Planned order-document log relation

Hi;
We use REM-Repetitive Manufacturing in production. I post a production document via MFBF and I use planned order during posting.
In which table I can see planned order and document log relation ?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Check any of following tables of REM which may help resolve your problem :
Repetitive Manufacturing
SAFK         RS Header Master Data
S025           LIS -- Run Schedule Quantities
S026           LIS -- Material Usage
S028           LIS -- Reporting Point Statistics
CEZP          Reporting Point Document Logs
CPZP          Reporting Points - Periodic Totals

  • Distinguishing PIR related planned orders from Customer related.

Dear all, what could be the best way how to distinguish planned orders generated basing on PIR from ones generated from real Customer Orders. The main idea behind is to make sure that orders generated for real customer orders are processed with first priority and orders from PIR with second. Thank you. Regards,Andrey.

    Hi ,
System will not always create one plan order for one demand. If lot sizing procedure is WB-Weekly lot size , it wll generate one plan order for customer orde r& PIR falling in same week. Hence , there is no flag or field which will help identify which Plan order is feeding what demand /how much qty of demand.
You should look at altering Planning strategy. If you implement Make-To-order strategy(20, 50, 59 ) , system will create Planning segment(Blue color seperator in MD04 screen)
System will ignore lot sizing procedure & always create one plan order for one demand.
Alternatively , you can implement SAP-SCM which has pegging reports & priority based processing.
    Hope it helps,
    Jatin

  • Manual creation of planned order in REM

    Hi,
Can we manually create a planned order in repetitive manufacturing? I know that in case we run MRP , then planned order for finished is created with order type 'PE' due to which it cannot be converted to production order.
I dont want to run MRP , still can i create a planned order manually with the same order type 'PE' ? I tried in MD11, but not getting option to chose PE as it is not available  in F4 of planned order profile.
    Please help..
    Regards.

    Dear,
You cannot create a planned order with PE order type manually, because a planned order of REM related material gets order type "PE" only when it is assigned with a Production Version.
So achieve manual creation of REM Planned order with PE type with the following options,
I - Using MD11 transaction create a planned order with LA type and assign a suitable REM related Production version to the planned order during creation itself, now this order would automatically become "PE" order type on saving the order.
    2. In the planning table using MF50, you can directly create a planned order for a production line using F7 key.

  • Change documents for planned order

    HI ,
My issue is that My client is creating planned orders manually. He is changing them if required( like quantity or dates) . Now he is asking that he require change documents relating to change he has done to the planned order. He wants to mention the reason behind the change in SAP.
Please help me to resolve this issue
    Thanks in advance
    vinay

    Dear,
Planned order is a tempapry object...cannot have a change document for that.
Once production order is created in Std SAP planned order is deleted..what will you do with change number against the pklanned order reference...
Please advice your client to use production order if required.
If you want to have that you need to change the SAP std code

  • What is the table to get the all planned orders related to a sale order

    Hi,
May i know what is the table to get the all planned orders related to a sale order. My scenario is make to order scenario. we can get my out put final product by completing the nearly 916 planned orders.(Like major assemble, sub assemble). From this scenario i want the total orders related to a sale order. ( The planned orders from sale order to sale order will change. i.e 1 sale order will have 916 planned orders and one sale orders will generate 920 like that will chage when running mrp.). Now i want to pick the total planned orders for a sale order in a report. please guide me.
    Regards,
    Mastan.

    Hi,
Use the table PLAF... in this table pass the sale order no in the filed KDAUF and then execute...issue here is once the planned orders are converted production orders, these planned orders are deleted from the system....so you will not able to see them.....
    Thanks

  • To build query related to SNP: Planned Order

    Hi,
    System: SCM 5.0
Scenario: SO received at plant and planning creates PR against SO at plant and accordingly SNP:Planned Order at Vendor location. If SO is cancelled/deleted (manually), sometime only the PR gets cancelled/deleted (automatically during planning run) but corresponding SNP:Planned Orders still remains at vendor location and so the dependent requirements. PR and Planned Orders are pegged to SO so one-to-one relation is maintained.
I could not find any reason why system is not deleting Planned Order at vendor location despite SO and PR is deleted at plant location. So I am planning to build query where SNP:Planned Orders are not pegged to any PR or SO.
Can anyone help with list of SNP:Planned Order tables so that I can build query around it to identify ghost Planned Orders.
Hope I was clear with my query but let me know if any further information is require.
    Thanks and regards,
    Devang

    HI Marius,
    Sorry for delay reply.
I was working on on some other more critical issues to business.
Finally we decided to built report to identify obsolete Planned Orders for which PR is not available in ordering plant. I have listed below logic for that report:
Get Location ID from table /SAPAPO/LOC based on Location entered in selection screen
Get PEGIDs from FM /SAPAPO/DM_MATLOC_GET_PEGIDS based on IV_SIMID as 000 and location id from step 1
In FM /SAPAPO/OM_PEG_CAT_GET_ORDERS, use SIMVERSION as 000 and in Import Para IS_GEN_PARAMS insert all PEGIDs from step 2.
From Export Para ET_PEG_INPNODE take From_OrderID and store in internal table.
Execute T.Code /SAPAPO/RRP4 with following selection (Use Selection Variant: OBSOLETE PR and add Location as entered in Selection Screen)
    Planning Version: 000
From: Current date – 60 days
    To: Current date +180 days
    Location: 0000201328
    Product: *
    Order Type: 1F
        6. Compare output of step 4 and step 5 and display result.
From FM /SAPAPO/DM_MATLOC_GET_PEGIDS the output (step 4) will be Order ID (22 characters) while step 5 (T.Code /SAPAPO/RRP4) will give Planned Order number (8 character). I am not sure how to compare Internal Order ID (22 characters) for corresponding Planned Order Nos. (8 characters).
I have not marked your post as correct answer as still need to find answer of above query.
Thank you in advance for your guidance.

    Devang Shah

  • How can i find PP Order & Plan Order from Sales Documents?

I want to trace all PP Orders & Plan Orders form Sales Documents No.(Item)
What logic can make me achive?(AFPO?)
    TKS a million~~

If Z then through AFPO you can get the production order -- sales order link.
And yes for planned order against sales order use PLAF table.

  • Pegging relation for stock got lost once we do changes to the SNP planned order.

    Hello Experts,
Pegging relation for stock got lost once we do changes to the SNP planned order.
We are using a BAPI  "BAPI_MOSRVAPS_CREATESNPORDER" to make changes to the planned order as per our business requirement.
However after changes the pegging relation got lost.
Please help, why and how to solve this.

    Dear Krish,
While creating orders using BAPI pegging relationship will be lost.
Could you be more clear which orders you are creating?
Some times dynamic pegging is possible.
Regarding pegging relationship please check the link, it may help you.

  • Logs or change history of planned orders

    Hi,
Would like to ask if you know a transaction code that will display the logs or changes made for a planned orders.  If there is a transaction code also that would display the username of the person who deleted or changed the planned order.
    Thank you.
    -Lyncel

    Hi,
For Planned order change -  Check with  Table PLAF and below fields
    User
Time Stamp - This will give the last change date on  which planned order has changed( For EX today  20,080,506)
However u cannot view the details of  deleted planend order. Because Planned order is temp object only, once u delete, it will be deleted from PLAF table

  • Sales Order costing error to prevent Plan Order generation in MRP run

    Dear PP Experts,
We are into sales order costing due to Variant Config implementation.
Problem Statement: After sales order entry /Characterisitc value selection, while saving sales order , SO costing is auto triggered. Many a times one of the new Raw material price is not maintained( Purchase info record), hence SO costing occurs. SO costing is still saved, SO incompletion is not configured , so it is detected when Production order has 'No Target Cost'. This creates inconsistancy in FI postings.
    My questions
    - Can we set SO imcompletion for SO costing error( Standard Config?)
    - Is there a enhancement to prevent MRP from processing Sales order with incompletion log i.e. Prevent MRP from generating Plan Order.
    Best Regards,
    Jatin

    Hello Jatin
You can use BAdI MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA to make the sales order not relevant to MRP.
Check the following document for an overview of the BAdIs available on MRP:

  • Billing Block removal not updated in the sales order change log

    Hi Gurus,
A specific Billing Block is automatically assigned to the sales document header (VBAK-FAKSK) when the net value of the sales order is negative. This is an order related billing.
Sometimes the Billing block is getting released automatically and the Negative Invoice is getting created in the Background job run for creating the invoices. When we check the sales order, the Billing block is not existing and the removal of the billing block is not recorded in the Change Log of the sales order. In the CDHDR table also there are no details about the release of the billing block.
This is happening only occassionally. When I tried to replicate the issue, the system is not allowing me to create the invoice as long as the billing block is there in the sales order and if I remove the block, it is recorded in the sales order change log.
    My doubt is.,
    1. How the billing block is getting released automatically?
    2. Even if the block is released,  why it is not recorded in the Change Log of the sales order?
Looking forward your for suggestions and solutions.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

    Hi
Did u check in sales doc. details screen. There u can block for billing.

  • WRP1 and planned orders

Hi, we have SAP Retail and we have installed a plant which manufacture some products. At this point we have configured all the production process with recipes and all the stuff related however we have experienced some troubles. We have discovered that if we create materials with MM01/MM02 we could not modify them with MM42, we have also discovered that the materials saved with MM01 cannot be replenished using WRP1. Our produced articles are FERT, ROH  and HALB and what we plan to do is to run the MRP with WRP1 and generate planned orders that will be converted in production orders.
We run the WRP1 but SAP is generating us purchase requisitions but we would like this transaction to produce planned orders. Or if its posible, transform this purchase requisition in production order, which as I read it doesn't seem posible. I tried to generate a PO document with this purchase requisition and it generates a Framework purchase order (FO) and I don't know what that is.
The overall strategy is to configure with MM41/MM42 the supply source of the stores as 'Stock transfer' (2)  and set procurement type 'F' so WRP1 generates purchase requisitions that eventually will be transformed as stock transfer orders which the vendor/supplier is going to be our distribution center. The DC is the place we are mounting the in-house production.
Our supplying plant has procurement type 'X' or 'E' but with this one we want WRP1 to generate planned or production orders with the replenishment requirement that includes all the requirements from the stores, so when we have all the production we could supply articles for the stores.
Is this the right approach? What should we do in this situation?
    Thanks in advance
PS. We do not plan to use the MD01, MD03 or MDBT for MRP.

Assign checking group in material master
    Define checking rule
Define scope of check.Scope of check is to include what type of stock/Receipts/Reqmts are to be considered during ATP
Define checking control(Here you check the availability either at order creation or Release for plant/order type)
Based on the above settings when ATP is carried out,Missing parts list is determined for the order.
For planned orders additionally we can have the check against planned independent requirements. Here system only checks the dependent requirement quantities against the open planned independent requirements created for the components. Therefore, neither the ATP quantity nor the receipts or stocks are included in this availability check
