Planned order /dependncy deletion

Hi FRIENDS,
In md04 screen,There is pending of planned orders,purchase requisitions,dependancy
I wish to delete the same.Pl.help
Regards
Sandy

Hi,
For deletion of dependent req, you have to delete the Higher level material.
After deletion of Higher level material run MRP by Deletion & recreation mode by MD02 tcode.
System delete all the dependent req which are not firmed. ie, planned orders, P.R.
But to delete the prod order, technically complete this order by doing TECO by opening CO02> Function> TECO.
To delete the old firmed planned order, use Adjustment of period.
Path Spro> Production> MRP> Planning> Consumption mode and Adjustment of period.
If you enter 2 days in the past, system will delete all the firmed planned orders which are lye in 2 days before.

  • SNP planned order deleted in APO, but not in R/3.

    OK Guru's,
We have a situation where during the weekend SNP planning runs, SNP Planned orders are deleted in APO, but the order is never deleted in R/3.  The change pointer is not in CPP and there are no failed queues.  Also, when you run CCR on planned orders, we will get an error on some orders saying "Not in APO" and the only option to reconcile that order is to "Send to APO".  The option that should exist is "delete in R/3" becuase the deletion never occured in R/3.
If you send the order back to APO, the order will show in the "Production Confirmed" line of the Planning Book.  This is because APO is thinking that this order is an order that was created in R/3 when in fact is it really is a SNP planned order.
Any clues to why this would happen?
    thanks,
    Brian

How are you getting the SNP Planned Orders to R/3 in the first place.
If you are transferring them using /SAPAPO/RRP7 then I guesss its a manual transfer and system does not consider SNP Planned Order deletion flag relevant for transfer to R/3.
You will need to look into CIF enhancement to send the deletions to R/3.
Normally SNP Planned Orders are not relevant for transfer to R/3 unless its replaced or converted to a PPDS planned order.

  • How to view the planned orders in mass and how to delete in mass

    Hi gurus,
How to view the planned orders in mass and how to delete in mass.
    Regards
    R.Rajakarthik

    Hi,
Use the collective display of planned orders, transaction code MD16.
You can select the data by different options and choose which ones or all that you need to delete.
Click the Delete button to trash them.
This will delete planned orders without deleting the planned independent requirements and sales orders.
    Hope it helps

    Hi,
You can use function to execute one or more actions for a large number of planned orders simultaneously. This is possible both within the SAP System and over an interface from an external assembly control system.
    Features
SAP supplies the function module MD_SET_ACTION_PLAF for action control.
This function module includes the following actions:
    Explode BOM
    Explode BOM, check availability
Check availability, only explode BOM in the case of a requirement
Check availability, do not explode BOM
    Reset availability
    Change planned order data
    Schedule planned order
    <b>Delete planned order</b>
Confirm planned order (in repetitive manufacturing)
    Firm planned order data
    Firm planned order components
    Print component overview

  • SAP PP-delete Production orders, planned orders, purchase requitions & othe

How to delete Production orders, planned orders, purchase requitions & other orders .
Pls send me the T-codes or Paths.
Any comments welcome   & Thanks in advance.

    Dear,
    1) Delete Production Order,
    Please refer this link,
    [DeleteProduction Orders |http://www.sap-img.com/production/how-to-delete-old-production-orders.htm]
    2) Delete Planned Order,
MD16 is the only option to delete planned orders in mass.
During MRP run if you choose - Delete and recreate plan order mode. Automatically the unwanted plan orders
    2) Delete Purchase Requisation,
Execute MD04, in that it will display the created PR's
Check in tcode MD62 whether you have any demand for that material which you are getting PRs first delete requirement here/
Then run MRP by tcode MD03 or MD02 giving input of material and plant. In the initial screen of MD03 / MD02, make field planning mode - Delete and recreate planning data
    Is that Old PR Firmed.
If yes remove the Firm indicator and Re run the MRP with planning Mode 3.
It removes the PR from EBAN.
    Now check in MD04
    OR,
Use Mass change transaction code MEMASSRQ or use BAPI (BAPI_REQUISITION_DELETE) to do the same.
    Or
Use ME57 with layout ALV, in this also u can delete PR
If you want delete PR manually then
goto ME52N --> enter PR number --> select line item --> click delete button
    or
goto ME52N --> enter PR number --> Item --> Tab Quanties/Dates --> set tick mark for closed check box
    Please check this thread,
    Deletion of SubReq
    Hope it will help you.

  • Planned order Vs.Purchase order

    Hi,
can you tell me major differences between a planned order and  a purchse order.

    Hi,
Planned Order : Planned Order is generated by the planning logic, or arithmetical procedures, of the system itself with MRP set. When MRP is re-run after the closed-loop transactions are fed back into the system, all existing planned orders are deleted and a new set is generated. However, the newly generated planned orders may be identical to the previous set in timing and quantity, so that it will appear to the system user as if the old plans have simply been somewhat revised. The use always of planned orders in closed-loop MRP ensures that plans are always in synchronisation and that the planner does not need to concern himself with rescheduling messages.
Purchase Order: The purchase order is a formal company document which conveys the instructions or detail of a required supply. The legal role of the purchase order in forming the contract of supply will vary with circumstances: most usually, it will be an offer, such that the supplier's acceptance of it at the price mentioned seals the contract, but it might alternatively be the acceptance of an offer (say, an order placed immediately against the supplier's tender.) The document itself may also be used by the company simply to convey detail, perhaps being a call-off for material against a yearly contract already in existence. The purchase order might convey a summary of substantial material to be delivered at various times in the future by special order forms.

My scenario is make to order scenario. we can get my out put final product by completing the nearly 916 planned orders.(Like major assemble, sub assemble). From this scenario i want the total orders related to a sale order. Now i want to pick the total planned orders for a sale order in a report. please guide me.
    Regards,
    Mastan.

    Hi,

  • Make to Order- Avoid creating Firmed Planned Orders

    Hi Gurus,
I am using strategy 50 for one of my materials and when i create sales order agains that material a firmed planned order is created automatically. As this is firmed planned order in case i stock in material for that sales order and fullfill its requirement and run MD50 MRP against sales order. The planned order still exists as it is firmed where as i need it to be deleted after running MD50, because required quantity has been fullfilled using transfer posting from another stock. Please suggest how can i achieve it. Is there any configuration available to create unfirmed planned orders instead of firmed planned orders against sales orders? as unfirmed planned orders get deleted after executing MD50 in such a scenario.
    Best Regards,
    Shah

    Dear,
What is your MRP type for these material? Use PD and check
Check the planning time fence field for those materials. If the requirements are within the planning time fence, then it will create firmed planned orders.
Go to OPP1Master Data- > Check MRP Types--- here, on "Control parameters" tab you can find the desired field called "Firming type". Make it bank then system will not create the Firmed planned order.

  • Planned order repeatedly generated.

for the request of sales order item  production order is released ,but the new planned order generated once again  after the mrp run .check the requirement  list  and  repeated production  display info .(exception :20 cancel process)

    Hi Wang,
It looks like the planned order is excess quantity than the required. In your case may be the planned order is within the planning fence, so the MRP run would not automatically delete the planned order.
You simply need to go the the change mode of the planned order and delete the planned order.

  • Planned Order No. Reference in PR

    Hi all,
I want to find the planned order number in the PR generated converting a planned order manually. I searched for the answer but could not find the correct answer. Pls, help me..
    Regards,
    Karteek.

You will not find this information anywhere.
the planned order is deleted when you converted it into a requisition, the status in the requisition tells you that this PR was created from a planned order, but that is all.

  • Plan order table

    Hi PP Gurus,
I am developing MRP report for a client in which we are calculating the delay in plan opening period means difference between   plan opening date of plan order and actual production order creation date .
For this we are getting production order creation date from production order but this order is creating from plan order so we are not getting plan opening date from plan order as the entry of plan order gets deleted from PLAF table .
Is there any other table of plan order for getting the plan order data even after converting it into production order?
    Regards,

    Hi!,
No you won'tfind  that data once the planned order is converted to production order. You can do one thing. Please develop an enhacement which will fetch the planned order data from PLAF table and will save it to a ZTABLE before the planned order conversion, so that you can use the same later on. You can also update the created production order number in that table.
I hope this will help in solving your issue.
    Regards,
    Uday

  • Planned Order vs Production Order

    Hi,
Is there a difference in planned orders and production orders with respect to Tables, Deletion Program, Changing status?
I want to delete planned orders for one plant ?What are the steps to delete them?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,
Planned order and production order differneces
There is no status management for planned order, and production order use status managed.
Planned order - You can delete plannd order by deleting demand (MD62) and then run MRP (MD02) planning mode-3 deleted and regreated and firm planned order can deleted as per roll forward peroid in OPPR.
    Tables used are different.
    PLAF - planned order table
AFKO, AUFK, AFPO for production order tables.
