but here additional requirement is that we have to see the start date of the production planned in the date view, ie the client would like to know when the actual production starts and wants to see the quantity produced on the first day in the date view.
In capacity view,we can observe the resource load which is the start date of the production planned, this load is in percentage now do i related that into quanitity and even if we do related that percentage in quantity then how do i see it the SNP data view plan.

you can use receipts view /sapapo/rrp4 transaction where you can see receipts. This transactions offers you the selection based on product,source,target,dates,resource and you will get the list of orders.
Secondly ,if you right click in the receipts cell,select display details,it will show you order details at the bottom of the data view.

MacBook on Order, Worried about display issues

I've got a 2.4 GHz MacBook on order (no returns since it's a custom build)and I'm getting a little freaked out after reading all of the posts about the display issues. Do you think this issue has been resolved on newly released models or am I going to be stuck with a machine with these issues as well?

From what I've been reading it sounds more like an issue with the video driver.
I've been so happy with my iMac, that I talked my wife into a MacBook, so if there are issues with it, I'll never hear the end of it. Plus it's no fun to get a new toy that's broken.
Guess I'll just have to wait and see if I have the problem others are experiencing.
I ordered with a larger hard drive and 4 GB of RAM. My employer has a discount, so I just upgraded when the order was placed. Most likely, to late to make any changes now.

List display of planned orders

List display planned orders is not bringing any material description . Do we have any other standard report to pull the planned order with material description or is their any way to bring the material description in the MD16 screen layout , the chars allowed for the material description is 0 in the layout

Hi,
COOIS tick planned order in selection screen and execute.
Even i saw in MD16 you are right the description length is 0 but that description is hidding you can place mouse where the material coloum is ending and drag the coloumn(As we do in excel to make any hidden column visible ) . You will see descrption now.

Issue about planned order date of ROH.

Hi Experts,
In MD04 , system is displaying planned order date of ROH after the planned order date of FERT i.e., for FERT---- planned order date is 21/01/2009 But for ROH -
planned order date is 23/01/2009.
can anyone tell me y its happening here.

Go to the BOM of FERT and check the in component details and check Lead-time offset. Make it blank
In OPU3 and OPU5 Adjust dates in lead time scheduling should = 1 Adjust basic dates to order start date.
Then run the MRP in MD02 with planning mode 3 deleted and recreated and check your result.

Customer Order - Planned order conversion issue

We are facing an issue that after running MRP (MD02), system is unable to convert the customer orders to planned order.
Our scenario is MTO and we are using strategy Z0 (customized), Individual/coolective indicator: 1 and item category: NORM.

Issue regd the supply of planned orders

Hi Gurus,
Need an urgent help on an ASCP issue.
A is an item which has a on-hand of 100. There is a forecast of 50 for this item. ASCP is the planning engine.
After the ASCP plan was run, ASCP had suggested to reschedule out a PO and the suggested due date by ASCP is todays date.
The actual forecast date are 25-NOV-2011 and 25-JAN-2012.
Can somebody help me out why ASCP is suggesting to Reschedule Out the PO to todays date.

Can you check the following profiles and try to adjust the values if you are using the constrain plan the mso profiles are applicable.
MSC: Selection order for Firm Supplies in backward allocation window
MSO: Firm Supply Allocation Window (Backward days)
MSO: Firm Supply Allocation Window (Forward days)
MSO: Net All Firm Supplies Before Creating Planned Order

Display of planned order after conversion

I have a planned order "XXXX" & I have converted to production order "YYYY". Now I want to display this planned order to view the details inside it's various tabs.
Which Transaction code OR table will give me this?

Dear Manish,
Once plan order is converted into production order then you cannot get details for that plan order
Either t-code level or table level
All you can get is plan order number
Execute CO03 and go to assigment tabn in filed plan order you can get plan order number
If you have converted plan order to production order

Issue in Deployment of SNP Planned orders

Hi Experts,
I am trying to deploy SNP Planned orders and I have made relevant settings in SNP2 i.e. ATP category in ATD Receipt.
When I run deployment, it creats deployment stock transfer (DEP: PReq / DEP:ConRl) based on available stock first. When I run deployment second time, then it creats deployment stock transfer( DEP: PReq / DEP:ConRl) for SNP Planned order with the same quantity of stock & not for entire quantity of SNP Planned order. Please refer below example to make it clear
Total Demand at destination location = 600
Stock at supply location = 100
After planning run, Purchase requsition of 600 is generated at destination location.
At supply location, SNP Planned order of 500 is generated considering 100 stock is available against PReqRel of 600.
When I run Deployment first time, it forms DEP: PReq / DEP:ConRl of 100 based on available quantity of 100.
After running Deployment second time it forms again DEP: PReq / DEP:ConRl of 100 and it continues to create deployment stock transfer till it completes the quantity of SNP planned order.
So all together it creates 6 deployment stock transfers instead of forming one deployment stock transfer (stock+ SNP Planned order).
There is no lot size setting for product master.
Can anyone suggest whether I need to do some settings to get one deployment order instead of 6.

Hi Chetan,
It looks the SNP planned order is not being considered in the receipts quantities to be available for deploying against requirements.
Please check SNP order ATP type( it is normally EE) is included in the appropriate Categroy group
IMG >> APO > Supply Chain Planning > SNP > Basic Settings > Maintain Category Groups
Example : ATD Receipts: ATR
Typical values : AI, AJ, BF, CC,EE,EF, EI
Secondly, in the transaction /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN, in the Key Figure detailed tab, ATD Receipts should have assigned the Category Group(say ATR).
